The 911 attack killed 3000 people.

People that text and drive kill over 5000 Americans every year.

People that text and drive cause over 1.6 million accidents a year.

People that text and drive injure over 500,000 people in America every year.

Which one is the greatest threat to Americans, a terrorist or a person texting and driving?

There is a new device out that would tell the police if a person was texting and driving at the time of a car wreck. It's being called a Textalyzer. The police would plug your phone into this device, and it will tell if you were texting or talking on the phone at the time of the crash. People texting and driving kill more innocent people than drunk drivers.

Car companies and technology companies are not doing anything to make the road safer. They are putting more technology in cars to distract drivers. This has to be stopped.

A woman checking her Facebook while driving killed an 89 year old grandmother.

Teenager texting and driving killed father and 10 year old daughter.

Even though people texting and driving are killing innocent people, this video shows that people don't want to get off their phones while behind the wheel.

No one would have to turn over their phone to a police officer.

If it become the law they are going to turn over their cell phone. That would be like a drunk driver refusing to take a breathalyzer test.

Besides the fact I think this device is some bullshit. Laws would have to be passed to make someone turn over their phone. As of right now it would be an illegal search and seizure Ken.

Kennyinbmore a woman was checking her Facebook page while driving and killed an 89 year old grandmother, what if that was your family member that she killed, would you be outraged at fools that text and drive then?
