Addam watched while Noel stood there concentrating, he had an idea of what he was trying to do, but had only ever heard about it or seen it from a far distance away, living in Chrysanthemum for much of his life he wasn’t the best when it came to anything Magical, and being a knight didn’t help either. Usually he was slightly suspicious of mages as they only mentions he had ever heard of magic being used were from other knights telling others about their epic battles against rouge town destroying mages. Suddenly he saw Noel whisper something, he wasn’t sure what but the magical seal, something that had been described to him burst out from under Noel and an instant later vanished. Addam simply looked at Noel’s feet slightly Dazed and confused, it wasn’t something that he had expected to happen, and it wasn’t normal for him but he was sure it was too normal for this world. “Yer...” Addam said, nodding slightly when Noel’s voice sprung up in his mind, this time it was a lot less shocking and there was no demented penguin with them, something that Addam was rather happy about. Addam nodded and took note that this world seemed to effect Noel’s magical abilities, something Addam didn’t have to worry about as he had none, he was even lacking the shiny weapons that could shoot flames that other more high ranking knights walked around with, something he wished he could have amended before coming to Teddolas. “Even though we have the mind connection, we should be careful.” Leaning backwards onto the ‘soft’ lego Addam sighed as he readied himself mentally for what was going to happen and running through everything. “Even though we do have the Mind connection thing, I don’t think we should split up, For all we know it could be an ambush or the world could cut up this connection, you’ve already said that it seemed to be effecting your magic.” Scratching his head slightly, the teen Bunny-knight pulled himself back up to a sit and looked over his makeshift map and the town in front of him. Having another quick think through things Addam simply stared for awhile. “Something isn’t right though, something that has been pestering me for some time.” Picking up the arrows infront of him, he quickly turned two around so the pointed heads all faced the same direction, then twisting them around placed them in the quiver strapped to his back. “They aren’t the best weapon here it seems, but they could be handy.” Addam murmured to himself, breaking from his previous unfinished point as he stood up finally. “We should head in to town now, we have had enough time here and know what we are going to do, If you do want to split up, it’s your choice but the fact that we haven’t been followed as they seemed so intent on capturing us before and taking us to their ruler, I feel a it uneasy about all of this.” Scratching his neck, Addam continued to think over things for a moment, his brow creased and an obvious look of concentration coloured across his face. “We fell asleep, they wouldn’t be too far when we escaped and we haven’t even seen a glimpse of them, either they are counting on the Plushification or they have a trump card...” Sighing through it, the last part seeming to be more the teen thinking out loud. He started to walk forwards, in the direction of the town. “Well, whatever it is if I keep us here while we think over it, that’s not going to do any good.” |

Scratching the back of his head, Noel slowly gave off a nod. "I think you're right.." he finally said after a few moments of thinking over the options they had. "Splitting up really doesn't seem like the best option in this case. If that's so, here is what were going to do," Noel said, leaning closer to the young bunny knight, his own tiger plushie ears moving a little bit closer down to his head as he kept his voice down now that he was about to reveal his plan. After all, you really never knew if there was anyone listening, and it was better to be safe now than sorry later. "We're going to move through the town together, checking out each of the four quarters, one by one. Our mission will be to find out a person that might be able to help us; since this town in Earthland has mostly old people, we should assume that there are old plushies here as well. And we both know older people are wise, and they definitely know more about this world than we do. I just hope they're just as helpful as some older people are in our world.." he said. Realizing he had trailed off the track of the conversation, Noel shook his head a bit, making his whiskers move and tickle his own cheeks so that he nearly had to sneeze. As if nothing happened, the boy continued with the explanation: "Anyway.. even though it seems we haven't been followed here, or anything, we should be careful. In case it happens that we run into the Teddo-Crocus nutcrackers, or anyone else that might stand in our way, and if it so happens that we have to split up, we will use the Mind connection established between us in order to communicate even though we're not close together. My connection only works in a certain area, but I think it should be enough to cover this small town. Either way, like this, we will be able to talk to each other over large distances and thus coordinate getting together once again when the coast is clear. If our connection breaks by any chance..." Noel continued now, knowing that his mind powers also had limits. "If that happens.. let's just meet here, in the center of the town where the two roads meet, at midnight," he finished. It was still a couple of hours until then, and a lot of things could happen in the meantime, so for now that seemed like the best option. If things really went that bad, and they had to meet up here, they would still have quite a few hours until the dawn, when the plushification was supposed to complete. "I think that's a good enough plan.. Right..?" he asked the older knight shyly, his tiger ears drooping down in slight embarrassment at the fact that he was actually daring to come up with some ideas, when the older knight was clearly more experienced in making plans, since that was practically what he'd been trained in during his academy training. "Anyways, I think we should really go now, or else we will waste up too much time talking," he mentioned, and with that, the two were off. The first part of the town that they've decided to check out, was the north-west part. Once they reached the first street that lead into that town, they would quickly find out that it was probably the poorest of the all four quarters. The houses were rather small, some of them missing lego pieces in the walls, and they were rather dirty, covered in lego-mud. The street seemed unusually empty. There was a plushie cat jumping from a trash can to the next one, searching for any possible remainders of rotten plushie fish, making Noel almost want to give it his own, so bad he felt for it. But at the end, he'd decided to hold onto his own plushie fish; it was the only one he had, and it had been given to him by the plushie penguin from the Teddo-Crocus, so he doubted he would be able to get ahold of a new one easily. "I wonder where all the people are.." he said quietly, drawing out his plushie fish and beginning to munch one it slowly, while he thought, his eyes sliding left and right across the street, in order to see if he could spot anyone. |

Addam nodded as Noel talked, giving a time for them to meet was a good idea, simply meeting there when one could be waiting there for some time could end up drawing attention to one or even both of them, something they couldn’t afford here. “Right, good idea.” He said, they were a team and Addam knew that, sure he was trained in this, but that training had told him to take all views and possibilities into account, and no plan was perfect so there was always room for improvement. “If we do separate, try to stay out of sight until the time we need to meet, any attention could land us back at Crocus, slightly more...” He said, indicating to the fluffy tail decorating his backside. “Mhmm, Let’s start” He added when Noel said about moving on, It wasn’t too far to the town and they had a plan in mind so hopefully this would all go well, that was Indeed Addam’s hope but he was expecting things to not go as smoothly as that, but still kept a smile on his face, trying to liven the mood from the sober slightly tense one that was building on the journey to the town. Entering the town, all that was obvious was how deserted it was, from the looks of the buildings it wasn’t a place many people lives, ‘I hope there are people here.’ Addam thought overly loud, to ensure that it were to get through Noel’s telepathic link. ‘Crocus seemed rather empty, so perhaps there aren’t many people in this world, I just hope we can find some that will help us.’ His mind continued, placing his hands on top of his head, as there was little use in grasping the bow as the weapons he used seem to nothing to the plushie creatures of this world besides make them seem slightly more creepy. Looking around the Street, every house that had an open window to the outside, Addam would slow his pace to see if he could spy anything one or anything that could be of use, the one problem was this whole thing felt as though it could be an ambush, there were indeed many buildings and spaces a person or toy could hide here, on that note he stopped and bent down to look under a cart to see if anything was there, his Bunny ears tipping sideways as he did. ‘This feels bad, I am worried we’ve walked into a place even worse than where we were, we should continue to the next quarter quickly. This is perfect ambush territory.’ He thought, trying to make full use of the telepathic link as not to give away their position if anyone was attempting to listen in. ‘ Also, remember to think and not talk.’ He added, just to ensure that Noel knew the situation, they had planned it earlier but planning and the real thing were two entirely different concepts as he could see now. |

"You think this town is empty..?" Noel asked aloud. A moment later, his whiskers twitched in the realization that he'd dared to speak loudly, and he quickly covered his mouth with the palm of his hand. Saying nothing more, but instead giving off an apologetic look towards Addam, Noel thought: "I-I'm sorry.. I've completely forgotten that we should be quiet.." Luckily enough, there was no one who would've been able to hear them. Or at least that was what Noel had wished for. Walking through the empty streets, the two boys finally reached the intersection, which would take them to another part of the town. His whiskers twitching a little bit in expectation, Noel glanced over to Addam, giving off a slight nod just to show him that he was ready to move onwards. Once the knight would be ready as well, the two sneaked across the street, crossing it to the other end where the next quarter of the town started. Reaching the first few lego buildings, Noel checked them out in attempt to determine where they were, or what this quarter of the town was known for. It didn't take him too long to realize that this area represented the shopping district of the small town. Except it seemed that just like the previous part of the town they'd been in, this quarter appeared to be just as deserted. Empty buildings on either side of the street indicated that all of the toy shops they passed, were closed off. "What's wrong with this town..?" Noel thought to himself, so that Addam would be able to hear what he was thinking. "This is already the second quarter, and it doesn't seem like anyone is here.. Do you think the entire town is deserted..?" the boy thought while they moved through the streets, looking left and right. Clothes shops, pizzeria's, pharmacies, banks.. all of the lego buildings they passed seemed to be closed, as if everyone had abandoned them. Though, when the boy stepped closer to one of the smaller buildings and looked through the darkened plastic that was used for the window, he could see that the insides of the shop he was looking in, didn't seem abandoned. Inside, he could see the lego clothes on the shelves, and everything else seemed in order as well. It looked more like the shop had been closed for the night. Suddenly widening his eyes, Noel exclaimed (inside his mind): "That's it..! Everything's closed because it's the middle of the night..! No wonder we couldn't see anyone out on the streets..!" Stopping in the middle of the street, Noel bit his lip nervously, his tail swinging behind him slowly. "So, what are we going to do..? We're not going to find anyone in the shopping area in the middle of the night.. Should we go check the other areas to see if we can find the residential quarters..? Perhaps some plushies are still up and would actually talk to two strangers in need," he thought. |

Addam sighed slightly as Noel started to talk out loud, he wasn’t going to say or even think anything about it, it was indeed an honest mistake and even if he wanted to Addam was sure that he couldn’t bring himself to yell at the younger boy, firstly because there was such a slight age difference he was sure, and he didn’t want to seem like an old man, the other reason was that Noel was his only friend here and he wasn’t going to give that up just to say, ‘Don’t use your mouth’, however he did allow himself to knock on Noel’s head slightly as though it was a door. The fact there wasn’t sign of anyone made the tension even worse, the young knight had been used to living in a city where it was impossible to get more than a few meters away from other people, even the peaceful places were filled with tourists and others going on with their daily lives. Now there was this town with nobody in, well it seemed that way. Soon they were passing into the next quarter, this place would hopefully offer something that they could use, glancing up at the sky he thought over what they had learnt earlier from the rather creepy penguin guide. ‘We have until sunrise, right?’ He thought, he wasn’t one to try to scare others, but Noel and Himself needed the goal to hopefully stop them sliding back into the blur that was Teddolas taking over their minds and infecting it with thoughts of wanting to stay. Looking around this next part of the town, unlike the last it seemed as though it was used, there were shops and other things that reminded him of the real world, if it wasn’t for the fact that everything was made out of lego, it could almost be called normal. “Huh?” He sounded out as Noel told him about the fact that it was night and people were most likely sleeping, realising what he did, Addam quickly moved his hands over his mouth like a five year old thinking that would take back the action, His ears falling down and forward with his embarrassment of talking and breaking his own rule, something very un-knightly of him. ‘Sorry...’ he thought, taking a seconds break as he listened to Noel. ‘That does sound like the best plan, hopefully the people we meet will have some answered besides the fact they thing this is the best place in the world...’ Addam ran over, lowering his hands to his sides once more, the fact was that this apart from the fact that it was a toy world started to seem a lot more normal in its routines, similar to Normal reality in a way. ‘If nobody there can help us, we should find a book shop and see if there is any information on this world...’ Addam went over with Noel, once again he wasn’t going to take charge and say what had or couldn’t be done as they were both a team in this place, but with that he started walking forward, scanning from side to side to see if there was anything useful. Within a short time, something useful hit Addam, well Addam walked right into it, As he had been looking through one of the shop windows to see if there was something either of them could use, The knight walked into a sign post, the grey lego structure was indeed solid and cursed the knight to wall down onto the floor, this once again cushioning his bottom but not his pride. “Awwh.” He groaned slightly upon impact to the floor. ‘ This is not getting any funnier...’ Addam said, his face growing red with embarrassment. ‘ I swear my head is full of fluff, I’m never this clumsy...’ he told Noel through the telepathic link, once he thought it, he realised the wording was something he didn’t like... Hopefully it wasn’t full of fluffy and never would be. |

Despite having gotten angry at him for saying something out loud earlier, Addam actually broke his very own rule barely a few minutes after Noel did. Perhaps it was the surprise at what Noel had discovered, or their brains that were apparently becoming fluffier with every minute, were truly starting to let them down. Noel sincerely hoped it wasn't the latter, though Addam's suggestion that something like that might actually be the case, scared him quite a little bit. "N-N-No... t-that can't be, c-can it..?" he stuttered even in his thoughts, if that was even possible. Luckily for Addam, Noel's sudden fear that arose with the realization had caused him not to pay too much attention to the young knight's embarrassing moments that followed. Naturally, that was a good thing in this case, because the last thing the two of them needed was for the brown-haired boy to start giggling loudly all of a sudden upon seeing his bunny friend falling on his puffy tail-sheltered butt and squirming in embarrassment. From what it seemed, the slow transformation was truly affecting the two. At times, the changes in their behaviour weren't so apparent, while at the other time, it really seemed like they weren't being themselves. "We need to hurry up.." Noel said nervously, glancing around himself while he waited for Addam to pull himself back onto his feet. He was afraid they were going to lose too much time if they didn't keep on moving. Now that he really thought about it, he began to realize that time was actually their biggest enemy of this world. It wasn't the creepy penguin or the Nutcracker soldiers of the Teddo-Crocus town, it wasn't this abandoned town or the unfamiliar structure of this entire world. No, it was the time that threatened them the most, with its never-ending tickling that brought all of the hours of the world closer to that fateful second when the sunrise was bound to happen. The time when their transformation into the plushies would be complete. That thought alone sent Noel in panicky horror; he didn't wait any longer for Addam to stand up, but rather jumped up to him and pulled him back onto his feet by tugging on his wrist hard, not releasing him even when the bunny knight had already regained his balance. Instead, he kept pulling him through the allies of the second quarter of the town, searching for the main road restlessly by looking both ways as they moved through the streets. "We're wasting too much time, Addam..!" he would tell him while they skipped through the streets. Yes, skipped, for Addam would probably be having a rather hard time walking due to his bunny tendencies, while Noel was starting to feel a sudden urge to get down on all fours and start to dash across the street, as well. "Don't you see it..? The fish and the carrot plushie, the penguin, the emptiness of this town.. Everything is set up so that as much time as possible passes before we realize what our only way back home might be.. We need to overcome all the temptations on our way, or else we will be stuck here forever..!" He hoped his sudden rush of self-awareness was going to help Addam to wake up as well, and realize once again what their mission was. They really didn't have the time to fool around right now. Luckily for the two, they reached the next part of the small town fairly quickly. And from the looks of it, this was the right spot. On both of their sides, there were lego buildings of average sizes, with small lego fences in front of them and that bendable lego grass in front of the porches. "It's the residential area..!" Noel thought, pointing forwards. "Maybe, if we're lucky, we might find someone that's still up at this late hour.." he continued thinking quieter now, glancing left and right at each of the houses they passed, in search of one through the window of which he might see a lit lantern (if these things even existed in a world like this), indicating that the inhabitants of the house were still up. From what it seemed, that was their only option at the moment, save for Addam's previous idea of trying to find a library that might given them some insight on their situation. Though, Noel doubted a small town like this had one, and even if it did, they surely didn't have the time to study books right now. |

Addam pulled himself up from the floor slightly dazed, not knowing exactly what was going on, his back side was bruised from the amount of tripping he had done that day, but more so was his ego, he wasn’t an overly proud person, but he wasn’t one who enjoyed embarrassment. “I’m tired of this all...” Addam sighed, not caring about the rule anymore, he was acting overly emotional and didn’t care, He just wanted some normality back for both of them, he didn’t want ‘could’s or ‘If’s he wanted an answer and a way to get back to real life. Once he was up, he kicked the lego curb, of course it hurt his already swollen and throbbing feet but he just couldn’t help it, “Why can’t I do anything, I trained and trained and trained and for what. This is useless...” Addam yelled to himself, almost throwing his bow down, but the sentimental attachment he had with it was too much for him to do that. So placing it back on his back he took a few deep breath. “I just want to get us both out of here...” He whispered, not that he was scared that he would be overheard after shouting rather loudly, more of the fact that he didn’t feel like he had the will to shout anymore. “If you weren’t here I may have already given up.” He said softly, returning his mind back to the fact that Noel was there. “I was trained a knight, but look what a might Knight can do here, I can hardly protect myself, Walking is difficult and I am running from toys who are much stronger than me.” He said, this had been building for some time, but he had tried to push it down. His usually cheerful eyes were blank, not knowing what to do, Addam was trained to follow orders and do what was needed to finish a task given to him, but this wasn’t anything he had faced before. “I’m scared I’m going to lose myself here, I’m scared that even if I do nobody else will care.” He whispered just loudly enough for himself to hear. “I’m sorry Noel, I’m sorry I can’t be of more use. Let’s just continue.” Addam sighed, following him on to the next city quarter. The streets were indeed a lonely place at night, but none of that got through to the young Knight, he simply felt down, the bunt ears on his head flopped down showing his mood, he didn’t even care about them, at that point if he had walked into a large patrol of toys looking for them he wouldn’t have even blinked an eye. He simply followed Noel where he was going, he had made that promise to get him out and that was the only truth to him in this world. “Yeh...” He replied via voice to Noel’s thoughts, he was paying attention to the fact that Noel had pointed out it was the residential area, but that was about it. “I’ll go check...” Addam said, his voice monotoned and lifeless and he made his way off of the main street they were on and pushed open a white wash gate, entering a small garden, the multicoloured displays of Lego flowers were vivid against the Lego grass, “It’s all just lego.” He said, Addam said, looking up to the night sky above them, “They are all just toys, the stars aren’t even real...” Addam mused to himself, as he observed the flickering story book child drawn stars with sleeping faces in the sky, seeming to still give some light in the dark. “I’ll knock and see if anyone’s there...” He said, making his way up to the door at the end of the path. |

Noel didn't really know what to say. The whole situation that the two of them had found themselves in, was already bad enough to begin with - he'd been slowly, but gradually beginning to lose hope ever since they were forced to flee the Teddo-Crocus town and didn't know where they needed to go, or whether there was even a chance for them to ever return back to their home world. Quite surprisingly, Addam had been keeping his cool ever since then, and Noel had unintentionally began to rely on the young knight after he'd promised him that he was going to get the two of them out of here no matter what. Because of that promise, which had restored the bit of hope Noel still held in his confused heart, Noel hadn't given up just yet, and was pushing onwards with determination, the reason for which was no one else but Addam. Up until now, he'd pretty much been the only reason why Noel hadn't lost the remainder of his hope just yet, even when it seemed like there was truly no way for them to stop or even prolong their plushification just so that they could find a way out of this place. But now, even Addam had began to lose his mind. It must have been the fact their brains were slowly starting to turn to plush, Noel was sure of it. They've already gotten the ears, the tail and even the whiskers - and much to his horror, Noel felt a strange tingling sensation in his legs, as if they weren't quite his anymore. For now, they still looked normal, but it was only a matter of time before the next stage of their transformation would begin. Because of that, they needed to hurry up, instead of having to deal with their slowly receding hope and willpower to continue; but none of that was as easy as it sounded. Especially now that his hero, his savior Addam, who'd promised to get him out of here, started to show his human side, as well. "I.. I k-know you want to get both of us out of here.." Noel said quietly, "A-And I know that you are also going to keep your promise.. I know you can get us back to Earthland.." the boy muttered, trying to fight back the tears. His tiger ears had drooped down, much like his mood, when he began to realize that they might never actually get out of here. "Y-you are going to keep your promise, aren't you, Addam..?" Noel breathed, his tail now between his legs, much like animals usually did when they were either scared or terrified. Luckily, Addam had managed to pull himself together just a few moments later, perhaps realizing that he was just scarinf the younger boy and that none of that was going to get them anywhere. They needed to move onwards, as that was the only way to salvation. Now following the young bunny knight, Noel walked behind him with an unsure step after seeing how affected Addam was, as well. He wanted the cheerful Addam back, but he didn't know if there was anything he could possibly do to put him in a good mood. It was rather hard with his own mood swinging all the time as well. Soon enough the two of them stopped in front of one of the houses in the residential district, and Noel watched as Addam neared the doors, apparently deciding it would be the smart thing to start checking whether there was actually any plushies in this area that would be willing to help them. It was in the middle of the night, but right now, this seemed like the only option, and any more wasting time could result in the two of them having to stay here forever. Just the thought of that had scared Noel to the point he shuddered like a little kitten. When Addam knocked on the door, there was a few moments of silence, and then a old, cracky voice could be heard from within: "Yaaaa..??! Who is it at this late hour?!" |

Addam was three quarters up the path when he stopped for a second to think this through, they had decided that they would try to stay covert for this, trying to get any information they could before delving in, but there wasn’t enough time. It was night and that meant if what the penguin had told them earlier was true, they most likely only had a few hours. ‘Noel, I am sorry. I didn’t mean to do that. This place just gets at me, I feel fine one moment and then I feel like breaking down the next with no reason, I can’t even stop to think things through before I do them,’ He thought, laughing slightly at the fact that was what he was doing now. ‘I promised I would try everything I could and that we will get out of here, and I don’t break my promises. I am sorry Noel if I worried you.’ Finishing the thought, He started to walk forward again, and within a few steps he was at a large wooden, no wait Brown lego door made to resemble wood, Taking the knocker on the side with his hand, he gave it large bang, if he had to he would wake up the resident as they honestly didn’t have enough time to wait about until they woke normally, the question actually was if the toys slept. Biting him lower lips slightly in worry, hoping for something, he glanced back to Noel and gave him a small smile, It was very much forced through the worry, and not the usual one that Addam would give if he was actually enjoying himself, but it was the best he could do at the moment. The seconds seemed to take much longer than the knight thought possible but soon the knock was responded to by a females voice. Addam didn’t actually know what to say, he had been in a daze of sorts when he went to knock at the door, and hadn’t actually expected that someone would answer. ‘If I say something wrong, she may turn us in. But we have no other choice, we either take the bet or end up here forever.’ Addam told Noel through the Mage’s Telepathic connection. A large click could be heard as the door’s locking mechanism unlocked as a figure behind the frosted Plastic windows turned something, most likely a key, after a moment the door swung inward showing the silhouette of something that looked rather Human, Addam was just able t make this out as he hadn’t noticed but his eyes had adjusted to the ark and he was slightly blinded by the light from the door way. “So. What do you want at this time?” The voice said, slightly more concerned with friendly worry. “We need to know about this world.” Addam said, shielding his eyes from the light another few seconds before they finally adjusted. What was the thing he thought was human was indeed more Humanesque than the plushies he had seen in the city, however she was a doll and not a human, what should had been sin was instead porcelain, ‘Crap’ he thought, not knowing if her reaction would be the same as the other toys earlier. Flinching slightly he waited for a sign to run, however the doll simply stood there. “Come in quickly before people see you, you two must be very confused.” She said, angling her head towards Noel on the street in front. “Now, both of you come in quickly.” She said. Addam glanced back to give Noel a questioning look, not sure what to do. ‘ It’s our only lead so I think we should take it.’ Addam told Noel. And with that he made his way through the door way, Something however seemed off, once again his sense of balance deserted him as it felt as though his body was too disproportionate, after standing still for a moment, The Knight toppled forward through the door, his body stiff with confusion as he hit the floor within the house, the only thought as he went down was. ‘Why this again...’ |

Noel gulped with concern after listening to Addam's shaky explanation. He hadn't said anything in response, but that didn't mean the younger boy was anyhow less worried about the young knight, himself and.. well, their slowly receding ability to control their sudden mood swings. He knew that the other boy was doing his best not to show his worry, despite the fact that the effects of this world were making it even harder for him to do so. But Addam had promised to get him out of here, and as a noble knight like he was, he had vowed to get them back to Earthland, no matter what. Noel believed him; but despite that, he couldn't help not to notice that his friend's smile was slightly forced when they moved through the empty neighborhood. He felt a bit uneasy, knowing that Addam wasn't completely alright, but since he knew his friend didn't want to worry him, Noel kept quiet and just smiled back at him encouragingly, so as to make him believe that his earlier smile had put him to ease. He was used to situations like that; he'd been a rather lousy Mind mage if he couldn't tell how his friends were feeling or what had been going on inside their heads. Sometimes, especially in dire situations like the ones they were currently in, it would happen that the young brown-haired mage would be able to notice nervousness, discomfort or even fear within his companions; but out of sheer compassion and will not to let them worry about him, he would simply act like everything was okay. "Alright.. I know you can get us out of here, Addam," Noel replied back in his mind, watching as Addam stepped in front of the Lego doors and knocked on them, waiting for the answer. Sooner than later, the reply came, something that neither Noel nor Addam had expected to happen. After having scouted through more than half of the town without running into a single person, Noel had almost subconsciously started to believe that the whole town was really empty and that they were slowly beginning to run out of the options that they had. Luckily for the two of them, things had turned out for the better, though, when the doors of the small lego house were finally opened. And as their eyes began to accommodate to the light, they would quickly widen upon seeing the humanoid figure standing in front of them. It was a doll. Motioning them to step inside, Addam was the first to move, while Noel followed close behind. Probably almost a bit too close, because as soon as the knight stepped through the doors, he'd already lost his balance and went straight for the floor. Being so close behind him, Noel bumped against the boy, waving with his hands crazily in attempt to catch his balance - without success. Before they knew it, he'd already fallen down, landing on top of the bunny knight; saying bunny, because he could actually feel the soft bunny tail squished somewhere in between Addam's butt and his own groin. How embarrassing. Red as an apple, the young Mind mage quickly jumped up on his feet, dusting himself off, glancing everywhere but in Addam's eyes. Well, he'd been polite enough to offer him his hand like the common courtesy had dictated him to do; but despite that, he just couldn't meet his gaze. "S-Sorry about that.." he finally managed to breath, as he tried to pull himself together, even though he still couldn't quite look at him for the moment. Luckily, he didn't have to think about it too much longer, because he was quickly reminded they weren't alone anymore, because the doll who'd invited them into her house, was already waiting for them. Quietly, the two followed through the corridor into the living room on the other side of the house, where the doll had offered them the spots on the rather comfortable sofa. While they were waiting the doll had gone to the kitchen, and brought back a plate, which had a tea and some rather neat, ceramic-looking cups on it. As the cups were put in front of them and the doll began to pour them some tea, Noel felt as if was attending one of those tea parties that kids usually threw for their dolls. The whole environment around them, the doll who'd invited them in and everything else pointed at that exact feeling. And as he finally looked down at his cup, his stomach turned around a bit. The cup was empty. |
