Account Name: Gary Oak Name: Tetsuo Nickname: Teleporter Age: 15 Gender: M Height: 5'5" Weight:125 lbs Guild: Class: D Affiliation: Neutral Physical Description: Tetsuo was created with the body of a thin teenage boy. Although his gender is indeed male, his figure and looks are quite androgynous. He lacks a visible amount of muscle, making him look almost scrawny. He has a quite slender neck, along with a slender, girlish waist, which adds to the confusion most people have about him. He is well proportioned, due to the work the mages who created him put in. He is considered attractive to many, as he has soft features. Those features do become more prominent and dark when he is angered though, and that gives him an evil and psychotic look instead. Due to being artificially created, his hair is completely white. The white hair lays messily on his head, and longer in the back while the front covers his forehead and hangs on either side of his face. His pale skin is attributed to the magic that made him as well, along with his red eyes. Those features all compliment each other, making him stick out even more than someone with white hair should be. People oddly admire his strange appearance. His voice is normally a mellow, calming tone, but when his rage grows, his is prone to fits of crazed laughter which send his pitch through the roof. His voice becomes quite high and deranged. Clothing: He is known for wearing black and white quite often, if not always. The color scheme goes great with his pale skin and white hair. His shirts consist of normal T shirts with designs of zig zagging lines, or other lines patterns, which are always either black with a white based shirt, or white with a black based shirt. His pants ironically are grey and long legged. The ends of the legs have a black strap with a buckle in the front. Its function was probably used to tighten the cuffs if they were too loose for the wearers taste, although he doesnt use them at all. He wears simple black shoes, that stop just above his ankle bone for extra support. He owns a white jacket, with a white faux fur lining, if its cold outside, and he wont admit he finds it fashionable. Accessories: He wears a choker with a device on it, that feature headphone looking wires. It is merely a music player, yet he will say its more than that. Extra: a few scars from experiments. Picture: Spoiler: click to toggle Personality Tetsuo is normally a calm person that does things however he wants to do it. Orders are not taken well, unless there is something he is forced to comply with, or it suits his taste. Going out of his way to spite people is something that happens often with him. He is normally just rude or ignores people when he is spoken to, which often rubs people the wrong way. Although he normally just seems like a normal teenage punk, he does possess some kindness, and darkness. The experiment has made the boy emotionally unstable, so he possess extremes of the opposite feelings. He will go out of his way to help those who need it. He can't resist helping the helpless, even going as far as feeding random people who complain. Of course, this has its limits. The usual people he helps are younger females. This raises some suspicion about him, but it is quickly dismissed when people see how generally caring he is, with no ill intent whatsoever. He has no problem killing people who get in his way to protect the ones he is caring for. He has been known to leave a bloody trail in his wake, to rescue someone he is caring for. Tetsuo enjoys fighting, and killing. When he is challenged, or talked down to, he will do whatever it takes to show that person the mistake they made. He has no problem with slaughtering anyone who opposes him, and will gladly terminate anyone foolish enough to test him (or at least try to terminate) He holds peoples lives in high regards, yet he kills without remorse. He often laughs manically when killing, or letting his victims know of their impending doom, while his face contorts with a horrifying grin. The experiment has warped the boys mind. History Spoiler: click to toggle Weaponry/Equipment D Rank Spikes- A set of 12 metal spikes that are 4 inches long and half an inch thick. They are used as a throwing weapon, as they are pointed and have some heft to them. The other end is flat, as if it was a nail, but not as wide and prominent as a nail's head is. They are kept on a belt like apparatus around his waist. D Rank Rapier- A modified rapier that features a thin bladed edge along with a point. The blade is 2 and a half feet long, with a hand guard made of a golden colored metal. The hand guard is made with interweaving patterns of lines, and covers the entire hand. The hilt is wrapped in leather, making the hand comfortable at least, while it bangs against the hand guard often. Stats - 45 Strength: 10 Accuracy: 5 Stamina: 5 Speed: 5 Magic: 20 Stat Points Earned: 0/0 Arc Points Earned: 0/0 Jewels Earned 100,000/100,000 Sources Skills & Disciplines: Martial Arts Competence- A slightly above knowledge of basic forms of martial arts. Mainly throws, disarms, and kicks. Mental Focus- Teleportation magic requires immense concentration and calculation. Years of training had made the mind strong, and made calculation second nature. Gymnast- This girlish figure came in handy when it came to gymnastics. Flips and twists are easily done. Intellect- This mage's brain holds immense amounts of knowledge and works at a faster rate. Formulating plans, or answering a question, is quite easy. Magic Name: Spatial Movement Magic Type: Teleportation Tier of Magic: 1 Rank: 3 Magic Description: Spatial Movement is utilized by calculating a coordinate and applying magic to move to said coordinate, or move an object, through instant transportation. The calculations take concentration, so intense mental or physical stress will interfere with accuracy, potentially ruining the placement of the caster or object. A view of the location is not needed when moving to a location. Any force generated before the teleportation, is still present afterwords.(meaning, if i throw something, and i teleport it, after it appears it will still be moving in whichever direction its facing) As ranks progress, the number of movements per post will increase, movement speed augmentation, along with range and number of objects or organisms per cast. This magic consists of 4 spells. Teleporting Organisms (another human, an animal, a plant. also, PCs cannot be teleported into hazardous places that would mean instant death. Ex: Straight up 100 feet, left to fall. I can however, teleport them into a room to escape, or teleport them a safe distance upwards.), Teleporting Objects, Displacement (When something is moved, it will displace the target location at higher ranks. An example of this is: The caster moves a marble into the surface of a wall. There is now a hole in the wall equivalent to the area of that marble. (there will be no "teleporting item into rper's brain or something causing me to teleport an item directly into another rper resulting in instant death. The worse the teleporting displacement on a PC is something like an object to the hand, and it wont be anything huge or major, just disarment. As for NPCs, I likely will)), and Teleporting Magic (only projectile type magic can be teleported, it must leave the casters body and have a form, so no gases or the like). (out of combat casting has a much wider effect, these increased effects can not and will not be used in any way to effect anything that result in me having an advantage or anything of the sort. These wide effects include: increased distance traveled and number of teleports) Techniques: 2/2 Teleport Organism - 1 Type: Movement Range: 10 meter area Effect: The caster teleports themselves within the ranks max range. The caster can change the effected target's pose before they appear in their new location. (say i was standing, after teleport, im sitting) 1 teleport can be used before a 1 post Cool Down Teleport Object - 1 Type: Movement Range: 10 meter area Effect: The caster teleports up 2 of his own objects or 1 of any object, within the ranks max range. (his own objects mean that they are listed in his weapons/equipment) Only D Rank items at this rank can be teleported. A max weight of 25 pounds can be moved at this rank. Object must be visible, or able to be touched, in order to move it. The spell can be used in another way as well. Instead of 2 items, it can be 1 item, and it can be moved twice. 1 post Cool Down.
