does that mean the insolvent working families and the impoverished working families plus any low-middle income families, are the Elitists? Because yesterday, Trump's second Presidential act was to suspend FHA 'down payment' assistance Obama extends to those groups. Any Trump supporter who actually voted for him via his, policies, instead via your own vendetta against Democrats, please feel free to explain how this isn't adding to the "carnage" once we start tallying up hardworking families who now won't be getting that home they deserved? Remember too that I exclusively asked about hardworking, honest families here. Edited by U Thant, Jan 21 2017, 05:05 PM.

The program was another last minute program signed by obama. It's disappearance will not change anything for mortgage holders as it wouldn't have gone into effect until Jan 27. Future HUD secretary Carson along with some repubs opposed the program because if there is another housing downturn, the taxpayer would be further on the hook for a bailout. |

This is interesting and illustrates one of the many issues with obama and why his executive orders can so easily be signed away. This program may have it's merits. What should have happened is there should have been a debate in congress as to it's pros and cons. |

Would you tell that to your President? If so, how would you qualify its' merits in your scholarship?? Because remember, this will mainly affect millennials who btw will be largest group of USA voters in abbbbbout 46 months. And they just might have a very sharp and bitter memory, to call upon then. |

It tells me that he is more than 50% opposed. With that said, there is no reason some politician who favors it can't bring it up for debate and possible legislation. |

Right. So why did he, instead, put the cart before the horse? By removing the exec order, then turn it into a bill? Why not ...preserve the exec order, enjoy the jobs increase he promised/millennials then start paying a lot of FITW plus buying homes and a few using that exec order FHA? That way, when Trump turns it into a bill...that way, his GOP critics get to pay the price for not passing it as, a bill, where the litmus test had been fully beneficial to the 'forgotten American' who he claimed to run for President on behalf of? Admit it pal, him quashing that exec order, did spit in the face of 'the forgotten citizen' he promised to fight for. |

Huh? I thought you all said that voting for Trump, meant there is no chance of another housing downturn happening. Remember? All the jobs that were coming? Because the private-sector had been waiting 8 yrs for another white businessman to replace the house negro? Matta'fact you promised more jobs than Trump did pimp ROFL so surely you all must have known the fact that in every instance over USA history; huge job increase = huge first-time home buyers' increase. So I apologize my friend, but your response isn't based in logic, but feel free to contribute something more relative to the actual chain of events. for We can't blame Obama here as he was merely doing some 'landscaping' according to *the great American plains* you and Trump had promised... |

Nope. There is nothing to, interpret, where you all made it plain and clear that you voted for Trump because there is no chance of another housing downturn happening. Thanks to All of the jobs that were coming. Thanks to the private-sector having patiently waited 8 yrs for another white businessman to replace the house negro. Matta'fact you promised more jobs than Trump did pimp ROFL |
