 do you have the code to enable me to embed videos from smugmug.com into posts ?

 I am so sorry it took so long to reply but computer mother board fried !!

Well here is what you do, take two bits of code and connect them with a ?
(find them in the embedded code)

First is the ''player code''
http://photos.megalito.co.uk/ria/ShizVidz-2008073101.swf

Then the individual info
s=ZT0xJmk9MzIwODQ5NTQxJms9dGlYUnQmYT01MjYzNDY0XzNBb1B4JnU9WmlnZ2FyZm9ydW0=

And you end up using this:

[flash=600,500]http://photos.megalito.co.uk/ria/ShizVidz-2008073101.swf?s=ZT0xJmk9MzIwODQ5NTQxJms9dGlYUnQmYT01MjYzNDY0XzNBb1B4JnU9WmlnZ2FyZm9ydW0=[/flash]


Remember to add the ? after the first bit
Change the size with these #'s 600,500 , make them whatever you want.
