The 35-year-old reality star was spotted on Thursday running errands in Beverly Hills with her longtime friend Jonathan Cheban. The outing comes as husband West finds himself at the center of a media storm. In recent weeks, a series of Twitter rants have left the public as well has some of West’s friends questioning his mental health – and his relationship with Kardashian West. A close friend of West, 38, previously told PEOPLE that the rapper’s recent attention-grabbing behavior is no cause for alarm. “Kanye is an extraordinarily creative person and he is a self-professed, extraordinarily cocky person, and the behavior that he exhibits publicly is totally consistent with his persona,” the friend told PEOPLE. However, a source previously told PEOPLE that West’s “compulsive tweeting” causes friction in the couple’s marriage. “Kim can’t stand it. She is all for self-promotion, but doesn’t approve of Twitter drama,” the source said. “Still, the source said that the Keeping up with the Kardashian Star "will do whatever to make this work.” Kardashian West looked to be in good spirits as she stepped out with Cheban. Along with the public outing, the mom of two did a nearly 15-minute livestream on Thursday showing herself and Cheban in a car.
