Nicknamed the 'Guild of Wishes', and for good reason, Blue Pegasus is known for being the most pacifistic of the light guilds, but by no means the weakest. Its members simply believe that magic was meant to be used in a more refined manner, and for better purposes. Under the leadership of the formidable but enigmatic Mai Milikana, Blue Pegasus is a guild that idealizes harmony and achievement, with the goal of a perfect world in which magic is used for creation and conservation, not mere means to cause blind destruction.

A curious forest that borders about 1/3 of Poinsettia; this forests' trees have lavender blossoms all through their boughs during the spring and summer months. During the autumn and winter the blossoms fall and blanket the ground, even over snow and the normal autumn leaves.
