Looking up to meet Renji's gaze, she saw the intensity in him, a warmth that she had not seen in many years, something which made her just want to break down in tears, to try to forget everything that had been and move forwards, however deep down she knew no matter what happened, memories of the past would still haunt her. She nodded slightly. "Thank you, thank you. Thank you." Aysia wiped the remaining tears from her eyes and looked at the Wizard who had turned from her guide to her friend. "I'm not sure about Fairy Tail, I'm not strong enough to join a Wizards guild. Indeed I have magic, but it's no way comparable to other's.". Aysia's face stared to brighten up, her still red eyes started to fade slowly as she thought for a moment. "I wouldn't want to be a burden, and I wouldn't want to take advantage of your kindness." her face lit up slightly. "However I think I will accept your proposal, you said that you haven't had anyone cook for you in awhile, so I can at least do that to show my thanks.". "Oh, my Real name is Alexandria Acori, but please just call me Aysia and I am indeed pleased that my first true friend in along time is as kind as you, however I am still worried that you may eat the table if the food doesn't come soon." Aysia laughed as she was able to put her loneliness behind her. |

"Hey no reason to thank me, that's what friends are for, we look out for each other, and protect one another, and your my friend now, so don't worry, I will keep you safe." Renji said with a grin as he watched her tears slowly come to an end. If there was one thing he hated, it was watching women cry, it hurt him in the depths of his heart, he knew he would never leave a friend in need, weather it be Aysia, or Blitz, Renji was gaining friends left and right as of late. Which was a welcome change of events seeing as he hadn't met anyone that he grew close to since Kitty, and the others left. "Hey no one starts out strong enough to join a guild, you have to work at it, and they accept you when they think you are ready, so just work hard, and you will be strong in no time, I joined just a few months ago, and I'm already C-Rank, you can grow fast once you join a guild, so don't worry about having powerful magic at the start, you will get better as time goes on." He said as he went back to his seat, sitting back down as he awaited his food to finally arrive. "Huh? Oh yea I haven't had a good home cooked meal in weeks, I miss Maria's cooking so much, I wish everyone would hurry back!" He said as he laid his head on the table, but looked up when he saw the waiter comming with his food. Renji's eyes lit up as the man sat the food down in front of him. "This is great!!" He yelled out as he immediately began to eat. He tore into the food like an animal that hadn't eaten in days, but then again with Renji you where never sure when was the last time he ate, or how much. He smiled at Aysia as he tried to see if she had gotten hungry during the course of them talking, he then went back to his food, the people in the restaurant staring at him, as the mountain of food, quickly began to disappear. |

Aysia watched with awe at the sheer eating power of Renji. "There is one thing, you still haven't showed me around the city fully and I do not think that you would want to fail such an east task, However I am unsure that you will be able to stand after eating so much." Aysia said in a rather sarcastic voice, obviously enjoying the friendly teasing. "Perhaps one of the other, less full Wizards would assist me." Aysia pauses a moment before removing the cord belt from around her waist, with a quick action she removes a length of the black cording and places it upon the table and replaces the belt. With her spare hand she pulls her ebony hair into a braid like design upon the back, and with the other she removes the cord from the table and ties it into a rather simple bow in her hair to hold the design in place. "I dislike when my hair falls into my face when it's down, it looks rather untidy, at least with the back up if any does, it looks natural instead of scruffy." Aysia smiles softly, waiting for Renji to finish to ever lessening mountain of food. |

"Huh? Welliwillfinishtakingyouaroundwhenimdoneeatingipromise."Renji said through a mouth full of food as he kept eating, faster, and even faster as the food began comming at an end. After about 10 minutes Renji was done with the entire meal. The young mage sat back in his chair letting out a content sigh as he used a tooth pick to get some leftover food from out of his teeth. "Best meal...EVER!!!" Renji said as he jumped up from his seat, seemingly unphased by the mountain of food he just ate. He smiled as he wiped his face and hands clean before turning to Aysia. "Although I'm sure your cooking will be even better then this." Renji said, but suddenly jerked forward as a frying pan slammed into the back of his head, sending the young mage flying forward, and landing on his face. "So your saying my cooking sucks?! Renji you ungrateful little!" A rather large man said as he picked Renji up, head butting him in a comical manner as the mage seemed dazed, and confused. After a minute or so, the large man, put Renji down, watching as the mage seemed to be trying his best to stand on two feet, Renji turned towards Aysia as he spoke. "Sorry uncle Golurk...you know I love your food." He said to Aysia as he seemed to think that the small frame girl was the hulking man who just assaulted him. He suddenly shook his head with great force to snap himself back to where he was, after recovering he turned around to see the large man glaring at him. The man suddenly cracked Renji a smile as he went back to the kitchen. "When you see your mother, tell her I said hi." The man said as he disappeared into the back. Renji cracked a smile as he turned back to Aysia. "Well friend, shall we keep moving?" Renji said as he turned to the girl awaiting her response. |

Aysia looked onwards in shock at the comical scene involving Renji and the large man took place, seeming unsure weather to be worried at the fact that Renji may be hurt or to laugh at the way in which he obtained the injury. Instead she decided it would be best to simply do nothing as the two figures talked. After the small scene, she nodded to answer the question of if they should continue. Still rather quiet in the confusion of what just happened, she followed Renji once more to continue the tour of Magnolia. "Firstly, who was that, and are you alright?" She looked at Renji with some worry, unsure if he had suffered any injuries besides most likely a large lump that would soon form. "Secondly, if that was a Magnolian greeting, remind me to never say hello to anyone...". Stepping into the sunlight, the Afternoon sun Hit Aysia's face, with her hair now tied up she looked more angelic and alive than her previous appearance. "Also, I may have to find a hotel for the night, any suggestions, or should I talk slower, because I do know that you have had a serious head injury." |

As they walked, Renji let out a soft laugh as she asked about the man who just beat the crap out of him, to Renji really nothing was a secret, he shared his life with anyone who asked, as long as what they where asking wasn't too private, but then again no subject was too private for the lightning mage to talk about, combine that with the fact he already trusted Aysia completely, despite them not knowing each other very long, and he felt she could be trusted with almost any information about his life, even things he felt he couldn't tell Kitty. "Hmm? Oh that was my uncle. Well not my real uncle, just a guy who grew up with my mom, and dad, my dad used to love his cooking, he is just a close friend of the family, who looks out for me while I'm in the city, my mom is quite protective....its the price I pay for having two famous parents who as light mages, made A LOT of enimes in the world of dark mages. You have no idea of the crazy stuff that happened to me as a kid, but I can honestly say, life was far from boring." Renji said as they walked, he then quirked an eyebrow as she asked about a hotel, he quickly moved in front of her, throwing his arms up in a "X" like fashion in front of his body as he seemed to be bothered by her words. "Oh no you don't! No hotels! You will sleep at my mansion. No if, ands, or buts about it. You say there are evil people chasing you? Then why not stay at my mansion, they wouldn't expect you there, now a hotel, that's the first place they are going to look, so there will be no hotel's, you are staying with me for awhile, and that's final." Renji said as he flashed her a smile, his eyes showing a genuine kindness as he turned around, and began to walk again. "No need to worry, if anything that was a Fairy Tail greeting, at least among the guys, although I have seen my mom do it, so I guess the women can do it also." He said as he walked her past a few more places she would have to know if she was to learn her away around the city without getting lost. He had really hoped that his directions where solid enough to where she could get around on her own if he wasn't around, the last thing he wanted was for her to get lost while he wasn't in the city to find her. |

Even though Renji continued to talk about the city and try to help her understand the layout, she had already developed an overall layout and started to pay more attention to the people, only giving her full attention to Renji when he was talking about other things. "Thank you, I understand that it may seem strange to you to take in someone you've known for afew hours into your home. It will indeed be strange being back in a Mansion, the last time I was in one I was ten years old." Unlike before when Aysia talked of her past, no hint of sorrow crept into her voice as she was more focused on the now, than the then. "What are your parents like?" she asked suddenly when they were passing a small book shop. "Not their magic, but them. What are they like as people?" She looked at the Lightning mage with genuine interest, the thought of parents seemed far off for herself, as she had not seen her own in over nine years and the last meeting involved them sending her to live with an elderly woman who became her closest thing to a friend that she had before Renji. "I don't want to seem rude by asking something like that, it's just I want to know what normal parents are like." Her face filled with wonderment as she thought of what it would be like to meet Renji's parents. People who could raise someone so caring, (And also someone who could eat such an unbelievable amount in one sitting). As she walked by Renji, others walking on the streets of Magnolia turned to stare at her, Her unusually pale skin colour glowing in the afternoon sun attracted a lot of attention as well as her unusually patterned Dress and pulled up style of her hair. One passerby, a rather Bulky man seeming to be in his early twenties simply looked at the pair walking down the street, and when they came close to her gave Aysia a rather suggestive Whistle, this causing Aysia to become slightly uncomfortable with the mans attention, while a small girl tugged on her mother's dress saying with some volume, "Look, look it's a Princess, Like the one in the story." Continuing down the street Aysia finally asked. "So When do I get to see this Mansion of your's?" |

"Nah its not that strange, mom always taught me to have a kind heart to people who need it, and to do as many good deeds as I can, never know when I may need some good deeds, but mostly be kind because its the right thing to do, always..." Renji said as they walked, making sure to pay extra attention to Aysia, she didn't seem to have the same sadness that she held before, it was refreshing to see her start to cheer up, and look towards the future. He let a smile creep across his face as she asked about his parents. He thought about her question for a moment as he tried to think of what to say, the only person who knew about his parents where his servants, and Kitty, but even she didn't know much. "Well both of them are mages. My mom is a Exquip mage, and my dad a lightning mage like myself. They are both pretty powerful, a lot stronger then I will ever be, but they are kind people, and they believe in fairness over everything, but most of all they are awesome parents." Renji said with a laugh as he thought back on his parents, as he tried to remember the good times, before his dad ran off to hunt a dragon, obsessed with dragon slayer magic, something he didn't mind talking about, but wouldn't bring up unless he had too. "No, your not rude, far from it as a matter of fact, I like talking about my parents, my mom mostly, she had the biggest impact in my life, but that's only because she was harder on me then dad was, that's because mom saw some greatness in me.....something I don't seem to see...." He said as he noticed how everyone reacted to Aysia, it was then he took a good look at her, she was beautiful in the light, and Renji had to admit he was slightly attracted to her, but knew he wouldn't act on it. "Oh the mansion? Well let's head there now? Might as well see your new home huh?" Renji said as he grabbed her hand gently as he began to pull her with him. "Let's get going." |

Being pulled forwards by Renji seemed strange, The magic she did posses willed her to become closer to people, as that is something that allowed it to grow, however at the same time, in a single day she had lost her way in a city only to find herself. Walking through a city that earlier had seemed somewhat strange and gave her a cold feeling of that she would eventually be found and have to once again move was exchanged for something much warmer. Even what had happened before with the Man and child they had passed allowed her to view herself slightly differently. She was always one to think as herself as a disappointment, someone that others shouldn't get to close to because she would only bring them pain. Now she saw that in most ways she was just like everyone else in this city, someone who would work to move forwards, seeing everything around her for the beauty instead of the cold 'what if's' that she saw before. "I am so very lucky, my first true friend is a kind person, someone who I can trust, someone to help me move forwards." Aysia whispered under her breath, not caring if anyone else heard or not, she was simply happy. No other word could describe it, her face radiated Happiness. "Renji, Thank you. You have helped me find my way. You are giving me a home, for that I wish to give you something to show my thanks." Aysia let go of Renji's hand and removed a small trinket from her bracelet, a finally cut amethyst surrounded by lines of silver. "This is your payment, thank you." |

Renji turned to look at Aysia as she seemed to be truly happy, from what Renji could tell for the first time in a long time. He smiled back at her, but suddenly stopped as she handed him something, he looked at her as he accepted the item. He blinked slightly as he looked at it, as if he was confused, but suddenly a let a huge grin form on his face. "That you Aysia....I will cherish it, like I do you, and I promise to take care of it, but you don't need to pay me, we are friends, and friends do things for each other." Renji said as he placed the amethyst in his chest pocket, making sure it was secure before he took her hand in his once again before they headed off to east forest. After a few minutes of walking, the arrived, Renji let out a sigh as he seemed to be tired from all the walking. "Ah man, the guild master is going to kill me, if I don't get used to traveling long distances, how ill I last in a drawn out fight, need to work on my stamina. But enough of that! Here we are!" Renji said as he opened the door letting her in. He let out a sigh as he walked in, noticing no one was home once again. "Ya know I'm starting to think no one will be comming home anytime soon!" He yelled out as he pushed further into the house as he let out a sigh, before remembering he had company with him. "Oh yea! Aysia! Well this is your new home, for as long as you need it, your welcome here, you can sleep in the guest room, its upstairs across from mine, so go make yourself comfortable, if you need clothes, Maria's room is down here, you can raid her closet for anything you may need, she wears a lot of dresses, and skirts...and that's what girls like to wear right?" He asked as he scratched his head, but then something hit him hard as he seemed to have a thought. "Well you get situated, while I go take care of something." He said as he seemed to have a bright idea as he ran off towards his room to go do something that seemed quite important. |
