Hey everyone, it's me, your Lord and Savior, your Once and Future King, and your new Admin-for-Life Unlimit Sendo. I'm here to drop some turnbuckle-diving elbows and awesome news. There's been some relatively small updates to rulings regarding summon familiars and single summons. Additionally, there's also been a pretty big update in regards to the AP shop which reorganizes it and adds a ton of new stuff. You can find that in the AP Shop section under Item Creation. Check it out.

To Gales surprise, Stella had actually gave an answer to the question that he had thought she would most definitely not reply to. It was indeed a touchy subject, one that Gale would not have asked about if he had known her answer beforehand. Previously he had hoped that Stellas father was just a slightly overprotective and paranoid but caring father that had hired a person to find his missing daughter and bring her back, and had, to his misfortune, hired a aggressive and bloodthirsty mage instead. Though he knew that such a far-fetched situation was most likely only going to exists in a fictional story, he had hoped that he was one of the few cases where family had chose to oppose and become enemies of their children. Thinking back to his past, where his father had rigorously trained him to be an elite assassin in the future, and how he had accepted the fate as his destiny. How Gale had decided on a similar course of action to Stellas later in his life, disappointing his father and getting disowned from his family to become a sworn enemy, swearing to attack him with the intent to kill on first sight. Realizing that she had changed the mood considerably, Stella tried to brighten up he mood, mentioning the smell coming from the restaurant that the three were going to.

"Oh is it the restaurant over there?" Pointing to the restaurant Gale assumed was their destination, also trying to help brighten the mood up. Though it interested Gale as to what exactly had happened between Stella and her father, it was a touchy subject that was obviously best left alone for now. Hearing Kains words of encouragement, albeit somewhat blunt, Gale would have said something more kind, but nothing of that sort came to mind. "While I don't agree with the thought that parents can only cause suffering, the part that Kain said about your friends is true. I myself am looking to join a Guild myself for the purpose of making new friends and making myself more powerful so that I can defeat my father and destroy their legacy and reputation. Parents are the only people on this planet that you owe one of the biggest thanks possible to; your life. While I was born for the sole purpose of letting my family have a heir, the gift of life from my unloving parents I truly cherish. If you need help form anybody, I would gladly assist you, as that was my upbringing from my magic master, who in my eyes is my only 'true' father." Hoping that he didn't make the mood even more gloomy, Gale quickly started walking towards the restaurant, not even trying to disguise the sound of his rumbling stomach now. "Come on, lets go to the restaurant already. I'm sorry, but if this goes on my stomach will probably get as loud as a lions roar."

Kain was right, she did have to stop focusing on her father and the whole ordeal, lifting an eyebrow as Kain of a guild Stella began to wonder if her guild truly could ever be like a big a family to her. Right now she was far too distant with her life for anything like that to happen, after all she didn’t want to get them involved in her troubles and put them in danger. “You know something, your right. Maybe I should just make y family my guild, Quatro Cerberus an odd name for a family but I think it might fit with some tweaking here and there” She smiled at Kain as he offered to help her and a lot of people would have leapt at the chance to gain aid but not Stella, she didn’t want to put them in danger and she truthfully she wasn’t sure what to do about the situation. Did it mean she had to live on the run forever unless she killed her own father? Shaking her mind of those thoughts the ex-quip mage spotted the building where they would eat come into view, it was rather quaint actually with it’s large windows and old style wooden door set into the bricks. A few people were seated outside at tables under large parasols and the smell of the cooking inside wafted from a slightly opened kitchen window, carried up to the trio upon a gentle breeze it teased Stella’s stomach.

Blinking a bit at how serious Gale sounded Stella felt a pang of sadness when he mentioned taking down his father, what were the odds two people stuck in similar situations would meet when one needed the others aid? “Thanks to both of you but I wouldn’t want anyone to get hurt or be in danger because of me, I just have to be a bit more careful not to stay in one spot for so long I suppose” Feeling the gloom of what her life would be from now own beginning to creep up on her Stella started to run the rest of the distance towards their would be meals as Gale spoke of being hungry, turning back and waving to the pair she smiled as she ran along. “Come on then we cant have Gale turning into a lion on us” Chuckling as she ran along the road towards the eatery Stella was just glad she wasn’t alone right now, even if it was just to keep her company and keep her mind from sinking back into the depths right now she was grateful.

Stopping outside the doors Stella would wait for the two to catch up before darting inside and standing in the line looking at the menu’s written on old fashioned chalkboard type slates and that hung from the roof behind the counter. Spotting something that made her stomach rumble and her mouth water Stella knew exactly what she would be getting, turning to the others she smiled. “So what do you guys want?” Stella was volunteering to order for the three of them and wait in line while they went and grabbed a seat, of course if they wanted to they could always stay in line with her and order their own…she wasn’t going to push the issue.

Kain couldn’t help but grin that Stella did have a guild in mind, even if it wouldn’t be his first choice personally, “so, thinking of joining Quatro Cerberus then? I’m not sure if Fairy Tail is an any better sounding name, though if you change your mind we always welcome new members,” not really expecting the exquip mage to change her mind though, not particularly minding which guild she joined, and honestly Quatro Cerberus had been his second choice (if by quite a large margin though).

As Gale continued to talk, truly it was odd the three of them had parent issues, though while Gale and Stella has a somewhat common theme, in the case of Kain it was because his parents had just abandoned him, hell, some of his full-blooded demon relativities had wanted to kill him. He just sighed, not wishing to dampen the mood any further, not when food was so close in sight and smell. “It’s easy to be thankful to even unloving parents if they’re still in your life, how can you be the most thankful to someone you don’t even though…especially when others have quite literally saved your life, that ‘gift’.”

Stella thanked the both of them for the offer of help…which Kain thought was rather silly; they hadn’t done anything yet… “It wouldn’t be a problem Stella, we Fairy Tail mages have a knack for trouble and danger anyway” the half-demon said rather upbeat, before getting a little more serious, “…and you know…running isn’t freedom in the end…if you did ever need help, the offer still stands.” Gale’s stomach continued to speak for him though, Stella running forward towards the restaurant. “Heh, it’s okay, if he turns into a lion I’ll just have to turn into a wolf then,” running after the exquip mage that was some distance down the path now with a grin on his face.

Finally catching up to Stella, though only because she was kind enough to wait for them, she went in ahead of them, Kain following her in, and from the sound from her stomach she’d spotted something she liked. The exquip mage rather kindly offered to order for them, and the least he could do than would be to get a table so they wouldn’t have to wait around for one to clear after they ordered. “Thanks, I’ll get the biggest steak they have, cooked rare. I’ll see if I can get a table…” Kain glanced around the somewhat busy restaurant, though fortunately there was a table with 4 seats outside clear. Considering he couldn’t see any seat for 3 places he shrugged and with a wave to Stella and Gale indicated which table he was heading for.

So she want to join Quatro Cerberus? Now where have I heard that name before... Gale's mind was struggling to remember the details about the guild he was sure he had heard about during his travels and his time in Lavender Forest training under Hayate. Oh yeah it was the guild that the jewlelry merchant said was more like a military organization in terms of running things. It seems interesting, maybe I should try to join it. Hearing footsteps behind him, he saw Stella already catch up with him with Kain close behind. Umm...I don't really know what I want actually. Could one of you tell me what the have here and what you guys think is a good dish? Waiting to hear his answer, his thoughts wandered to the memories he had when he was training in the Lavender Forest under Hayate. I wonder how Hayate is doing... Maybe I should write him a letter sometime. Nahh the letter would probably never reach him. Maybe I should visit him sometime instead...

Aware that the others were speaking, Gale just chose the first dish that came to his mind to eat, which was influenced by Kain's choice. "Thanks, I'll have a medium sized steak, well done. And could I have something to drink like some iced tea or some juice if they have it? Thanks Stella" It was a kind gesture of Stella to offer to order for them, and Gale decided against refusing her offer. Turning around to look for a table that had empty seats, Gale saw that Kain had already found an unoccupied table and was waving at himself and Stella to indicate which table they were going to. Gale smiled in the company of these two people, they were all kind and friendly and it was pleasing to be around them.

Gale sat down at the table and waited silently for the food to come, pondering about what he should do in the future and if he should visit Hayate sometime in the near future or not. Whatever, I'll visit him if I happen to be passing by then. God knows how busy he always is with his job that is always tiring and sometimes even dangerous. Smiling as a thought came back to him, he turned around to face the waiting Kain that was seated on his right. "So Kain, do your ears always result in people giving reactions like the one Stella gave off just now when you tried to comfort her?" Smiling as he waited for Kain's answer, he sat back and relaxed in his chair as a slight breeze, cooling and bringing with it the scent of delicious foods with it blew towards him.

(OOC: EPIC BRAIN FAIL, xD i had no idea what to write lol sorry for the wait)

Nodding to Kain and repeating his order so she knew she got it right Stella looked to Gale for his order, “Alrighty, so two large steaks. One cooked well and one cooked rare, and juice or iced tea for Gale” Smiling to the pair Stella turned around in the line and looked at the prices that were on the boards, considering the prices she had paid at some other places she was rather surprised to see that this popular place had such reasonable deals. Her amethyst eyes scanned the drinks menu in search of something she could she order in a jug for the trio to share as well as the drink for Gale, spotting juice on the menu the ex-quip mage decided to just order a jug of it for the trio rather then getting individual drinks. Glancing back to check where the two males had gone to Stella waved to them at their seats to make sure they knew she had seen them, turning back to face the counter as the line moved Stella was surprised when she saw the lady behind the counter. “Hello, how are you today? What can I get you?“ Trying her best to hide her surprise the Ex-quip mage started to order, “Hi, could I please get two large steaks, one well done and one rare.” Despite the mages best efforts her amethyst eyes found themselves travelling to the ladies bright and audacious highlighter blue hair, there was nothing wrong with having different coloured hair but this blue was so bright it made Stella’s eyes water. Quickly looking away to the boards in an effort to try and cover her staring the Ex-uip mage continued the order, “and to drink a jug of fruit of juice and for me I will have the large strawberry sundae thanks”

A glint of excitement shone in the mage’s eyes and her lips curled into an eager smile as she thought about the delicious sundae that would soon be in her hands, she couldn’t help her giant sweet tooth and today it was acting up rather badly. “Alright that will be a few moments while the meals are prepared. Take a seat and our waiter will bring them over to you shortly. Here is your drink” Smiling and taking the rather huge jug of juice from the lady Stella turned around to see Kain and Gale talking, not wanting to interrupt the mage walked over slowly to give them some time to converse with each other. Gently placing the jug down in the middle of the table Stella sat down and got comfortable in the rather unusually designed chair before talking to them both, “They will bring the food over when the meat is done cooking, shouldn’t be long. A place as busy as this almost always has stuff started before you walk in”

Gale decided in the end to take Stella up on her offer and joined Kain at the table, at first waiting in silence, Kain taking the moment to rub his still healing ear. While it was coming back healthy, the damn thing had been and still was continuously itchy while it regenerated. Still, better than not coming back at all of course, as Kain tried to focus on something else...the scents of the cooking meals seemed like a good place to try and it worked a treat, the inugami mage forgetting all about the itching, a slight breeze bringing with it…a familiar scent, a familiar human scent. Kain looking a little odd for a moment before shaking his head slightly to himself, no; it probably wasn’t him, probably a trick of the mind.

Gale brought him out of his slight zoning-out with a question about his ears, “Ah...sometimes, depending on how quickly they work out they’re real, and whether or not that freaks them out… Most people work out or find out they’re real and well, run for the hills.” “Or rather force me to run for the hills…” “Particularly at the moment with half of one still missing…” Kain thoughts turning briefly to how that had come to be, though he didn’t want or need to be reminded of that and moved on, “but in general, most teenage girls seem to think they’re adorable…not that I get why…” the half-demon blushing slightly, “and young kids just love to play with them.”

Stella made her way back; placing a rather large jug of drink in the centre of the table before taking a seat herself, announcing the food should be ready soon, causing an eager smile to cross Kain’s face. “Good, good, can’t have this one turning into a lion now!” Kain joked, referring to Gale, not that the wolf-like boy could talk, his elongated canine teeth clearly standing out in his smile, his tail wagging behind him in anticipation. “Oh, what did you get Stella?” turning to the exquip mage, hoping to start up some conversation while they waited for the meals, though admittedly conversation, particularly with people he had only just meet, wasn’t a strong point….or even an average point, for the half-demon.

Hearing Kain's answer to his question, especially the last little part, set Gale's gear into motion. Should he tease Kain and deal with the consequences or should he play it safe and not tease him? Making up his mind, Gale spoke. "So are you the ype of person who pretends not to know why a lot of the teenage girls think the tail and the ears are adorable and cute or are you just really bad with topics like these or are you just plain ignorant over these things? Not to be rude or anything, but I swear that if you put more work into your puppy act you could almost definitely get yourself a girl drooling over you." Smiling as he waited for Kain's answer and preparing to jump out of his seat incase Kain would want to get physical over his comment, Gale was most likely saved by the timely arrival of Stella of a big jug of fruit juice.

Saying thanks to the girl and pouring Kain and Stella a glass of the sweet juice before pouring himself some, Gale continued on with his talk. "I mean, take Stella for an example. When we were trying to comfort her about what she did, my words and your words played only the tiniest bit in that role. What really did the job was your ear and your tail. I swear she almost went gaga over you and thought it was extremely cute or something. Am I right?" Gale was cut of from speaking by the arrival of their food and observed that while he and Kain had ordered steaks which admittedly were bigger than he thought they would be and delicious with the black pepper sauce Gale had chosen for his steak, Stella had only gotten a strawberry sundae, albeit a large one at that. "You aren't hungry Stella? Or do you just have a massive sweet tooth or something?"

Stella took a sip of the glass of juice that Gale had poured for her as he spoke but it might not have been the best timing, as Gale spoke of Kain’s ears and them being responsible for her cheering up she caught the connotation hidden behind the words and almost choked on the juice as she swallowed. “Well, while they defiantly had a role in cheering me up I wouldn’t say that they were the only factor.” Hiding a light blush that threatened to cover her cheeks Stella chuckled at Kain’s comment about Gale and his hunger, “Oh I don’t know, if it doesn’t come soon I might turn into a bit of an animal too, I‘m starving.” As if timed to occur as she finished speaking the waiter left the counter with a tray in hand and began heading towards the trio as they sat at their table, smiling excitedly and cheekily at Kain as he asked her what she ate Stella’s amethyst eyes glinted with the joy she felt just thinking about her order. “Oh, I ordered a really big Strawberry Sundae. I know what you’re thinking, a bit unusual at this time of day but I can’t help it”

A little surprised by the waiter that appeared by her side with their order Stella jolted a little as she turned her head to face him, greeted by a large smile from the man Stella smiled back and moved her glass of juice so that he could her order down in front of her. “Oh wow, that was really quick. Smells great”, As their was placed down one by one in front of them Stella spoke again as she looked back to rather silent waiter, “Looks great too. Thanks a lot”. The waiter smiled nervously at Stella and she could practically see the nerves racking at him through his eyes, as he smiled like one would as you trying not to blush or cry Stella gave him a curious glance before getting a wave from him as he ran away as if terrified by something.

Turning back to Gale and Kain with a rather confused and curious expression on her face Stella shook her head lightly as she pondered on what would have been wrong with the waiter, snapped from her thoughts by Gale’s question the ex-quip mage pried her eyes from the delicious looking food before her. “Oh, no trust me I’m starving, I just have a major love for sweet food I guess. Never a bad time for ice-cream”, her amethyst eyes widened a little at the sight of the large steaks on the men’s plates and she gave an impressed whistle before she spoke again. “Oh wow, looks like I might have made the wrong choice, those look amazing”

Lifting a giant spoonful of vanilla ice-cream towards her mouth Stella winked before plunging it into her mouth with a cheeky smile and she covered her mouth so as to rain somewhat polite as she spoke with the ice-cream in her mouth. “Oh wow soooo good”

Kain sat there a little stunned, trying to think of an appropriate answer for Gale. Well, think of an answer that didn’t involve biting him in frustration, which the half-demon felt probably would have been more than appropriate too. “A-ah…r-really bad at topics like this…” the inugami mage blushing deeper as he spoke, thinking more or more that biting the wind mage while wasn’t the most civilised course of action would make a great response to the question, though the timely return of Stella stopped that train of thought. Clearly Gale didn’t particularly value his life as he continued after pouring the group some drinks, only being saved this time by the arrival of the food.

“S-see…they weren’t the only factor…” he managed to mutter after Stella nearly choked, though his mood picked up considerable with the arrival of the food, his ears picking up and his tail wagging behind him on its own, even if the smell of steak alongside ice-cream was a…well, peculiar one. With a smile he thanked the waiter as his plate was set down, though the waiter remained mostly silent, a nervous look on his face, practically running away once he had done his job. While somewhat odd, it was a reaction that Kain got a fair bit, though whether it was his less-than-human appearance or something else didn’t really matter the moment to the inugami mage, not with the meal in front of him and his hunger getting the best of him. “Heh, fair enough, after all as you said, never a bad time for ice-cream,” Kain said to the exquip mage, agreeing with her choice of meal as he cut off a piece of steak to eat, savouring the taste, and doing his best to remain civil as he ate the delicious meal.

Still, something was nagging him in the back of his mind, but, he had to just be paranoid, or mistaken, doing his best to ignore it as he tried to strike up conversation. “So…uh…hmm…what brings you two to Magnolia, are you guys locals, or just visiting?” Kain asked, eating another chunk of steak as he awaited their response. As the three continued to eat, from nearby over the crowd someone called out, “Hey! Fenrir!” Kain flattened his ears against his head, looking annoyed, though, pretending he of all people didn’t hear anything would be pointless; taking a look over at the person running towards them now.

He was a male; probably about 19 or 20 and not particularly tall with a lithe build. He had messy, about medium length blond hair and once he got closer green eyes that just seemed filled with kindness. Though, Kain always said the overall build was more like a ‘weasel’ then lithe, even if no one else seemed to see it. The half-demon turned back to the table and muttered “sorry…” before the apparently not-stranger got closer to the table. “Fenrir! That is you! Geez you’ve grown up!” the newcomer said, putting a hand on Kain’s shoulder, the inugami mage’s tail going limp as the blond beamed a friendly smile to the other two.

Smiling in amusement at Kain's and Stella's embarrassed reactions, Gale was happy that he yet again got to do one of the things that he loved doing the most; annoying and teasing people. Except this time, while Gale couldn't be completely sure, Kain almost attacked him or something as a response to his question. Luckily for him, however, it seemed that he was saved by the timely arrival of food. Noticing the waiters nervous glances at the trio, Gale looked at him with a confused expression on his face. It seemed as if the waiter had been genuinely terrified of something, practically fleeing the scene as his job was finished. As Gale watched, he even observed the waiter stumbling and almost falling to the ground, only managing to regain his balance at the last moment. Despite himself, Gale found that small scene to be mildly funny. "Well I admit it may have not been the only factor, but as I previously said, it was the biggest factor." Drinking some of his juice, taking in the sweet flavor of the purple beverage. On top of that, the juice was nice and cool too, and very refreshing.

"Me? Oh no I am not a local. I'm just visiting this place to check Magnolia out and the see the famous guild Fairy Tail. And on top of that there is a friend of mine whom I have helped in the past that lives here and had generously offered for me to stay with him for now. So are you a local then Kain? Seeing as you are a mage of Fairy Tail and all." Taking a bite of his steak, Gale heard someone in the crowd nearby call out to this guy called Fenrir, and Kain seemingly reacted to the call and chose to ignore it. Gale's observations were proven true just moments later, when a man that seemed a year or two older than him, with messy, medium length blond hair, and green eyes shining with kindness put a hand on Kain's shoulder and make a statement of how he had grown, all while calling Kain 'Fenrir'. Though he seemed to be friendly, Gale put a hand near his sword just in case this newcomer would do something. But seeing as Kain made no move to brush the hand of his shoulder and instead having his tail going limp, an obvious sign of his feelings towards the newcomers arrival. "So, he a friend of your Kain?" Gale said as he picked up his glass yet again to drink some grape juice.
