06.01 - General Information Offers must be sent to the league email. No offer may exceed 5 years. So it may be 3 years, +PO/TO, 4 years + an option, or 5 years with no options. No offer may exceed $9,000,000/year. 06.02 – Unrestricted Free Agents - - Please put TEAM NAME, UFA Offers in the subject line. - Length - Base Salary - Signing Bonus - Any Extra Options (Team Option, Player Option, Two-Way Contract) - 1 offer sheet per team per UFA round - You cannot offer a 1 year contract to any UFA unless he is retiring - No NTC clauses can be offered to a UFA - The formula to determine the winner will be as follows: Base Salary multiplied by Years + Bonus= Total - Additional incentives can be added such as players home town, drafted by the team, played there for long period of time, team is good/bad. This will add $2,000,000. You dont have to include this. Any team may go over the salary cap by a maximum of $5 million during the off-season free agent period. As long as they are under by the regular season. You must also wait one year, or until the following trade deadline that year to have your UFA signings eligible for trading. Maximum amount of players you can offer to during the 1st round of the UFA period is 5. After the 1st round of UFA, there is no longer a limit on how many you can offer to. |

06.03 - Restricted Free Agents Offers must be sent to the league email. Contract offers must include the following: - PLAYER NAME, TEAM NAME in the Subject Line of the Email or OFFER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
