Fairy Tail RPG Current News

Hey everyone! It's May and you know what that means? Yeah, me neither. There's not a whole lot in terms of major news right now, except for maybe some clarification on some forms of magic like usual. As for a new event? Right now, we're just having the April Event (Bosco Invasion part 3) taking place, which runs into the middle of May. But, one cool new thing that we're introducing this month is SS-Class items. Now you have something to grind and agonize over! Yay, isn't that just lovely? I think so. You can find more info on that in the Equipment and Item Creation section in the rules.

That's it for now, folks! If I get anything new to add to this you can guarantee that I will do so. In the words of the immortal douchebag rival, "Smell ya later." Keep on RPing everyone! Kill some Boscans!

It was already late afternoon, when he entered - already, a beautiful sunset was in place, its colors softly shining over all who could see it; for a brief instant, the man looked up in the sky, admiring the beauty of the heavens that never failed to amaze him, before turning back to search for a certain cafe. In a small town such as this, it was easy to find it - a pale white building, simple yet elegant in itself, with a large sign next to it titled The Snowy Roc. Staring at that for a moment as well, he considered the title. An apt name for color, but why the Roc? He shrugged it off as simply another mystery with a story behind it that he'd never know, before silently opening the door, entering as inconspicuously as he could.

Even that wasn't enough; but then again, what could he expect? His hair alone was enough to make him subject to strange stares from bypassers, and that was nothing compared to what he considered his standard apparel. To others, it was nothing less than an eccentric uniform, and the red cloak wasn't helping; nonetheless, he took a seat close to the window, ignoring the stares of several of the more normal customers. As a waitress arrived next to his booth, he politely ordered a small drink, though it was more out of respect to the facility than actual thirst - truth be told, he was waiting for someone.

Sitting there, patiently awaiting the arrival of a very important figure to him, he pondered on the words last told to him by his uncle, as he left the village - You'll find him easily enough, on the 23rd in a white cafe near the border of Fiore; look for the man with the piercing eyes, impossible hair, and sometimes gives a look that can curdle milk; or at least, that's what he said... and yet, he saw no one here that matched the descriptions; at least, not compared to himself. Sitting there, looking out the window, he awaited the man's arrival - For a man assigned to a task as important as bringing and introducing a member of the same clan his mother comes from, he sure is late...

[I don't know if this is open or not but i will post, feel free to erase if you don't want me to post or you have other plans]

The wind billowed trough the streets softly, like the caress of a lover against Soryu's cheek as the sound of the peddles selling their goods and honest people earning a living filled his ears. Humans and non-humans living together in peace. It was just like his lost homeland but of course, the few humans that have ever saw Hei Bei never came out but they were no prisoners as long as they didn't leave town, they were free to prosper.

"Truly this place reminds me of Hei Bei, that it does."

This kind of place made it so that he couldn't help but let a tiny small appear on his lips, his heart filled with content as he walked trough the streets full of life. This kind of peace was the one thing the glorious strategist and the Ishin-Shishi were willing to fight and die for, to create a world that would not see people by their blood and caste but by their skills and abilities. Others would not see the immense beauty of this small town, except him. This town was full of life, It's people warm and kind but most people would just call this heaven of a village, 'just another town'.

Yet strategist also saw something else within this lands...

This was a border town with little support from the government yet it was the essential supplier of good to the border guard if someone like him where to attack this town or better yet, took over it...there would be a whole in Fiore's east border that a small army could push trough and enter the country without being detected. The weakened and hungry guards would have nothing else to do but to surrender before even a message was sent to the central. The strategist lips returned to a their place as heas he put his hands together over his chest, joining the sleeves of his chanpao together as he walked trough the street and past a small cafe, where he suddenly stopped his march as his eyes suddenly sharpened.

Something or someone with a powerful intent was within that place...

And the odd part was that he felt something awaited within that hall. Someone of his past... Paying heed to his instincts, Soryu Gosan Mei entered the small cafe The Snowy Roc as he stood in front of the door for a moment before his sharp eyes fell upon a purple haired mercenary for a second before his eyes reverted back to his humble persona as he walked inside the cafe and took a seat in the table behind the mercenary, sitting in the chair directly behind the mercenary. He order some noddles and a glass of water as he sat with his arms still joined together as he commented to the man

"To emanate a presence that powerful yet concealed from others around you is not something average humans can do...this one humbly ask for the name of another fellow martial artist, that he does"

"Hm?" The sound of speech to close to possibly be directed at someone else reached Yin, and the young mercenary turned around to see the source of the sound- imagine the surprise he felt, when here, in an foreign nation where not a single person acted or even dressed remotely similar to that of the attire in his home country, Yin now saw a man with hair like fire, wearing an outfit that was generally attributed to the wealthier members of normal communities - back in his home country, that is.

Momentarily stunned, Yin nonetheless regained his composure, thankful of the half-mask and dead-like eyes that negated any signs of the physical reaction he might have had, were he a normal person. Glancing at the man to ascertain his authenticity - yes, for a moment he considered the possibility of him seeing things - Yin finally decided that he must have been a real man, and responded accordingly. With a quiet voice, cold in its almost complete lack of emotion, he half-whispered as he spoke. "A name, you say? Ah, but a name is a precious thing, not made for freely giving out."

Judging by the man's first phrase, though, he must have recognized - well, some part of his being, whether it be magic or heritage. So, trying to affirm it, he asked a simple, seemingly innocent question, even staring out the window while speaking. "But very well, we will play your game; ah, how the sun shines so magnificently today! Though I heard that a dark wind came from the west on this very day - did you hear of it as well?" Behind his half-mask, Yin permitted himself half a grin as he posed the question; though an idiotic one, and strange at that, the question itself symbolized a lot more than what it appeared to be.

To those familiar to the mercenary clan Yin originated from, the Hei-Fung clan, this question was a secret message - the term "a dark wind came", symbolized a member of that clan was the person whom they were speaking to; the other half, "from the west", meant that this very person was here for a peaceful purpose. Of course, back in his own land in the east, the message was a universal one - here, though, it was a trial requesting the other man to prove whether or not he already knew of him. He looks the part of an easterner, Yin noted. Wonder if he really is though...don't think anyone's ever not heard of this question before, but then again, here is no longer my country...

Awaiting response, he instinctively fished up amongst his memories the proper reply - one who knew the meaning behind the question would inevitably mention the Black Warrior of the North, founder of his clan - he could only hope this person knew of it; otherwise, he'd remain alone as a foreigner within this cafe, waiting for a man he wasn't certain would come.

OOC:Read This for a slightly better understanding of the Yato

Soryu listened to the man and his peculiar question, he knew the answer as the Yato occasionally had dealings with Hei-Fung Clan.

Even so, only on rare occasional raid to a target no Yato caravan or squad from the Hei-Fung could deal alone did this two outlaw groups gathered together but as long as things were kept professional and honorable but side consider the other as an ally, and let it be known the Yato used the word ally VERY rarely and it spoke volume about the skill of Hei-Fung as Yato were not known to associate with the weak. So, not feeling like playing around when he was about to eat his noodles so he kept his silence as the man behind him refused to answer his question for a name so Soryu would keep him in suspense for several minutes. Soryu had not felt the man's presence change but considering the amount of chi floating around it was difficult for him to pick up anything.

The waitress returned with his order after 10 minutes of silence had passed, a bowel of simple, steaming noodles and tall, cool glass of water now sat in his table. Soryu open his arms and gave a low prayer than any eastern would recognize as he clapped his hand together two times. While daoism was solely practiced by the Yato and it was not considered a religion but a code of law, both social and martial. Buddhism or the teachings of Buddha Gautama which are known as 'the way of harmony' with the world and men, had spread trough out the continent. This specific prayer was extend not to a god or spirit but at those who cooked the meal and harvested the ingredients for the meal so it was considered more of formal way of saying 'thank you' for the effort of all those humans who helped in their small way to bring food to him.

"May this food nourish me, so i can nourish my fellow men. Namu."

With his prayer said, the man reached for his chopsticks with his right hand and snap them apart so he could begin to eat his meal, he expertly twirled his chopsticks on his fingers for a few moments before he finally decided to eat his noddles, but just as he raised the first bunch of hot soba noodles he put them down along with his chops, acting as he had forgotten something. Snapping his fingers in sudden remembrance using his left hand, he then reached for a pepper shaker and began to liberally season his noodles before his voice resounded clearly trough the ears of Yin.

"Yes, the winds of the west are flowing softly these days but so far no dark winds have met with the mountains recently. A pity really, the cheery blossoms shiver beautifully upon a moonlight sky upon the dark wind's from the mountain where the Black Warrior of the North Rest."

Soryu used his own version, the yato version of the riddle question. While the "dark wind" represented the Hei-Fung clan of mercs, the "Mountains" were the name the yato received because they were unmovable pillars due to their extreme believes and favoring for hiding their caravans in the mountain forest in order to hunt. The message Soryu delivered to Yin spoke of the wind of the west, which mean he was also in a peaceful mission, the part of 'no dark winds have met the mountains' referred to the fact the Hei-Fung had not traveled or requested aid from any Yato caravans and as a yato he felt pity about it as Hei-Fung were respect by his family. The last part, with the 'cheery blossoms' standing for prey of the joint yato/hei-fung raids

When both the nomad bandits and the mercenary clan fought as one. Only death remained

Awaiting reply, Yin did not mind the silence at all - quite the contrary, he relished it, as silence was a rare thing back in a busy village, where the sounds of blacksmiths pounding away in their sword crafting, men conversing about the latest reports, and people training their various skills, whether supernatural or not usually filled the area; no, it was silence that best matched his personality. Instead, he simply looked around slowly, ever the cautious one, awaiting the promised man from whom he would follow to learn the customs of this area.

When the words of the man finally did reach his ears, though, Yin couldn't believe what he had heard. Though young, he had learned fully the history and codes of the clan - evidently, so had this man, sitting behind him; not only that, the man had spoken in his own code, and even added more! Not for the first time this day, he was thankful for the half-mask that covered his grin of surprise. "So the mountains have already found this place, huh...well then, let us consider it a good omen tonight, as the winds and the mountains meet where the blossoms I hope, will grow." Childhood stories and numerous records had taught him much considering his clan's relations with the Yato - though he had never personally met one before, the concept of them as formidable and proud people, enough to rival if not surpass his own clan was already deeply imprinted in his mind, had they actually risen up together as a completely and undoubtedly unified army for once; infighting was strictly forbidden within the Hei-Fung, with loyalty its single most redeeming common trait.

His eyes darting around for a few moments to see if anyone was taking notice of them - the coast appeared to be safe for now - he finally spoke, answering the question. "You speak well, Yato," he began, somehow managing to perform a maneuver similar to a bow though he was sitting. "My name is Yin, of the Hei-Fung. Come, though, what brings a child of the mountains to a place obscure as this? Is Fiore to become the next destination for your raids?" After all, bandits were still bandits, mercenaries still mercenaries - a joke upon the stereotypes cast upon the both of them, though anyone who knew either group well would understand that it was a mere facade. "Though I am not hired here - well, not yet, anyway."

As he watched the sun move in its slow yet unending descent across the multicolored sky, Yin decided to switch over to things of less confusion. "So, stranger, what is your name in return, and what is your purpose here? I will freely tell you mine - I have been designated to explore the realm of Fiore; lately, the heavens have both smiled and frowned upon us, and it is to be expected that we must expand, just a little more, enough to prosper as before."

He had yet to say exactly what he meant by that; just the last year, one of the most celebrated members of the clan, Jin-Bao the Lightning-Dancer, renown for his living up to namesake and constant attempts to ally the Hei-Fung and Yato as one - despite the Hei-Fung's resistance against assimilation - had passed away, killed no less than by an army of a thousand men in a trap set off by his own client; the fact that it took three days and eight-hundred deaths to take him down testified to his ability. Remembering with sorrow, he spoke once more. "Perchance, have you heard the news of Jin-Bao?" Even when the man had grown senile, he still tried to make peace, leaving for weeks on end to attempt locating a Yato caravan to speak with; whether or not he had ever actually found any, he kept to himself.

A Yato, though, would know better than Yin concerning the now-mythical man's attempts at contact. That wasn't the focal point though - it was mere side conversation, to lead up to the question he had for this man.

Soryu was almost done trough his meal, he had listened in silence as the man spoke, noticing the man was patient and he felt a sense of kinship with that. Hurry was never something Soryu liked as haste lead to mistakes and when you manipulate the amount of variables he did, mistakes were they enemy and even the slightest misfire could prove fatal...for hundreds under his command. Putting his chops down and slurping the last noodles on his lips, then man flinched if only slighty, shaking his chair enough to be noticed when he was called a yato and counted as member of his kind.

"I am no longer yato in the eyes of my people. I have committed my power against the council of six and as the dao demands, i have been expelled from our...homeland. "

The sadness in the strategist voice was palpable and a veritable whisper in the last part as few knew about the secret place hidden deep in Enca's highest mountain; Mount Ryozan. That was the home of the Hei Bei Monastery, birthplace of the yato race. It was forbidden under penalty of death to tell humans about it, the Fei-Hung knew of it's existence but not of it's location and even that was considered a breach on the dao but was allowed if only for the value the alliance provided, it was one of the two greatest secret to the yato race. He sorely missed his people and the friends he made there as well but mostly his mind was filled with memories of a certain viridian clad woman from his youth, but such thoughts left him before he continued talking to Yin, talking a large swig of his glass of water before he began again.

"This one now serves the Ishin-Shishi revolutionary army, as leader of its forces on the battlefield. The people call me -"the Glorious Strategist", that they do, but i have no love for the title itself so you yin-dono may call me Soryu if you desire so. I have my own reasons for which i can never lose...That i do. "

His left hand raised to touch the warm area over his sternum, where the most prize possesion he had rested. This charm was his promise to that woman that he would give the yato the freedom and rights they deserved instead of being treated as heretics and monster, at any cost. Even if he had to become a demon and be shunned by his own kind...Soryu Gosan Mei would never stop. The Ishin-Shishi was a just cause, to fight for the right of equality for yato, vampires, dwarf, elf...was not wrong, Soryu was sure it was would buddha himself would have done had he seen this world. Full of bigotry and ruled by humans as they please, taking everything from races that had stood well before humans even began to walk upon two legs. Soryu's voice gained steel now as he once more felt that drive that had pushed him during the siege of the sin republic or during his time in the southen seas.

"My reason to come to fiore is because this one is looking for allies, for strong man and women willing to join me in the good fighting against human bigotry. Fiore is lucky, their king is wise and respect all races as much as the church would allow but other nations are crying a desperate plea. Elf, dwarfs. Wyverns...all those races, used or abused by the humans. Even our sacred homeland is being threatned, if don't fight back...soon enough we will be only a page in the book of history. "

The revolutionary had kept his cool regardless of how his tone carried the steel of an entire platoon and the charisma of a king. Soryu argued this point to the council of six countless times. To make them understand that if the Yato continued to secluded themselves and act as they have, sooner or later the humans would find and destroy their homeland but rising against humans was not possible eithier, but if they support his revolution from the shadows...he could bring so much to both side: A new golden era of understanding and reasoning but the council would not heed him. The studborn old goats were too firmly place in the old traditions to understand the Yato needed to adapts, it was the basis of Buddhism, the way of harmony is neither to push or pull but to change to become one with the world around us.

Soryu's eyes widened at the mention of Jin-Bao. He had met the man in battle, he had been one of the few yato who actually fought that monster and live to tell the tale, but not because he was his enemy, no. Jin-Bao was a personal friend of Soryu! Standing up from the chair and taking seat on the table of Yin, and infront of the merc the man eyes glared holes into the Yin's eyes as he responded to his question

"Jin-Bao...was my peng-you. i learned many things from the world outside the caravans when i was young, and it was from him. It was because of a sworn oath to my father, Tai-yan Gosan Mei, that he did not reveal any of the caravans he found. Father honestly believed it was possible and wanted to help...so he send me to fight at his side during his last battle and plea him to accept the dao and leave the Fei-hung for Gosan Mei...yet the man only smiled and shook his head"

Soryu let two stream of tears flow out of his eyes, his face solid like a block at the reminder of the departure of a peng-you, To fail to protect one's peng-you was great shame upon any yato. It was a eastern word of yato origin that meant 'brother without blood' but in the sense of a friend that you considered him as family and tied trough and oath to die for them if necessary

"so tell me, why do you know the name of my peng-you...why must you remind me of my greatest failure."

Listening with the same focused appearance that had earned him the childhood namesake of "the Hawk", Yin was surprised by virtually everything that came out of his fellow diner's mouth this time around. An outcast amongst the Yato, a revolutionary as well as an idealist - not to mention, a personal acquaintance of the great Jin-Bao's, and with him prior to his final battle! This was much to absorb, as the young man stored the information in his mind without a word, carefully choosing his words before he spoke - evidently, Jin-Bao was precious to this man, and then again, he had no desire to add further insult to what he had already unwittingly done.

Considering what was occurring, he decided to address the fellow man's words in reverse order of topic. "Calm yourself down, my brother; there is no need for tears, when you have given Jin-Bao the greatest honor possible for a Hei-Fung." His tone, though still austere and entirely unchanged, conveyed nothing of his changing emotions for the man; on the other hand, his word selection did: the Hei-Fung called no one brother save their own, and to be one called brother by a Hei-Fung was a symbol of deep understanding and respect from the member.

"Consider yourself a bringer of legends, rather; you have made him a legend amongst us, a lightning bolt in the dark winds. Besides," he spoke, "He would not have it any other way; trained under him I did, for a year or so, and so I know him as well - he quite literally threw me out of the way of a stampeding herd of stone lions once, himself taking the brunt force of their charges. No, he was obstinate; there was no method to escape his fate, and he probably tried to make as big a flash as he could going down." Switching the topic to a lighter one, he addressed his thoughts on his earlier words.

"The Ishin-Shishi...I am uncertain whether or not I have heard of it;" Unfortunate man, he was not quite kept up to date on global affairs unless they involved his clan directly; not to mention, his most recent and current travels were making even that difficult. "Soryu, you said? Ah, a Yato that seeks to adhere to such an ideal...your persistence is surely admirable. I pray you succeed with your efforts, and soon- no clan nor tribe, no matter how mighty, survives well in times of war." And war indeed; tense relations with the human Zhong Empire, predominant in the regions, and several nomadic tribes of the Huli Jing - fox spirits - was threatening to become all out war. Even he, oblivious to current events as he was, knew that much.

"You have spoken your purpose, and I find your cause noble and worth upholding; I know not of your strategist abilities, but the Glorious is fitting." Reaching into his pockets, he pulled out a small metal seal of sorts, a circular badge no more than an inch wide, depicting what appeared to be a swirling sphere of wind; holding it out, he offered it to Soryu. "Here, take this; this symbol will assist you in your plans, I am certain." the seal of the Hei-Fung, a formidable tool; in the east, any man who owned such a treasure was one considered worthy by the clan, and thus afforded protection - no average bandit would dare strike a man with it. In addition, if he ever met another Hei-Fung member, it would mean an instant security, as he had already proved his worth.

Looking out, his mind finally wandered back to the initial purpose of his arrival. "Oh, perchance - have you seen around here a man that fits the description I have been given; a man with piercing eyes, impossibly hair, and a look that can curdle milk sometimes? He's supposedly a native of this country, assigned to introduce me to Fiore - only problem is, I have yet to see him."

Who you calling chocobo head...

Finally Therius arrived in the small boarder town after his long journey, the sun already setting; the unnatural glow in his eyes starting to become noticeable in the twilight to those that paid attention. The ex-quip mage grateful at least he didn’t have to carry his equipment anymore…though he was strongly considering replacing his motorcycle, it certainly made exploring the corners of Fiore easier. Rather exhausted from his journey he began to search out a place where he could just sit down and grab a bite to eat. Looking around the town as he walked down the streets, it seemed rather peaceful, and the people rather kind even to the strange looking newcomer when the blond asked for directions, being lead to a café with pale white walls, rather quaint looking.

The truth told he had no reason for making his way out here other than wander lust and the fact he had never come this far east in Fiore before. Well, that wasn’t totally true; this place was also fairly isolated so perhaps the locals needed help with something that most guild mages or knights wouldn’t be willing to help with. Still, he wouldn’t be able to help anyone if he collapsed now, so he made his way into the café called the Snowy Roc. He got a few stares as he entered, but it was nothing the blond wasn’t used too by now in his travels because of his strange appearance, taking a free seat. Quickly getting served he ordered himself a meal and drink as Therius let himself relax, waiting for his food to arrive.

Let it be said that Soryu Gosan Mei has only cried few times in his life but never had he done it in public. It was as embarrassing as he imagined yet also as liberating as well. Yin's kind words had put a nice salve to the wound of his heart since he had not failed yet, Soryu now understood his peng-you last words and of all things, tears still streaming, Soryu let out a chuckle and said.

"Jin-bao...you magnificent bastard! So that's what why you didn't accept. This one should find your corpse and kill it again, just for being an flaming arse! you could have told me you had a heir!"

In a rare moment of hilarity, Soryu lightly smacked the table twice as tears of happiness now flowed out of his face. Crying was always something private he did behind doors after his campaigns; to mourn those few he lost and the many he killed but now it felt really liberating. The man however soon felt the need to compose himself so cleared his tears by reaching into his changpao and getting a napkin of all things, then, with grace befitting a noble the red haired man cleared his tears by rubbing the soft napkin over his face as if drying his face after a shave before pocketing his napkin once more, his face once more a block of pure calm and cool demeanor and his eye giving the silent 'thank you for that, but you didn't saw anything' to yin as he nodded to Yin, receiving his amulet with a thankful smile.

"This one humbly accept your gift, my brother...I am only saddened i have nothing to give you but my gratitude and my fulfiment oath to my peng-you, that i do. Here...this belongs to you. Bao's son deserve his legacy back"

Soryu, reached into his left sleeve and pulled out a large rolled up scroll, almost an arm thick. It had the Kanji of the Fei-Hung clan. It had been entrusted to soryu by a dying Jin-Bao with no message or intent, he didn't dare open the scroll but he knew it held old and powerful magic but now he understood. Even Thought Bao died, he had faith in that boy he saved would continue his legacy and entrusted it to Soryu's for his legacy to reach. He had not failed his Peng-you completely.

"This scroll belonged to Bao-dono, he gave it to me with his last strength during that day... but this one never understood why but now it make's sense. He gambled on luck and won. You are Bao-dono's successor and thus the true owner of this scroll. My mission to my Peng-you is now complete...thank you."

Soryu was grateful to the man that had allowed him to find peace over this matter. He had vowed he would never fail anyone else ever again and also, Jin Bao had been one of the reason he became a revolutionary and a strategist. Soryu felt a smile blossom in his lips as the memories of his peng-you blossomed within his mind's eye. Jin-Bao had always been an inspiration to him and the man never cried, even after facing his own death and enormous pain, losing everyone he loved...Jin-Bao never let a single tear drop. That simple human only smiled and once more took his sword once more. Fighting for what he lost and having fulfilled his last wish was something Soryu felt had finally given him both Bao and himself peace. Soryu good mood was ruined when felt something...it was that feeling you get when something goes wrong around you but you can't outright see what. Looking around for the source Soryu's eyes widened slightly as he pointed towards therius, remembering the description of the man Yin was looking for.

"I believe that man over there would fit your description, yin-dono, that he does."

"Ahhh..." To hold an item gifted by a deceased man who was now a legend amongst his own clan was an honor beyond anything he had expected - it was slowly and carefully, that Yin received the scroll, with an equally thankful and reverent look obvious on his normally-frozen face. Holding it, he felt an unusual weight upon it; the weight of power, as he had learned long ago back in the clan. Exactly what was in the scroll, he chose not to save for later - knowing Jin-Bao, it was likely he had put some powerful message in there, more likely than not enough to cause some major property destruction if he opened it right here and now. Instead, he simply placed it in his sleeves, in that one location where he felt it was safest. He roseh is head again, about to address Soryu, when-

"Ah...I see him now too." Though his head didn't move, his eyes darted in a manner similar to certain animals, as he watched the man enter. "This man...electric blue eyes, practically, as well as yello- yellow hair? Yellow hair, risen like those of the rocks near the shores of the ocean, and a gaze like a furious wildcat - yes, he may very well be the one! The description, he matches perfectly!" By now, his voice had been hushed into a mere whisper, as he confided to Soryu.

Slowly rising to his feet, he prepared to go greet the man, strange as he was - men of yellow hair were more or less a rarity, where he came from. "Soryu, one thing has been bothering me recently, though," he spoke, even as he rose. "Before he departed on that final mission, Jin-Bao said a final phrase to me, what he claimed to be an ultimate riddle that would guide me on my future - I quote from him." With a light cough, he spoke a simple set of phrases. "Four beasts. Three dogs. Twelve heads. The Heart of the West. Find it, and you will see destiny - those, were his exact words." At best, he understood that Fiore was west of where he used to live - but the other parts, he was clueless of. What was this heart of the west, and where was it? And what were the other phrases, such confusing numbers and hints to beasts?
