Name: Cinos Edaj Nickname: White Knight, Trifecta Edge, Masked One Age: 29 Gender: Male Race: Human Height: 6’2” Weight: 178 lbs. Guild: Blue Pegasus Class: Guild master Hometown: Poinsettia Physical Description: Cinos is blessed with an excellent body and devilish good looks. He has the kind of body and build that attracts females and is very desirable by them. Even his body motions and mannerisms are attractive. However, because of his quirk, he isn’t the ladies man he looks like he should be. He has blonde hair and is heterochromatic. Because of this, one of his eyes is red while the other is blue. His body is slender and young looking, which makes him appeal well to others. Clothing: Cinos wears a white vest and jacket that is closed or opened via a few buttons and buckles. It is lined and detailed with black, silver, and bronze. And while he does do unintentionally, his clothing tends to have a sexy and showing appeal to it, whether it be his low rising pants or often opening vest and jacket. Accessories: Cinos almost always has a pair of gloves. They are a magical item that he uses pretty often. Extra: Cinos’ guild tattoo lies on his chest on the opposite side of his heart. When asked about why it’s not over his heart, he’ll say that there’s no room there and that it belongs to his wife. Picture: Spoiler: click to toggle Personality: Despite Cinos’ age, he still acts quite a bit younger than he truly is. His personality follows his looks in terms of age and only age. He is light hearted and only focused when the time calls. He is a huge fan of the sports that do not comprise of magic and while he does not play them, he talks about them often with friends. He tends to have a friendly relationship with everyone and has an easy time getting along with other people. Even with a person that most others find annoying or hard to get close to Cinos is able to get along with them. One could say that Cinos has an infinite amount of charisma. He’s dutiful and an optimist. He knows what goals lay ahead and works towards them, together, with everyone. However, everyone has their quirks. By looking at Cinos, one would think that he was a true ladies man. He has great looks and is very charismatic. However, this is not true. Even with his incredible looks and great personality, Cinos’ is horrible with women. The reason for this is because he easily becomes a complete buffoon in their presence. This isn’t the case for all women, only the ones that Cinos finds attractive. When in their presence, he tends to be unable to speak without saying something offensive and his hands always seem to grab wrong place. It’s like, he’ll trip and grabbed something to catch his fall, but that something would be the girl’s clothing and he’d end up showing off things the girl would want hidden. One could say that this is his curse and one that he needs to grow out of. Despite this, Cinos has been married. In fact, his wife is the former Blue Pegasus Guild Master’s daughter, Inez. However, the have separated until Cinos outgrows his quirk with females as it affects her the most. They are still very much in love however. She works as the head chef for the Blue Pegasus guild. History Cinos was born and raised in Poinsettia. He is the other son of a carpenter and a teacher. His family was pretty laid back and accepting of things, which attributed to the charismatic personality that Cinos has now. Ever since he was young, he had been good friends with his now wife, Inez. They played together often and were very friendly. She was the daughter of the Blue Pegasus Guild Master at the time. She wasn’t very good at magic, but her father did not mind this in the slightest. However, Cinos decided that he’d learn magic in her place, despite the fact that no one was expecting Inez to learn any. It was kind of a self-proclaiming to win over his friend. However, as the two aged, Cinos became clumsy and troublesome in front of her. It got so bad that it drove the two apart. And when Cinos was fifteen, he left Poinsettia to pursue his magic more. Out on a journey, Cinos learned that his very basic magic actually had two other forms of magic connected to it. He set out to learn and master them as well. Once he did, the magic’s worked together to unlock the true potential inside all of them. The magic’s became a force to be reckoned with and Cinos became a smart and competent mage. With his new confidence, he returned to Poinsettia in hopes of getting on good terms with Inez again, despite the fact that he had yet to absolve his problem with girls. It was six years after he had left and he returned to find that he was greatly missed. However, he did not return to reveal himself right away. He used his magic to keep a mask on his face at all times so that no one knew who he was at first. He joined Blue Pegasus and was an outstanding member through-out his time as a normal member. However, even though he did his best to stay hidden, the Guild Master knew that it was him all along. He pretended not to know so that Cinos could continue on with whatever plan he had going. This continued on for five years until the Guild Master decided to pass on the leadership. Much to everyone surprise, he chose Cinos, the strange masked one. It was here that the master revealed to everyone that Cinos was hidden among them and revealed to Cinos that he knew it was him all along. Upon revealing himself, Inez, who was already a cook of the guild at the time, slapped him and then hugged him while in tears. The two, happy to see each other and obviously in love quickly married and Cinos became the Guild Master afterward. Things went very well for him as Guild Master, but everything was still troublesome with Inez. His old habits were still bothering them both and he caused a lot of embarrassing situations for her. To make things easier for the both of them, the two have separated. They are both still very much in love, but decided to stay apart until Cinos is cured of his quirk. Weaponry Caelestis Saber (A-Class) – Slashes made by this sword does no damage whatsoever. In fact, the cuts made by this sword actually heal things. It can heal wounds, repairs buildings and generally do the opposite of what it is suppose to do. However, the damage that the sword reverses is collect within it and can be unleashed. The unleashed power in the sword is formed of the collective forced that it absorbs and can vary in strength depending on what is healed with it. When the sword is empty, it is harmless, but when filled, it is incredibly dangerous. The sword itself is about four feet and length and has a cross shaped guard. The hilt is small, but has enough room to be gripped with two hands. Catcher in the Rye (B-Class) – This magical item is a glove that Cinos wears on both hands. It has the ability to literally catch non-elemental projectile magic. Should the magic technique be ranged and have no element assigned to it, Cinos can catch it with his hands. After being caught, it is formed into a ball and can be thrown, bounced or crashed. The gloves do not work on magic techniques that have a physical form or shape. It mostly works on beams, balls, blasts, and spread attacks like a flamethrower. This also does not work with projectiles from magical items. The gloves work with techniques equal to his accuracy dived by ten. Thus if he had fifty accuracy, he could catch magic techniques up to power level five. Double Jeopardy (A-Class) – This magical item is a ring that Cinos’ wears. It is meant to prevent a massive amount of damage being done to an area where mages are fighting. When activated, it affects all those that the ring is touching, thus it will always affect Cinos and to affect others as well, he most be touching them. The ring prevents the use of all magical techniques over the rank of five. All techniques rank five or lower can still be used. In this way, massive damage to the surrounding area can be prevented. The effect lasts for ten posts. Magic Bomber – The Christina (S-Class): Blue Pegasus powerful and beautifully decorated airship. One of the largest in all of Fiore, it is quite powerful and is a force to be reckoned with. In fact, it is known as the most powerful airship to be owned by a magic guild. All other rivaling airships are created and owned by the military. It is owned by whoever the Blue Pegasus Guild Master is at the time. The ship reached to about five hundred meters in length and two hundred meters in width, excluding the wingspan. It is outfitted with nine high grade magic cannons and a single S-Class Buster cannon in the front. It also carries four air-to-ground shell launchers and various assortments of artillery guns on it. It can easily be called a warship and a powerful one at that. Stats 1500 Strength: 335 Accuracy: 335 Stamina: 340 Speed: 310 Magic: 180 Magic Name: Unde Lux lucis Fulsi Magic Type: Celestial Saints version α Tier of Magic: 3 Rank: 10 Magic Description: The first of three linked magic’s. While it is an old and lost magic, the basics of this magic can still be seen among many mages. However, unlocking the true potential of this magic not only takes dedication and a great gift in magic, but one must also learn the other two versions of the magic. Only then will this low end magic provide the user its full power. Version Alpha’s magic takes the form of simple matter creation and manipulation. It allows the user to craft objects out of light energy. However, these objects tend to be very simple. Only after all three Celestial Saints magic’s have been learn can this magic create anything truly worth while Magic Name: Totus es Tutis intus suus Orbis Magic Type: Celestial Saints version β Tier of Magic: 4 Rank: 10 Magic Description: The second of three linked magic’s. While it is an old and lost magic, the basics of this magic can still be seen among many mages. However, unlocking the true potential of this magic not only takes dedication and a great gift in magic, but one must also learn the other two versions of the magic. Only then will this low end magic provide the user its full power. Version Beta allows for the users to create fields and barriers of varying properties and effects. Not only do these barriers protect things from passing through them, but they also grant a specific effect to those within them. However, the true merits of these barriers are to have those effects last without the barriers and to be able to change the functionality of each barrier. This can only be done, however, once the true potential of the magic has been unlocked. Magic Name: Quod totus Res Ago Porro quod Prospicio Magic Type: Celestial Saints version γ Tier of Magic: 4 Rank: 10 Magic Description: The third of three linked magic’s. While it is an old and lost magic, the basics of this magic can still be seen among many mages. However, unlocking the true potential of this magic not only takes dedication and a great gift in magic, but one must also learn the other two versions of the magic. Only then will this low end magic provide the user its full power. Version Gamma allows for the user to create powders, mists, and dusts of varying effects. Each type of substance has its own way of affecting things. Powders work on contact, mists seep into pore for a delayed effect, and dusts must be inhaled. However, one can gain the varying effects to each type of substance instead of only one once the true potential of the magic has been unlocked. Techniques: Version α: Wings - (10) Type: Supportive Range: Self Effect: By using magic to craft light energy, Cinos will grow himself a large pair of bright white angel wings. This wings are actually disjointed from his body, thus they do not ruin his clothing. The have a maximum wingspan of about ten feet and can freely shrink and grow anywhere between the maximum and nothing at all. The wings can last for the length of a topic and consume very little magical energy. Version β: Orb - (10) Type: Supportive Range: 15 meters Effect: Cinos is able to create a defensive orb around a target area to protect it. Unlike all the other barriers in beta, this barrier has no special properties to go along with it. The orb can reach a maximum diameter of fifteen meters and well protect what is inside from magic and weapons. No weapons lower than B-class can hope to play the barrier in any harm and the same goes for all magic techniques rank 4 or lower. Even for weapons and magic above this threshold, the barrier can take large amount of damage before breaking. The barrier itself can be used in instances of up to three times. Thus three of these can be placed at once. Version γ: Euphoria - (10) Type: Supportive Range: Melee Effect: Using magic, Cinos can create a white grainy powder that collects in the palm of his hand. This powder is special in that it will reverse pain into pleasure. The more painful something is, the powder will reverse it into that much pleasure. It’ll help in the temporary relief of injuries. Once the powder settles on the target, it’ll sit and its effect will be applied for a maximum of three hours or until the powder is wiped clean. Cinos can create a total of hundred kilos of this powder a day. Version α: Claw - (10) Type: Supportive Range: 10 meters Effect: Using light energy, Cinos can craft a clawed glove onto his hand. This glove shines with a white like and is many times larger than his actual hand. The size of it can grow and shrink even after being cast and has gripping power much stronger than that of Cinos’ natural strength (it can increase his strength up to 160 points in strength). Not only that, but the claw can extent and be shoot forward, like a grappling hook. In fact, this is the main purpose of the claw. It can latch onto objects and even perform the same tasks that it can perform while still attached to Cinos’ hand. The claw can last up to an entire topic. Version α: Mask – (10) Type: Supportive Range: Self Effect: Using light energy, Cinos can create a mask that appears on his face. However, this mask does more than just hide his face from sight. It has multiple functions that can be preformed with it and these can be chosen each time the magic is cast. It can allow him to breath water, filter the air that he breaths, and even provide air where air in not available. It can shield his eyes and ears from damage and the foreign affects and can even be used to protect his face. The mask can be used for an extended length of time and even for the length of an entire topic. Version α: Javelin - (10) Type: Offensive Range: Self Effect: Using light energy, Cinos can craft a javelin that will appear in his hand. These javelins can vary in size depending on the how big or small he wants them. They can reach a maximum of fifty feet in length and a minimum of three millimeters. He can also control the number of javelins that appear in a single cast. Obviously larger javelins will have fewer instances than the much smaller ones, but they can number from the hundreds to only one. Version β: Elemental - (10) Type: Defensive Range: 10 meters Effect: Cinos can create a field with an effect area of ten meters in diameter that will effects things of all elements. Whether they are natural occurring elements, magical attacks or element items and weapons, this field affects them all. Within this field, he has complete control over these elements, He can negate them complete, making them disappear or change them to a new element, turning fire into water. He can power them up and he can change the direction in which they flow, making waterfalls go up instead of down. Only one of these fields can be placed at a time and they can only affect one element at a time. More than one element can be effected, but not at the exact same time. Once placed, the fields last for fifteen posts. Version β: Physical - (10) Type: Defensive Range: 10 meters Effect: Cinos can create a barrier with a ten meter diameter for its area of effect. Within this barrier and on its edges, all things in the way of physical might can be altered. Physical strikes and attacks, ranged or not, can be stopped along the edges. Within the barrier, physical strikes and the like can powered up and enforced should Cinos choose. Only one these barriers can be placed at once. Should Cinos create the barrier and then immediately dispel, the spell will act as a buff. It will increase or decrease those inside in their physical attributes, making them stronger and faster or slower and weaker. Still standing barriers last for fifteen posts. Version β: Magical - (10) Type: Defensive Range: 10 meters Effect: Cinos can create a barrier with a ten meter diameter for its area of effect. Within this barrier and on its edges, all things in the way of magical power can be altered. Magical techniques and properties, ranged or not, can be stopped along the edges. Within the barrier, magical techniques and properties can power up and enforced should Cinos choose. Only one these barriers can be placed at once. Should Cinos create the barrier and then immediately dispel, the spell will act as a buff. It will increase or decrease those inside in their magic prowess, making them have stronger weaker effects and damage on their spells. He can increase or decrease magic spells for 2 ranks. Still standing barriers last for fifteen posts. Version γ: Harmony - (10) Type: Supportive Range: 10 meters Effect: By releasing a dust, those that breathe it in are capable of uses shallow versions of each other’s abilities. This does not include Cinos unless he breaths it in as well. The dust is released from his hair and floats in the air for a few moments before settling on the ground and becoming useless. Those that breathe it in are connected and are able to use the rank 1 of the technique that the owner allows them to use. But the glory of the spell is for the use of team combinations. It grants the temporary use of a brand new and powerful magic by allowing those connect to combine their magic into powerful team techniques. The effects of the dust will only last until one team attack is performed and five low ranked techniques have been cast. (The team attacks will, due to their versatility, after being used in a topic, be evaluated by admins to tell whether they're acceptable or not) Version γ: Chaos - (10) Type: Supportive Range: Melee Effect: Cinos can create a powder in his palm that is a completely jet black color. This powder does not affect Cinos, but is able to stick to things. It can be smeared on weapons or body parts. The powder will cause feelings of agitation and aggression. It’ll break up team efforts and prevent obedience and harmony. Those affected will having a growing hatred for all those around them and will classify everyone as their enemy and no one as a friendly. The powder lasts for five posts. Version γ: Passivism - (10) Type: Supportive Range: 15 meters Effect: Cinos can expel a mist from his mouth that will fill the air around him. This mist gives off strong signals of passivism. It will prevent provoked actions and cancel out aggression. Will well cancel out the incantations and charging of powerful spells that take time to cast and will break the holds of aggressive mind control or raging berserk fits. The mist will prevent aggressive actions, making way for peaceful solutions and non-violent solutions. It lasts for ten posts and it does affect Cinos as well. Variable Control - (10) Type: Supportive Range: Self Effect: This magic allows Cinos to control the properties and variables in his beta and gamma magic’s. With it, he can make barriers that prevent things inside from coming outside. It also allows him to carry over the effects of his gamma techniques into different forms. What would be a dust can be a powder and vice versa. However, this technique only works for other techniques that are rank 7 or lower. It is passive, thus, this technique is always on. Version α: Justice – (10) Type: Offensive Range: 100 meters Effect: Using the magic of crafting light, Cinos can call forth a large hollow pillar from the skies. This pillar extends from above the clouds and down to the ground. It can reach up to one hundred meters and diameter and the walls start off a thin as light itself. Once placed, the walls of the light pillar grew inwards, burning and crushing all things within it. And once the pillar becomes complete filled with light energy on the inside it dissipates into nothingness. It leaves the ground scorched where it was used originally. The light pillar can only be pierced a few ways and once the walls start to become thicker, it becomes harder to pierce them. A weapons or technique that can cut magical energy, light energy, or specifically designed to dig tunnels in energy are able to make it through. Version β: Solidarity - (10) Type: Defensive Range: 10 meters Effect: With this barrier, Cinos can create an all encompassing area of invincibility. While this barrier is up, nothing can be harmed or altered in anyway. Nothing can be damaged or healed, weakened or strengthened, or affected in anyway. All things within this barrier are protected with an absolute guard that is impenetrable. The only possible way of counterattacking the barrier is to disable it at the very small frame of vulnerability at start up with a weapon or technique that directly affects magical energy at its source. The barrier lasts for a maximum of three posts and can only be used twice per topic. Version γ: Enlightenment - (10) Type: Supportive Range: 50 meters Effect: This technique allows Cinos to summon a massive cloud of dust high within the air. It is a very pale gold color that does not shine. From this cloud, powder falls down like snow in the area that it encompasses. Again, the powder is a very pale gold color that does not shine. And finally, the powder releases a mist upon landing on a solid or a liquid. The mist is clear but has a faint gold luster to it. All forms of this spell are capable of healing all wounds from slight to near fatal. It is a massive cure-all spell that can affect a very large area. Such a spell can only be used twice per topic. The Azure Wing - (?) Type: Guild Master Only (Blue Pegasus) Range: ??? Effect: This spell only belongs to the Guild Master of Blue Pegasus. It is taught and passed down from one Guild Master to the next and can not be extracted forcefully. Should the Guild Master die before being able to pass on the spell; the knowledge for the spell is formed into a book that is hidden. It’ll only emerge once again once a new Guild Master is appointed and will reappear in their hands at that moment. This secret is only known among the current and passed Blue Pegasus Guild Master. The Azure Wing is a spell based around a massive amount of knowledge. When used, it has the range of the entire city of Poinsettia is mainly only be used within the city. It reveals all information about the area the spell covers. All information regarding the history of the terrain, towns, and the people within it is shown to the Guild Master. It reveals all information and secrets of people, their magic, their minds, and their history even if they do not know this information themselves. All this information is transferred to the Guild Master’s mind directly. Because of this, the spell is incredibly dangerous. It has about a ten minute charge time before it is activated and because of the stress it induces on the caster, it can only be used once every few months.
