Free as a Bird (which is totally FaaB, lol!) is an online support community for DID survivors of trauma and their supporters - especially survivors of Ritual Abuse and Mind Control.

DID systems are of course more than welcome, as are non DID survivors. Survivors of military or combat traumas are also encouraged to join and share their experiences, because we all have a voice, and all deserve to be heard.

On this site we aim to create a supportive environment, where people are free to join or leave based on thier ability to interact with the community. The idea here is for people to be free to be themselves and to share, without ever feeling they need to hold back because another individual may not be able to process their sharing.

We encourage all of our members to have active theraputic support from a licensed professional, and we intend the forums to be a place of support and comraderie, not a replacement for an active theraputic process.

We welcome you to our community, if you choose to register.

If you don't wish to register just yet, you can use this forum to ask questions. Everything you post will be viewed and approved by a moderator, and once approved will be visible to all of our registered members. Any member of the community may respond to your posts. We will try to be sure at least one person from the Admin/Mod team replies to you as well.
