Fairy Tail Guild RP Current News

Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

Sinjin was just too excited to pay close attention to what the three were talking about. Well, it was a dream of his to finally be with Ryo for a mission so he kept his attention on the request paper instead. And then, after a few more seconds of memorizing the location, he raised his head with a brimming smile. “Yosha! I know this place! It’s right down the alley where the taiyaki stand used to be.” He then grew silent as he remembered how the unfortunate taiyaki stand was scorched to ashes after that merrymaking night in the guild hall only to learn Ryo was out flying again, and perhaps it was the fire from his boots that started the fire that burned his beloved shop into a crisp. “Tai…ya…ki…” He murmured with definite sadness in his voice.

But no sooner did he perked up again and thought of an idea. “Anyway, now that we’re all a team, let’s go and do it!” He said with a smile as he started running for the guildhall doors. “Last one gets to be bossed around for an entire day!” He added as he excitedly left the premises of the guild. No doubt that Ryo was also somehow itching to get the mission done in a hurry, but they won’t be doing that if they stayed there all night. Heck, even the thought of Vile suddenly entering and finding them still there only to reprimand them about taking their time to do the mission sound scary. He didn’t like getting detention again or a cut for his month’s allowance like the last he made a mess within the guildhall. But as he ran along the streets, he wondered if there had already risen a new taiyaki stand to replace the burnt one. If so, then all the more would he be anxious to get there.

But he soon realized something as he looked at his hand while running. He was holding the request paper and the map to the location. Would Ryo be all right in getting there as well?

"Hrmph...not a problem," San said, a false hint of annoyance hiding his inner thoughts - his mind was in turmoil at the offer presented. Ryo's words left quite the mark on the undead man, seeing as he too was perhaps responsible for San even entering into the guild in the first place - So he's already at the level where he can call upon the spirits for me...impressive. It didn't take long for him to make up his mind, though the other members he was currently less-than-pleased with. "Very well. I have no need for currency, nor fame and the difficulties that come with it, but seeing you called me here yourself - I will follow you, for the sake of following you alone, as long as I can keep my identity as low as possible." He knew that the guild members around were still trying to see him, try as they might to bypass the wall of shining sprites surrounding him at the moment. "Come, little ones - I guess we have work to do."

With that, the sprites immediately flew back in one horde, entering San through the openings in his clothing. With slow and unsteady movements, the red-clothed man stood up and watched Sinjin run straight out the door, mission in hand. ...Not that I can even read Fiorean words, but...the map... It appeared that he would have to be following Ryo for the duration. Turning back to face him, San had to ask again, in his quiet and rather disturbingly instable voice. "What, and where, was it again? The idiot with no sense of patience has ran off with the map, and papers." He was tempted to say a little more than that, though he managed to keep his tongue in check. To think that I would end up grouped up with the loudest shadow in the world and the rashest flame in the world...today is a long day.

In jerking steps, San began to move out towards the door, his body acting as if controlled like a puppet of sorts. "Accursed cities, wrecking my connection with the magic," he muttered, though there was no tone of anger in his voice. "Come, San, a dark soul needs to pay penance for what he has done today."

" yup yup " Ryo would chime out at Oberon's quick question about how the mission was laid out. " We just gotta make sure to really break anything, but there are surely many ways the four of us can think of to trash the place " Ryo would say with a chuckle. However before Ryo could speak again his hyper companion took off with a map attached to the back of the request poster and bolted out the door, yelling something bout getting bossed around or some sort.

Looking to his two remaining teammates Ryo would raise a eyebrow questioning what had just happened. " Well I guess sinny has a head start..." he would say a tad confused by sinjin departure. Turning to address San's question Ryo would nod as he started to get up from the table. " Ya, its a big ole house in the outer rim of the gold district. " he would explain to San and partly to Oberon before heading toward the door, he would take a large tan cloth and toss it over his large chainsaw blade. He'd then place the large chainsaw on his back and sling his sword bag on his shoulder in the open area beside the chainsaw on his back.

" Lets head on out and get this going before Sinny gets to the house and eats everything. " he would tell his teammates with a small chuckle followed by a smirk. Pushing open the large doors with one hand he would wait outside for his compantion before heading across the bridge and would start to head toward the center of the silver district. To properly get to the Gold district they would need to go thru the silver disctrict and cross the bridge to the Gold district. However in the silver district island was also the bridge to the bronze district and cloud district.

Oberon laughed and let out a hearty, "HELL YES!" Out loud! Seriously? This was like his dream job which he always wanted! Oberon thought excitedly, anxious about what it is the tight just happen next when they finally got to the guys house to jank it up! However fire was out of the question as it clearly said there would be no burning down the house and he couldn't kill the guy either, what a drag, Oberon thought with a sigh as the prospect of total destruction was something he truly cherished with a passion. The sight of seeing bits an pieces of rubble flying all over the place with blasts of heat and explosions was something he found truly enthralling unlike the rest of society for some reason. Maybe thats why he was different form the rest? Oberon thought with a puzzled look on his face as he pondered such a notion. It was true and all that he was a dark mage, maybe that had something to do with it? Oberon thought momentarily in the warm atmosphere of the guild hall where everything smelt like liquor and beer or there was some kind of gambling or brawl going on that Oberon ahd no care to get involved in unless it was personal somehow, no use crying over spilt milk that wasn't even yours to begin with right? The black winged demon thought before nodding and looking around only to realize that he was alone!

Oberon looked around the guildhall, there were a few people looking at him while he just kind of stood there, having a mind fart and finally figuring out that it would be a good idea if he followed his partners too the house they were gonna trash so that he didn't get lost somewhere along the way by himself. The black winged demon frowned and turned on his heels before he started running like the dickens and trying to keep up with the party despite the people and obstacles that Coreopsis was throwing at him. Time to try his new trick then eh? Oberon thought as he ripped off his shirt revealing his upper body as well as his raven black wings which caused a few people he was running by to take a double take and look at the strange anomaly more so the women then men who were stuck looking at his body. However this was irrelevant, while he would have loved to let his pervy side take over he had to remind himself that he was on a mission, not a expedition into winning a girls heart. He thought blushing momentarily before picking up his speed again and flapping his wings a few times, might as well try this trick now eh? Oberon thought to himself before spotting a cart with boxes on it, nimbly running up them he jumped off and spread his wings.

So he was dreaming, he thought as he landed back on the ground.

Oberon cast a black shadow through the streets of Coreopsis as he ran between them all, making it so much easier to maneuver and catch up with the rest of the group who he could spot easily with the view of the area in front of him, he was a bit away from them give or take twenty feet, who knew, Oberon didn't care about that at all really. The black winged demon ran through Coreopsis and enjoyed the feeling of air rushing against his face in a hurry. Oberon however frowned as he caught up with the group "which way is this place?" at them as Oberon himself did not have the map and instead hoped that Ryo had it as he seemed like he knew where it was that he was going pretty well. Oberon thought with a nod as he continued to keep pace with the rest of the group as he ran to the tempo of the groups walking. Oberon was really quite new to Coreopsis as he had lived in Shirotsume town for most of his life, not this floating city so with time to spare he decided to make an attempt at small talk, "so whats the grounds for Coreopsis? Im really new too it to be honest. I get lost all the time" Obeorn said as the group walked onwards to the place that would surely have no resistance against them whatsoever seeing how they could roflstomp anyone in their way.

He snickered as he ran ahead of the lot. Even if the others hadn’t agreed on the penalty game he had just called on, Sinjin was definitely going to let it happen. After rounding a corner, he looked back down into the map and followed the said path. Frankly, it looked like he circled the town with a few more turns here and there and he was already hungry by the time he reached the said place. His stomach was growling as he stood right outside of the building that their unfortunate victim resided in. He leaned against the street railing for a moment as he watched someone walk out from the said building. Must have been the victim. He acted normally like a street punk just wasting his life away, but kept a good eye out to make sure the man had rounded up the farther corner and disappear. Was it safe to invade the place now?

Sinjin got up from the railing where he was sitting a moment ago and idly walked towards the front of the building. He was still cautious so he pretended to walk and then lean against the wall as he read the paper. Perhaps it was better to wait for the rest of them. He chuckled at the thought that Ryo and company might have gotten lost during their time looking for the place. It was maze-like in having to look for the said building. But if they were going to be a tad bit late, Sinjin was ready to just jump on in and start the chaos. Besides, his stomach growled once more, the guy might have an interesting fridge.

"He ran off already..." San repeatedly noted, muttering to himself while taking slow steps; perhaps a bit wiser than the rest, he chose to simply follow Ryo, more out of necessity than any other reason - the sprites, strangely enough, still seemed to be attracted to him, meaning something about the impromptu pseudo-summoning wasn't quite finished yet. Perhaps this will last until the objective is completed? In that case, ought to complete as fast as possible, he considered, until he realized that he had no idea what exactly the objective was in the specifics.

"Exactly what form of vandalism are we considering here?" the undead man blurted, keeping his pace steady - or at least, trying to - behind Ryo. The less visibility others had of him, the better, and Ryo would be a practical magnet for attention; as long as he kept that certain specific distance, he would remain virtually unnoticed. But then again, he already knew he wasn't quite skilled when it came to mindless destruction - Better have someone else...Master Yong, you're up. A safe distance away, behind several large empty stalls, a horde of sprites would gather to eventually form a humanoid shape, one which would mold itself and then condense into a man; not just any man, rather, but a warrior monk, blindfolded and in nothing more than a pair of shorts.

Walking out from behind his hiding place, the summoned being caught sight of San, and immediately followed after him, reaching next to him within a minute due to fast footsteps. "What is it this time,San?" "We have quite an interesting bit of business...the red-haired one emanating power can tell."

Ryo would continue into the silver district as Oberon and San followed, Oberon having a question about the city. " Well its a giant shipping area, the only part of town that doesnt have airships going thru it is the Golden District, which is the rich area, the silver district is kinda the common area with most the tourism and such in it, each island is split up with a long bridge due to the fact we are pretty high in the sky. " Ryo would comment as he would take a left around the corner starting a chain of wrong directions. " The Bronze district is the main shipping area where the docks could be considered, and then there is the cloud district which is like the slums. " he would explain

" The final of the 5 island that make up Coreopsis is the Ruby district, which is the residential kinda place, there are hotels, brothels, and the like there along with apartments and houses. I personally just say in the guild hall in the upper area's " he would tell them with chuckle as he made another left turn around the corner. " As for the mission, we just gotta eat his foot, toss a few things, mess his stuff up, we just can't actully break anything, its like a good ol' toss " he would tell them taking a right turn around another street corner " So we just really gotta move his stuff around, we can nail his table to the ceiling for all I care " he would say with a chuckle as he took another right turn, and then another right turn a few moments later, landing them a bit down the street from the right left turn her had made.

Oberon walked along the districts of Coreopsis with the two other mages and the third one who seemed to be running full speed in an effort to leave the rest of the team in the dust, which included Oberon who did not feel the need nor the want to go out of his way to race Sinjin too the house they were going too at though. The black winged demon of tartars listened as he walked along, so this entire place was a shipping area? Oberon thought to himself causing him to look around to validate whether or not the red head was telling the truth or just pulling is leg, it was hard to tell these days, especially with people like Ryo and Sijin, thought San...it was hard to place down San really, it was pretty obvious that he wasn't the nicest guy in the world but then again Oberon had never really heard him issue threats or demands at anyone, madness! Oberon thought, although what Ryo spoke was true, the place seemed bustling with activity as it was somewhere around midday now with most of the workers shuffling back and forth to unload and pack airships flying from all around Fiore with as many boxes as they could fit! Oberon thought with an impressed nod at how efficient the dock workers were, there was a small customs building with officers who were checking the bags; there was a rumor around the guild hall that Tartaros had payed off most of the officers to just look the other direction when they find the illegal products that the guild has shipped in form all across Fiore.

The airships themselves though looked marvelous! Oberon thought admittedly as he walked along near the back of the group, the things were massive and seemed to come in many different shapes and sizes! There were smaller ones which were most likely the airship equivalent of private yachts or something as really when one thought about it there wouldn't be much of a trading use for a ship that small besides perhaps smuggling into the city. Then there were the official government ships, some were almost as big as a football field and thus had to be docked in the, well, the biggest dock! The entire area seemed teeming with life, a boatswain was arguing with a customs officer about something, who knew and who cared. Oberon thought as surely the sooner they got to this guys house and jacked it up the better. Oberon thought with a nod as he walked along with his wings pressed up against his back. He was just waiting to try out his new powers with no real limits. He thought with a grin as he remembered the weapons he had materialized earlier and how he had kicked some serious asses with them. Oberon thought with a grin as he always enjoyed the feeling of showing off and in turn receiving praises for what he did. He thought.

The black winged demon was attentive enough to listen when Ryo when he explained the five districts of Coreopsis, Oberon tried to hold all of the incoming and important knowledge in his head but really the facts were that there was a very large chance he was going to forget it all later and would be best off simply following Ryo instead of memorizing his way around the city. A large gust of wind blew by causing the clothes Oberonw as wearing to ruffle, Oberon growled, the only really bad thing about living on a floating city was most likely the wind, especially being out here on the outer rims where there was o real protection from the accursed wind. Sill the black winged demond kept going on as it was too late to turn back now, and its not like he wanted too, more people on the same team with him was sure to mean more awesome missions right? Oberon thought to himself with a slight head nod before a new question came too him, "So...which district island thingy is the guild on? Ruby?" Oberon asked speeding up a bit so that he was next to the older red head again. Surely they couldn't be too much farther though right? The black winged demon thought to himself as he diet have much in the way of lunch, oh well thats the way the fortune cookie crumbles.

This was getting stupid – Sinjin thought as he dared to headwall on the building’s frontage. Ryo and the others haven’t arrived yet and he was getting impatient. Maybe he shouldn’t have run off after all. To add to his inner turmoil, there was a howl from a nearby dog and he could tell that he emanating some sort of boredom aura that even animals could now feel. He sighed at the realization and went to sit down, leaning against the wall. If ever that owner gets back before the others get there, he might be forced to just snap and do the overhaul of the interior design on his own. “Owaaa~ I hope they didn’t get lost.” He said with a defeated tone and hung his head to the side with comical despair.

Bringing his legs up close, putting his arms around the knees, he started humming a nursery rhyme while looking up the sky. Maybe if he counted the stars that were there, he’d be able to make the others’ arrival faster. Then again, he might as well have fallen asleep. Pouting, he returned to humming the nursery rhyme while thinking about what he’d be doing the next time he’d be called for a mission. First of all, he should stop running off with the request paper and the map. And then the rest should just fall right into whatever else was required of him. “What do I do if Ryo-aniki gets mad? Owaaaa~” He muttered at the thought of it, only then realizing the consequence of his action.

While following Ryo, San could sense that something was off - he had walked around the city a few times, and though he wasn't exactly familiar with it, he had a very vague sense of direction; or rather, a lack thereof. Thankfully, that was where his magic came into play. "Master Yong, take to the right; I have a strange sense telling me that there's something a bit more important there, than to the left," he said, as the blindfolded monk nodded before departing; such was his loyalty to him. Now that my suspicions can be settled... "Is it just me, or is this entire city a vast maze of twists and turns?" San wondered aloud, taking cautious steps to avoid any chance of falling into the water; not that it would ruin him in any method possible, but the concept of getting soaked here in broad daylight simply didn't suit his fancy.

In the meantime, it would appear that Master Yong had far more luck in getting to the destination; he had a very willing bystander, who gave him the instructions- actually, even led him by hand - to get to where Sinjin was now headwalling near the targeted location. Upon sight of Sinjin, the monk naturally hid amongst the crowd, uncertain as to what to do; memories of him weren't exactly pleasant, and he wondered of the chance of causing mass chaos before they even reached the building, if they were to fight. So, being a bit wiser, he simply sat down on top of a wooden crate on the street opposing that of the building they were sent to wreck, "watching" with no eyes. I should be called back anytime now, he pondered, while debating what to do next. A sudden tingle in the summon's mind confirmed his thoughts, and Master Yong had barely a moment to call out "Child." at Sinjin in his distinctively recognizable tone, before vanishing as he was desummoned.

San, having done so, now knew the truth - "Turn back. We may have gone the long route, or the wrong route entirely," he muttered, though he continued to follow the red-headed mage regardless.
