I know that deep down she desires to be cradled in a man's arms and have him as her guide and protector, but her sense is powerful and she doesn't overlook what's really happening all around her. She can see quite clearly that the opposite sex desires to go wild, and are not attracted to mature sensible girls at all. She talks about that all the time. But even deeper down, she desires to be independent and stand on her own and she's pursuing that as she's determined to stay focused on college and her future.
