Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

The Knight's gate swung open, the two iron doors swinging to either side of the entrance. Maxwell then moved through, tugging at Tormoru's chains while getting a bit too into the facade she had tricked him into. Head bowed down she tried to resist the urge to smirk at stupid this man was being, after all she didn't want to give away how happy she actually was at being fake arrested. Looking up past her let down hair she saw the slightly intoxicated man talking with the gate post guard.

"Hey Maxwell, what you got there?" The guard asked, indicating to the dark mage, who in turn looked straight down. 'I hope I'm incentive enough for Maxy to make up a good god damn reason why he arrested me,' She thought as her tool opened his mouth to speak. "She was caught stealing from someone and so I think a few nights in the cells is a good punishment. After all we don't want that kind of behaviour, come on now you scum" He venomously spat, acting like he was a professional actor. With a smile and a pat on the back from the older Knight Maxwell and his manipulator entered to the station's cells, bypassing any other part. It was annoying since when her plan was executed she'd need to sneak all the way to the top offices but really it was a sensible idea. The more guys that saw her meant more witnesses which she did not want. Smiling as the custody staff were simply tricked by her knight's surprising silver tongue they were waved through with Tormoru, or Coco, not having to supply any records since it was a warning to her.

Maxwell then got serious, throwing the dark mage into the cell and shutting the door behind him. Like he was a dog on heat the knight was soon stripping off his armour, getting ready to have a randy romp with this girl. When down to his undergarments he approached the purple haired mage with a child like grin. He reached his hands forward to her chest, only to be stopped by her own shackled hands. "Ah ah ah, lets not rush, why don't we take my chains off so I can use them for you," She winked, and soon Tormoru was free of her shackles. Swiftly however she turned it around, attaching one end to her companion's hand and the other to a loop in the wall.

"What are you doin Coco" He kind of slurred, surprise taking over. "Don't worry, I thought this might be fun. Let me just freshen up outside and let you desire me a bit more. I don't want you to loose interest." The fake Coco exited the room, shutting the cell door behind. As he began to call for her she readjusted her style to suit her usual attire. Thankful to be rid of him she continued with the job. She'd just have to tell the knight she was thrown out for trespassing or something. However her dilemma now was how to get to the top. The building was a mere three floors, that including the basement where she was, the ground floor and the first. Tormoru couldn't stroll out into the custody room, they had seen her. No she would have to find another way up, which is where her new spell could be used.

The thickness of each floor wasn't more than a metre, and the distance to the ceiling was less than 4m. She'd be able to teleport easily, and so she did. "Court's Chase," She muttered, hearing steps come from the corner. As the magic did its usual thing and surrounded her, she felt a slight jump of energy before appearing on the floor above. Feeling stupid for not thinking about who may have been above she was greeted by a lone Knight, or at least someone who worked here. He didn't look strong, his skinny frame and glasses giving the hint of clerk work. Not letting him say a word she used the side of her hand to strike the guys neck, stepping into his personal space as she did. Attempting to use her weight to place him off balance she then drove her body into his while gargling cries failed to raise alarm. With a thud they both hit the floor, it's hard wooden covering giving both a bruise. Before the man could react any more the dark mage used her fist and pushed it across his face with ferocity. The clerk was then unconscious and Tormoru could renew her business, after of course stuffing the sleeping man in a appliance closet.

Taking care around corners and avoiding any meeting places it took about twenty minutes to make it to the head knight's office of this station. Sadly, there was yet another receptionist outside, which meant she couldn't just creep in. If only she could teleport once more, but that was out of her reach at the moment because of her power. Sighing because of her own weakness the dark mage inhaled deeply and prepared to try and chime her way into the office. The receptionist was a small plump lady this time, hardly anything to get in her way but if she summoned some nights Tormoru would be screwed, and not in the good way. Walking up to the desk the Cyclops girl smiled only for it to be returned with a glare. 'Bitch' Tormoru thought before speaking up.

"I'm here to see whoever runs this place, can I go in?" She demanded, not caring about manners with this cow. Before the plump woman could talk a booming voice resonated in the marble floored room. "I reside over this station, I'm Captain Trance and who might you be?"

"well this is awkward" Oberon said aloud as he decided now review the situation he was in at the moment while Tomoru was off gods knows where getting the easy way in to get the money for the guild while he was stuck with, this! It felt like everyone in the room just did a sweat drop as no one really knew what to do as Oberon had most likely just walked in on something mid way through. Who were these guys? Did they have some kind of fetish about big swords and forcing people to the ground? He shivered as he realized how that could easily be taken the wrong way if he had said that aloud. But still why were these guys here? Oberon was only expecting a few people if not one man to get the money from for the guild. These guys had black skip masks, large swords, and were keeping people from getting up what could this mean? Suddenly it hit Oberon like a ton of bricks, "Oh! Are you playing duck duck goose? Can i play!" Oberon said as his innocent and good natured side showed for a second as everyone in the room seemed to do yet a second sweat drop as Oberon was rather oblivious to the fact that this was in fact a robbery instead of a buch of grown men getting together in the same building to play duck duck goose, sometimes Oberon was too small minded to understand things, pity.

The room was in a square shape with various desks and tables as well as the odd office plant here and there. there were six men in the room each with a broadsword and wearing ski masks as well as strange outfits keeping track of the four people crouching down on the floor, wimps they were going to get sick or some shit if they lied on the floor like that. Oberon thought as he looked down at the man in front of him lying on the floor, covered in- wait was that blood? Now why in the world would a man be lying in blood? There was only one explanation to this as the man must have slipped and fallen while he was running in duck duck goose thus cracking his skull open, stupid bastard next time he should have held scissors. Oberon thought before looking back up at the men in ski masks, why hadn't they told anyone that this guy was dead? There was always the idea that they were necro- he shivered as he almost completed a thought that was better left unlooked at as he really did not want to have to have the image of two men in ski masks having fun with a dead body. Speaking of the men they were apparently talking-to each other quietly while Oberon stood at the door taking in his situation, a dead man, people in ski masks with weapons, and a tattoo that resembled Naked Mummy!

Oberon growled as he realized now that this was a robbery led by the guild Naked mummy. He couldn't really feel all that much magical energy coming off of these guys as they seemed to be weak mages, D rank thugs most likely, there was one though that might have been C but he could not tell as abruptly one of the mages fired a small arc of lightning at him. Oh well, so much for making this a walk in the park eh? He thought as he rolled out of the way and behind a desk before raising his fists and bumping them together as a bright white seal appeared underneath him as a pillar of light erupted out of the ground enveloping Oberon and making it rather hard to look at as his body transformed. His hair became shorter as well as white with a tinge of purple. His skeleton grew and switched places as he grew a white bony like exoskeleton which protected his skin and organs beneath it. His height grew by about three feet making the top of his head visible over the table, his legs grew was well along with his arms which now had yellow spiked gloves covering his hands as his transformation was now complete leaving him in the skeleton like form of Yinzami the light hunter and one of his most agile and nimble spirits which is definitely what he would need for this situation.

Oberon grinned showing of Yinzami's sharp white teeth, his voice had changed too as it was now deep and echo like as he talked, "you have made a sorry mistake Naked Mummy, you will not leave this place alive". Yinzami said before raising his left hand and causing a large arrow made out of light to appear before being fired at the closest guild member who panicked and couldn't cast a spell as the heat seeking missile like arrow shot forwards and exploded into a flash of brilliant light similar to that of a light bulb in front of your face causing the members closest to quint a bit as the explosion knocked the man into the wall knocking his head hard against the concrete wall as he was knocked out with a stream of red blood following his head as he fell down, sliding against the wall. Yinzami grinned as he had easily dispatched one of the six men, one down five to go. He thought to himself as he peeked around the corner to see where his next target was. Yin was lucky that he was not taken out right there as a fireball almost hit him as he reeled his head back behind the safety of the table as the ball of flame exploded singing his hair and catching the table aflame, yep he was C rank all right, he thought to himself as he moved away from that side of the table before taking a deep breath and leaping over the table he was behind.

Oberon growled as he could see the C rank mage staying in a corner, pathetic, Yin would simply hunt him down either way and dispatch the an as easily as he would dispatch these guys. Yinzami laughed in his deep voice as he tackled the closest mage who was taken by surprise at the light hunters speed as he only got a few words out before the spiked gloved fist of Yinzami connected with the fools eyes causing him to fall back and clutch his eyes covering them, pathetic, the hunter spat on the pitiful prey before turning to face another mage who was mid spell before pointing his hand at Yin, damn. The light hunter thought to himself as he started to move as a stalagmite shot up out of the ground catching his eco-skeleton like leg which was just enough to deflect it as there was bound to be a bruise there the next morning. Yinzami fell back on top of the table behind him as two other mages teleported next to him small knives aiming to gut him like some pig on a table while the other two mages got ready to hit again. Yin reached up and pulled their arms across and above him instead of down wards to strike him they found the opposites ones stomach as Yins trick worked, easy prey as usual. He thought as two more fell down to his light form.

He got up and off of the table before looking at the two other mages who were still getting ready to cast another spell, "and then there were three, my guild will be happy that i killed you; easy prey to me darkness must be corrupted" Yin said looking at the men and grinning, he was happy now that Tomoru sent him here, it was better then having to vista the stuffy knights.

At the commanding man's voice Tormoru whirled round, reaching for a blade or a gun, yet sadly she had stashed them outside so Coco looked all the more innocent. Staring at the captain with her one eye the dark mage couldn't help but to feel unprepared when facing the man. After all, he was huge, it was either his own body or the armour but he was massive. Towering at least another foot over Tormoru the Captain was also fairly broad, causing her to look like a blade of grass, which wasn't hard but still. The plates he wore were a silvery colour, each part of the elaborate armour being outlined by a brassy coloured metal. To add to his defence he also seemed to have a thick wall of chain mail that he wore, protecting the joints of the armouring pieces. What was odd, and maybe a fatal flaw, was the fact he had no helmet, however the dark mage supposed that he was in his own office space, so why would he need one. There was only a few strands left on the top of the man's head, the white hair was one of the indicators of this massive man's age. One place he was plentiful in hair was on his top lip, sporting a curved moustache. It was clear he was over fifty, maybe even over sixty, with Trance's face being riddled with many wrinkles and age marks. A surprising thing that Tormoru, nor anyone else could fail to notice was the fact this man had a missing eye, a long vertical scar ripping through where it should have been. 'It's like me,' She quickly thought, unconsciously bring her tanned hand up to feel her eye patch, where her own eye should have been. However, snapping out of the sentimental bull crap she was about to feel the dark mage felt stupid in failing to notice the large sword at his hip.

Captain Trance had a blade that was probably the same size of Tormoru herself, a little bit frightening. Not being able to help admit she was intimidated by this man, Tormoru forgot that she'd been asked a question and only when prompted by a clearing of the booming bloke's throat did she reply, "Um, I'm Yuko, I have some urgent business I need to spe-". The plump lady from behind the desk rudely interrupted, prompting a death glare from the one eyed girl to follow the bitch round as she stood between Trance and Tormoru. Nearly forgetting the fact she wanted a peaceful visit, lord knows why she did, Tormoru stepped forward to snap the fat cow's neck. Stopping herself before crossing the line she took one step back and stood feet together. "She doesn't have an appointment sir, I don't know why she was allowed up here but I suggest you call the guards to escort her out." the plump lady yammered on, hardly making herself audible. Strangely Captain trance could understand her as he nodded along, or pretended to understand her, the dark mage couldn't tell. A eerie silence proceeded as the captain though of what to do, stroking his moustache while the cogs in his head turned.

"No Mary it is fine, send only one guard to my office in a couple of minutes, I'd like to discuss with Yuko her business here. The guard will then be able to escort her out." Trance said, commanding the balloon like woman. Mary returned to her seat and continued with her pathetic job, though Tormoru didn't have much time to think about that, more about why this would only take a 'couple of minutes'. Did he know why she was here, of course he must he was the one she had to see about the payments. So why would it take so small a time, the money must have been ready which meant the dark mage could go in and out. Great, easy job, why were her legs nearly shaking then? "Come fellow Cyclops, haha, sorry, but please enter my office and take a seat!" Finding herself following the man's orders she saw why he commanded this post, even his presence was powerful.

Entering the room she couldn't believe how large it was. Wider than it was long the room probably stretched at least the same width as the building itself. The floor was marble, the same as outside, and a long crimson rug stretched from one side to the other. The walls were panelled which reminded Tormoru of the city hall's room, although this was much grander. At periodical rests in the wall were four foot by four windows, looking over the streets of Corepsis. The ceiling had the landscape of the city painted upon its surface, two large lacrima lights hung down from symmetrical places in the office. An iron throne like chair was positioned behind a similarly made desk, with two comfortable looking chairs on the other side, obviously for guests. Taking a seat in the right hand side one she waited for the large oak doors to shut and Trance to take his own seat.

"So missy, you're from Tartaros right?" He asked, causing Tormoru to swallow hard before answering.

Yinzami was having a hell of a time as he looked over the evil which he was smiting through more evil that he thought was good but was actually evil without him knowing it. The light hunter was rather happy that he was doing all of this as he had been waiting a while to get a real good shot at fighting in this form and now was the perfect time to show off what it was that he could do, he still had time until he could fire another arrow however so instead he would just have to be a real man and use his fists. He chuckled slightly sadistically as he thought that, yes, real men used their fists, and uber real men used magic on their fists which they then used to pummel their foes into the dust without mercy just like how the skeleton like form was doing as he prepared himself. The light hunter was under the control of Oberon though of course as technically the black signed demon was still inside of the light hunter and could control and move him, ultimately though the fighting skill as well as power itself came from the spirit who was playing the role of the car while the black winged demon was the driver in charge of keeping everything under control in case the light hunter got to carried away and tried to go berserk, ha not on the black winged demons watch.

Yinzami grinned a mouthful of white and sharp teeth as he pondered who he should ruthlessly defeat first. After all they were breaking the law and were trying to kill him, he had to defend himself! Whether he killed them and ruthlessly mutilated their bodies or not was another story all together as he was tempted to do so despite his reputation of being the most merciful of Oberon's spirits and forms. Finally however one of the mages made their move as he stomped his foot on the ground causing an earthquake like wave to shoot to at the light hunter who jumped to the right of the wave as he could feel the earth underneath him begin to alter a bit, damn it was going to be one of those fights where he was going to have to be agile and quick instead of just taking them all out with one swift strike as his footing and the terrain around him had now become a factor in this fight. Yinzami swore before he felt the earth beneath him trembling, the light hunter jumped out of his crouch and rolled as a large crevice leading down into the earth formed, enveloping the desk he had been hiding behind earlier. Why the hell was no one else noticing this! Didn't they notice how one house was shaking and how there were bursts of fire where one of the C ranks mages fire balls exploded? How dumb were these people!

Yinzami was now in the open as the earth mage panicked and swiveled his earthquake generating spell in the direction of Yin how once again had to move or else he would fall down into hell most likely as who knew how deep the crevices that were formed were. This was a constant dance as Yin fought to mover around and stay on his toes while the earth mage aimed his earthquake generating spell at Yin almost getting him a few times if not for the quick and dexterous footing of Yinzami who was getting slightly annoyed by the earth mage causing him this much trouble. It was obvious that the earth age was C rank like the one who was shooting fireballs at him earlier, speaking of the guy where was he? Yin pondered for a moment as he had lost track of the man while he was busy taking care of the earth mage. He couldn't have escaped the building as the key to the only door was destroyed and only the manager who was huddling in the corner most likely with all the other employees had it, although now was not the time nor the place to stand still and ask the man for the key as the light hunt chad his hands full with jumping like a mexican jumping bean before the mage could get a good hit on him. Finally though the luck of Yin ran out as he tripped as he attempted to jump up on a desk.

Yin grunted as he fell on the top of it while the earth mage smiled and directed the earthquake generator at Yin who widened his eyes as he got looked frantically around before spotting a pair of scissors on the table where he was, damn, only one shot at this! The light hunter thought to himself as he grabbed the pair of scissors with his right hand as he felt the table shaking before throwing it across his layed out body towards the earth mage. The pair of scissors traveled straight and true much to the luck and surprise of Yin who took the time to get up and move while the table sank down into the seemingly unending crevice where Yin once was. The light hunter smiled as he saw the pair of scissors sticking out of the mans neck causing him to try desperately to gasp for air despite it being clearly over as the earth mage fell down onto the floor of the building dead while Yinzami stood triumphant over his dead corpse before kicking it hard with his spiked foot. Yin didn't care, the man was a source of evil and thus had to be eradicated like anything else that was evil, quickly and violently, that brought a sadistic smile to his face as Oberon clearly agreed with the light hunter, now where was that fire mage?

Yin turned finally to face the fire mage who had attacked him once before who was huddling in the corner of the building in fear of the light hunter....it was in fact a female upon closer inspection. Men Oberon and Yin could handle killing easily but women, that was a harder choice for him as sometimes two lives were lost instead of one. Yin frowned, "leave now" he commanded causing the women to nod and disappear in a flurry of flames while Yin stood int he middle of a room filled with death and decay...it was a hard job sometimes.

The awkward silence that followed the man's question served its purpose, causing Tormoru to become more and more nervous, this old geezer already knew why she was here, probably why he called guard so that when he chucked her out he didn't have to get his hands dirty. Was he going to refuse Tartaros's protection, or at least the co-operation and revolt in a way. The dark mage was sure the guild would easily be able to defend themselves but if they went against this many knights the government would surely get involved. She didn't want to go down in history as the catalyst for her guild's demise, even if it were possible. Struggling to swallow again the silence had affected her, causing her to breath heavier than before, something she was well aware of. Sweat beaded on her tanned forehead before trickling down. The amount of times her eye blinked also increased, the hazel brown colour flashing at Captain Trance.

"Ahh, well are ya', going to have to see a tattoo or something Miss Yujo," He laughed, slamming his hand onto the table. The sudden noise shocked her, causing her to nearly topple the chair. After composing herself she cleared her throat, it seemed the knight had snapped Tormoru out of the nervousness. "It's Yuko, and yes I am a Tartaros mage," She started, holding her tattoo up as if it was an official badge,"and if you already know what guild I'm from you should know why I'm here, the money you owe us, after all we help to keep the lowlife crooks that try to rise to the top out of your ways don't we?" The purple haired woman had hit the nail on the head when Trance reacted with a nod. Yes in return for a generous donation from this Knight building the Tartaros guild helps keep the crooks not affiliated with the guild in line, and as to the dark guild's activities there is a little bit of leeway. Oh how Tormoru enjoyed the way this place had been corrupted, she saw what the Knights did with their time off, which was given because of Tartaros's involvement. Drinking, gambling, all sorts, if only they realized that the guild took money from those establishments as well. She resisted the urge to laugh at the naiveness of these Knights, no doubt however Trance knew all of this, he looked like a wise man.

"Ah, aren't you a clever one, well yes I have the money but before I give it to you I have to ensure the guild is up to scratch. Why don't have a game, if you win I give you this money and my own personal bottle of whiskey. If I win, well the money is ours and the guild has to pay us money for overlooking their actions. After all the service they are providing is becoming obsolete. The crime rate has gone down drastically and the only trouble we have is you dark mages, which most of us overlook. What do you say, do you agree?" The large man suggested, holding his hand out for Tormoru to shake, closing the deal. That nervousness came back. How could she decide this, she hadn't been with the guild for long, she didn't want to be blamed for a loss of income. On the other hand though she had no weapons and if the game was combat related she was unsure if she could win. This man may have not been as wise as she thought, the crime rate was down because of Tartaros, not anything to do with his knights. It didn't seem thought that he would back down, reluctantly she held her tanned, tattooed hand out, falling into the grasp of the gigantic gorilla's handshake. Wincing in slight pain she retracted her hand once the deal was done.

"What kind of game is this then?" She asked, in a slight mood at the hindrance this man was becoming. "Well as you might of guessed we Knights are well suited for combat, most of us. So I want to see if you are better than my knights, Mary send him in!" The captain replied. His order caused the door to open and a tall knight walked in. Without his armour on Tormoru could see this man was fairly well built, some muscles prominent even underneath the clothes he was wearing. "To make it fair he has no armour, no weapons, just himself. The same as you, though I did expect Tartaros to send a man instead of a women. It looks like have already won!" He laughed again. His sexist comment caused Tormoru to anger. Standing up she walked onto the red carpet and looked at her opponent. He had taken a similar position, and now there was about five metres between them. Doubt crept into her mind, could she win. This man was no doubt stronger than her, faster probably. Better at combat as well if he was a knight. All she had was brains or so she liked to think. Maybe she should have sent Obermoron here instead of making him collect money from the easy market men. Biting her bottom lip she worried, her heart was racing and her palms were sweating. There was a hint of worry in her face, also a minuscule amount of fear. She never liked to loose.

"Begin!" The captain shouted. Like responding to a starting gun at a race the knight dashed forward. It had begun.

Yinzami was content with his work, he had successfully kicked the asses of five dark mages from Naked Mummy and let one woman go free. It wasn't like she was a threat or anything, he could care less whether she lived or died after she reappeared somewhere away from here after all, she was an enemy of the guild and therefore an enemy of him! Its not like he hreally had a lot of enemies though when the light hunter thought about it. His only real enemy that he wanted to crush somedays was that man Reyo, the bastard was going to burn in hell for making a fool out of Oberon. For now though he was stuck merely doing the dirty work of the Dark Gods, but then again nobody just woke up surging with power that could crush a guy with a wink and a thought, if there was then Yin had sorely missed out on the big uber strong magic giveaway. The light hunter shrugged as he scratched his head, his plan had kind of worked really, after all he was able to kill almost all of the dark mages here and surely that had to count for something besides letting one go! Of course there was always the chance that he might meet this fire mage again, hopefully in a circumstance where he bout just gut her like a pig. A light hunter had to purify the darkness after all, thats what he did.

Yinzami groaned as he felt the transformation ending a bit early as he slowly started to revert back to his human self. The mysterious white flesh underneath his bony exoskeleton like body started moving out as the white spiked bones receded until they looked like a normal skeleton which was swiftly covered by the white flesh underneath before brightening into a much more human like tone as Oberons body was restored as well as his wings which had undergone a similar transformation as his main body. Oberon ruffled his jacket as his clothes returned to him as well, it was weird that they did though as technically his clothes were not part of his body but hey, why bite the hand that feeds you ya' know? He nodded in agreement with himself as he was once more a human being as before, you can't take down Oberon! Oberon takes down you. He grumbled before turning back from the corner of the room to look at the people who were still huddling in a corner like spineless worms which were to fearful of what greatness was before them to even stammer out words as instead they simply whimpered and let out a few shrieks as the black winged demon walked around the carnage and chaos of the building to look down at the people huddled together like savages. Pathetic.

"One of you here has money for my guild, give it to me...now" Oberon commanded growing agitated by how much he had to do for a low compensation, god what if he lost his eye like Tommy? That was a scary thought, jesus he would just be a cyclops! Whatever, he was already a freak anyway with having wing and all that jazz, it was a bit to late to go back now eh? Oberon glared at the group of people huddled to gather on the floor, were they dumb? He growled causing them to jump a bit in fear at the black winged demon standing before them. He sighed, people these days, "Alright, i'm from Tartaros and if you give me the money you owe the guild i may feel kind enough to not kill you.....but the more you goddam take the more agitated i will become resulting in this entire room being baTHED IN YOUR BLOOD!..." Oberon said letting his anger and frustration get the better of him for a second as he raised his voice to the end of his command, not that he would, after all the guild needed these weaklings to pay them so that they could go about their business like sending Oberon on more important missions or so that they could pay him overall, wither way he needed these guys alive or he would not get payed, and that was a big old N.O

The smallest man who was the closest to the outside took out his wallet and chucked it at Oberon who grunted as it hit his chest. The black winged demon growled as he picked up the wallet off the floor before looking in it as his eyes went wide, there had to be at least maybe five million jewels in this thing! It all belonged to the guild though unfortunately. Oberon turned to leave with the money before another object hit his back followed by five more causing him to quickly yell at the top of his lungs, "Who wants to die first! I gave you the peaceful way out but now i w- wait what?" Oberon said as he looked at four wallets on the ground including a large white envelope that was clearly overstuffed. Oberon picked up the white envelope and saw that THIS was the money for Tartaros, deep. He thought as he tucked it into his jacket before looking back at the other wallets and the people huddled in the corner, eh why not, after all he had put his ass on the line for these bozos right? He deserved a little compensation for his services. He agreed with himself before picking up the four other wallets which held a similar amount of jewels similar tot he first which he took and stuffed in his pockets causing them to swell noticeably he could see it now 'Oberon whats that in your pants? Oh these they're my wallets' he raised an eyebrow before shivering and walking out the door leaving the smell of death and decay behind him.

And going straight back into the smell of way to many goddam people getting ready to go home as the sun was already starting to set. He frowned as he shuffled throughout he crowd, here we go again!

The muscled knight had burst forward first. Tormoru knew the most important hit in battle was the first one, after all if they were strong enough they would be able to end it there and then. However, it didn't mean the advantage went to the person who attacked first, the attack had to be successful. Calculating what she could do she thought it were best to evade and then look for an opening. The man launched a fist towards Tormoru, a simple straight forward one and with a sidestep she avoided it. Now it was her turn, his failure surely would put him off balance all she would have to do was find a place to hit and topple him ov-

Her train of thought was stopped as the knight's elbow whirled round, its target was Tormoru's face. This time she had been careless. Without any time to evade the attack she had to block, holding both forearms up to take the force. The jab from the elbow was painful for the tanned skin Tartaros mage and like a spear it broke the defence. The side ways blow sent the girl stumbling backwards, she knew she was vulnerable now. The knight's speed was astounding and soon Tormoru felt the full brunt of his kick. As the foot came into contact with the dark mage's abdomen she felt the wind escape her lungs. The force also caused her to topple backwards, her back hitting the wall that apparently had crept upon her. A grunt of pain escaped her lips, but this knight wasn't over yet. Apparently he was told to be as ruthless as possible or something like that because he did not let up. After retracting his foot he sent another kick to wards her. All Tormoru could do to avoid it was move her body to the right, laying on the ground as the kick hit the panelling. Recoiling from the miss the man hoped backwards, returning his guard.

Not allowing another attack to happen she scrambled up, leaping far away from the bastard. It was clear she was losing, and much more clear she was worried that she couldn't win. Holding the area that had been kicked Tormoru tried to formulate a counter attack before the knight came at her again. "Oh come on now Yuko, he's pummelling you already, I thought Tartaros mages were strong, even without their magic. Hey you, don't let up on her just because she's female, she's living in a man's world and has to learn!" The captain laughed once again. Anger bubbled up in Tormoru's body, he was insulting her and Tartaros, how dare he. "SHUT UP OLD MAN!" She shouted, shrieking at the man that had successfully done his job of distracting her. Once the words had left her mouth the knight burst forward again, this time ending a flurry of jabs her way. Sadly this guy had underestimated her, or at least was tricked by the one eye. Sure the other was missing but the dark mage could follow his movements. Calming down while in battle was a trait of Tormoru's and she felt slightly bested when she had been riled so quickly. However once back in combat her mind cleared up and made it possible to dodge the punches. Moving her body she caused all of them to miss. Surprise appeared on her opponents face, which was the sign for a counter attack.

Grabbing the hand that was trailing from the last attack launched the tanned skinned woman pulled it forward with little resistance. Catching the Knight off guard allowed Tormoru to land a successful hit, thrusting her palm upwards into his chin. His head jolted backwards from the force but that wasn't the end of the counter attack. Keeping hold of his arm Tormoru was able to pull him forward again, opposing the recoiling from the last attack. Placing the back of her body against his front she pushed her hips back. Even without much strength she had practised this with Sion and knew it could work. Pulling and pushing with all her might she was able to flip the man over, causing his back to pound into the flaw. Next was a hold. Arm still grasped she moved her hand up to his own, twisting and folding it so it strained unnaturally. Straddling him she made sure her right leg was placed on his free arm, refraining him from hitting back. Calling out in pain as she near broke his wrist she looked to Trance.

"Is this good enough?" She barked, her eyes full of anger now. She was not happy that she had to fight someone and so naturally she disliked Trance. The white moustached man just smirked, a husky laugh then followed. "Who said it was over yet missy?" Tormoru's eyes widened as she felt the body beneath her move. Her hold must have not been that strong as the knight used his body to roll Tormoru off. As both immediately stood up, the knight shaking his hand to readjust it, the dark mage looked on. She would have to be a bit more brutal in her attacks if that didn't hold him.

Oberon gowled as he was once again swallowed up by the beast that was crowds. The sudden change from quiet to uber loud was not exactly doing much for his ears or his sight as it was difficult for him to see where he was going at times, especially when there was some tall guy own the way that talked loud making the black winged demon want to drop kick the man in the face! He resisted his urges as he instead made his way through the market, it was actually rather surprising that no one was flipping out about a young adult with blood splattered on his jacket and shirt, better to not curse a blessing though as so far everything had gone rather smoothly on this mission, except of course for that one time at the bar, and just now at the market, and of course his bad terms with Tomoru; come to think of it this mission really hadn't gone as he had planned from point one! Oberon heard his stomach growl as his hunger became quite apparent as he had been fighting for about the last thirty minutes or so as well as the fact that he had been walking around most of the day by himself and his stuck up bitchy partner who was probably talking smack about him back at the guild hall right now and claiming the reward all for herself, it was official, she had made the list.

Oberon was snapped out of his thoughts as he bumped into another man who gave him a quick looked before walking onwards, it was a pretty good idea to get as far from the market official headquarters thingy as possible, facing the market security on an empty stomach wouldn't do now would it? He nodded in agreement with himself as he made his way through the crowds of the market, finally making it to the large fountain in the center which served as the biggest and most useful landmark of the area. Now that the day was descending though there seemed to be less people then before although it was still to crowded for him either way as he had no desire to hang around and get tossed back and fort like a ping pong ball between to paddles. The air was slightly windy and cold, it usually was, Coreopsis was a floating city after all! Oberon frowned a bit as he passed the knocked out or possibly even dead man that he had taken the map form earlier, no one could tell the difference? Pity, people these days were just so un-intelligent that it seemed almost funny to him despite the morbid acts he had committed here today. The black winged demon broke the stare to finally make his way out of the market, taking a long deep breath as he made a mental note not to go to this area anymore.

Now which way was the bridge again? He hadn't exactly made a major note on where exactly the place was at as he was too busy being pissed at his partner for sending him off to face a group of Naked Mummy mages by himself! Okay, well, that was kind of a lie as the black winged demon had a feeling that she did not know of the freak coincidence either that seemed almost to coincidental to be just a mistake of timing. He was lucky that he had showed up though, any later and those guys might have already left with all the money in tow! Then he would be standing in front of the guild master dumbstruck as he tried to explain how a smaller guild had robbed the place before he could get the money. Luckily though he indeed had the money and thankfully didn't have to grovel before master Vile to forgive him. Besides, from the short time that he had know that man he could tell already that he was bat shit insane, just how he liked them. Oberon grinned, showing off his pointed teeth as the idea of having a loony as a guild master seemed logical, after all he would not be so easily manipulated, nor would he be so easily persuaded to do something logical, after all illogical thoughts seemed to always trump logical thoughts these days.

"What the hell? Where is she?" Oberon said as he finally found the bridge which hanged over a small canal. Seriously though, after she complained about him being late all the time, now she was the one who couldn't seem to make it either? Oberon growled as he felt his impatience start to flare slightly, he hated to be kept waiting. His black feahteyr wings pushed up against his jacket as they yearned to stretch them, now was not the time though, it might be better if he simply kept his wings a secret from his partner, it would make things easier for the both of them. Oberon reeled his head back as he leaned on the side of the bridge before spitting off of it at a couple passing in a gondola underneath, he snickered and ducked down behind the wall as the couple looked up, apparently his shot had hit its mark on the mans sandwich. It was hard to control his laughter but he did so as he had time to spare. Strange though, he thought that it would have taken less time for her to get back here. Not that he was worried of course, she was a mage of Tartaros, she was a big girl, she could take care of herself. He thought closing his eyes as he leaned against the wall of the bridge. He was tempted to just nod off asleep but the idea appealed to him less as he thought of his partner shooting him or something.

So instead he simply waited for Tommy to show up so that they could turn in the money and get the hell out of here, he was starving!

The knight's fist connected with Tormoru's face, causing her to wince in pain. Staggering to the side she recovered quickly, a skill which she had learned while fighting this man. He was quick and clever which meant the dark mage had to keep her wits about her. Ducking under his fist again she jumped backwards. Getting some distance between them was the best idea, it gave Tormoru some time to think, even if it wasn't much time. Although it seemed this guy knew what she was thinking before she even thought it and was soon in her space again. His fist connected once more, this time with the guard Tormoru had put up with her forearm. The force knocked her back once again, just like it had many times before. She had enough, but didn't know how to end this stupid match.

It was getting late, and no doubt Obermoron would be having a tantrum at her making him wait. Hopefully he wouldn't be too annoyed, it wasn't like it was her fault that she was kept up, this stupid captain was playing games. Sure she'd be up for this if there wasn't a mission to complete but there was, which meant she wanted to get this meeting done with. Her thoughts had sidetracked her once more, causing her to be open for the kick the knight sent her way. Causing her to fall to one knee as the attack hit her Tormoru whimpered slightly in pain. "Hahaha, you made her kneel for you, Tartaros is kneeling to our power. Well done sir Knight, now make sure you finish it off. Once we're done here we can throw this little girl out into the trash!" Trance bellowed, angering Tormoru yet again.

'How the heck will I win this, he's not tiring and I'm getting hit so much. This may be the strength of the knights but I can't let the guild down,' She thought, diving to the side as the man's fist came rocketing towards her. Rolling she stayed on one knee, she had to think of a way to win, some way to beat this bastard. And there was, it was there all the time. If Captain Trance wanted to know the full power of Tartartos why was she not using her magic. A horrid smirk came over Tormoru as her opponent advanced once more. Standing quickly she looked to grab his arm once more, ready to show her power at work. Dodging the couple of kicks that was sent her way she found her opportunity. As the knight swung his arm round, looking to hit heavily Tormoru ducked, catching his arm before he could take it back. Using her other hand to push his arm further up, she hoped it would cause some strain on his shoulder. Quickly conjuring up her magic she uttered "Containment Barrier," causing a magic circle to appear on the ground. Both were then enclosed in the magical barrier, with only one of them allowed out freely. Letting go before the knight could counter attack, not that he would as he became surprised that she had used her magic, she stepped out of the circle, casting her Gravity Plus spell. A magic circle appeared again, this time above the containment barrier. The atmosphere changed both in and out of the trap. Seeing the knight being caught off guard as weight was added to his person Tormoru couldn't help but to smile again. Taking the chance she ran forward, walking into the barrier as if the trap didn't exist. Immune to her own magic she rushed towards her target.

With his head looking down as he strained to withstand the gravity she gained the advantage. His stance was wide, forcing himself to stay on his feet as he got used to the additional weight. Startling him Tormoru gripped either side of his head. Dragging his face downwards as she brought her knee up the two connected. A pained grunt came from the knight, the added force causing him to pass out. Slumping to the floor she dispelled the technique. Turning to Trance she narrowed her eye. "Hey, can I have the money now?"

"Oh, using your magic. I suppose you did win but I'm a bit worried that you lot need magic to win, magic is for the weak..." He retaliated, grasping the box of jewels he had prepared. Reluctantly he set it upon the table and shouted to Mary to get a guard to escort Tormoru out. The dark mage had won, that was all. She was annoyed about his complaining, after all if he expected a mage not to use magic then he should have made a rule, sadly he wasn't too wise. Walking forward she retrieved the box. "Trance, don't worry, if we didn't use magic we'd be like you lot, worthless knights who had nothing better to do than waste mages time. Just face it, we're superior, maybe I'm not the best fighter but I am useful to the guild. Next time just give the money," She spitefully stated, strolling to the large window. The sun had already began its descent and was already well on its journey. "Shut it you runt till the guards come get you, you're still in my territory and I am not in the mood to talk to a dark mage-" He started, only to turn round and notice Tormoru had already gone. In his arrogance he had not noticed she'd used her Court's Chase spell to exit the building, landing on the street outside.

Retrieving her bag from the set of bushes the dark mage yawned, today had been a long day but it would soon be over. If Oberon had fulfilled his part they would be able to go back to the guild and collect their rewards but knowing how he had performed so far she did not have much faith. About to set forth back to the bridge they were meeting at she was startled by a voice calling out to Coco. Turning slowly she saw an angry Maxwell, now fully dressed and probably not in front of her for a pleasure call.

Oberon let out an annoyed groan directed at no one in particular, jesus where was she? The black winged demon thought to himself as he leaned against the wall of the bridge, what was taking her so long? Were all female mages of Tartaros this lazy and slow? He thought to himself as he grumbled about wanting pizza and fried chicken from that little italian place near his appartment. He could wait though as instead he spent his time chilling like a villain. This went on for about five minutes before the black winged demon finally grew fed up with having to wait and let out a frustrated yell before getting to his feet, screw her! Oberon thought to himself as he glared at the direction which his partner had gone originally, what was so hard and long about having to go and get money from a bunch of old rust bucket knights? Knights, they always thought they were so strong and powerful because they didn't use magic, how pathetic really, in combat one could not rely only on one facet of their power, they had to be cart and witty, like him! Yes, if only they could all simply be like him! Then the world would have the ultimate army at its disposal which Oberon could rule! Of course this was impossible as in reality if there was another one of him then the black winged demon would simply remedy the situation by killing the dupe.

"Screw this!" Oberon said before standing up and walking off of the stone bridge which stretched over the small canal. He was hungry and that was good enough an excuse to simply go and remedy that problem, he could go on bitching about stuff on an empty stomach right? He was still somewhat human, meaning that hunger and stuff like it applied to him as well. What was there nearby though? He thought as he looked up at the signs on the nearby alleyway, decisions decisions. There was an italian pizzeria that just looked tasty, causing his mouth to water as thoughts of pizza and foods similar clouded his mind. There was really not much debate as too what it is that he wanted to eat as he walked into the nearby pizzeria being quickly greeted by a large and rather well...fat, man with a large handlebar moustach who greeted him in his red clothing and overalls, "Welcome to a my Store a sir, can i a help you?" the man said with a heavy italian accent which led him to seem to go 'ah!' in-between vowls and words. Oberon raised an eyebrow at the man, who was this guy exactly? The black winged demon really didn't care as he really was rather hungry and could care less about the guy, just the delicious smell of food in the air.

Oberon browsed through the selection of food before him, what was there for him to eat? There was pizza of course, that would usually satisfy him anyway but he wasn't all that sure how long it would take for his partner to come back so instead he shrugged and moved on. It was now that his eyes fell upon a different type of food, they certainly smelled good as his lips were already watering from its smell. The man smiled and nodded before grabbing six of the small fist, sized bread things and threw them in the oven to heat up quickly while Oberon looked around the rest of the pizzeria. It was rather barren, a shame really but not all that much of a concern to the black winged demon as he simply wanted his food, not to hear the life story of this place. Coreopsis was full of back alleys as well as many other smaller canals to run along them. The tourists stayed more to the trademark spots of the city luckily, occasionally there were a few who strayed close to Tartaros, these were chased away easily though by a low ranking mage. Blarg, he was going to have to bring this up with someone later though, he wasn't a fan of having guests inside of the guild hall unless it was for some matter including joining or being executed by him.

The Italian man returned after about five more minutes with a plate holding six of the garlic knot looking things. Oberon grinned and felt his mouth open as an almost cute drool drop formed at his jaw. He reached into his pocket and pulled out one of the many wallets which he had in his pocket, the man did not mind really, in fact it almost seemed like he was used to having men like Oberon around. Whatever, its not like he cared about him or anything, all he was obligated was too look out for himself, and maybe Sinjin if he was feeling in a good mood or if the matter was rather serious. Oberon shrugged and handed the man money before taking the warm snack for himself. Ahhh, this was going to be good, he thought as he sat down at an empty table and started to eat the food. Damn, it was good, he grinned as he took a bite of the nice snack for himself. This continued for about fifteen to thirty minutes while he waited for Tomoru, she was smart, she would know that he was somewhere nearby. Besides if she did find him here then in his opinion she was well, relatively smart. Oberon thought as he nodded with himself, damn, he thought as he felt up with his greasy fingers at his black hair. He growled as he knew he was going to need to see a barber or something soon as his hair tended to grow long quickly, meh thats how it goes supposedly.

He relaxed, the pizzeria was nearby from where the bridge was before, right around the corner in fact, there were two large windows going out to the dark city streets of Coreopsis, surely she would be able to spot him, right?
