The Definition of "In Character": In Character is a state where the Role-Player takes away from their Out of Character personality, issues, thoughts, mannerisms, etc- and Role-Plays the characteristics above, except with their own character.

The Definition of "Out of Character": Your specialty. When a Role-Player doesn't act as their character, and takes the time to talk, or joke around. This is fine, however, now in an in Character room. When someone is Out of Character, they either put: "[Out of Character]" in their motto, or speak with brackets, "[]".

Rules about IC: The Main room, is not an IC room. Nothing can happen in character. This means you do not need to speak with brackets. Nothing can effect your character when you're in that room.

Rules about OOC: There is a zero tolerance for Out of Character behavior in an In Character room. If you need to go OOC, go on whisper to which the person it is directed at. If you fail to comply, you will be kicked out. Repeated acts of ignorant Out of Character spamming will result in a constant kicking of the member, for a set amount of time. The amount can be decided on by a Moderator, or an Administrator. It's not personal, but we want to Role-Play. That's what the rooms are for.
