This black woman walked away from her job in corporate America, and stepped out on faith and started her own lingerie company. She cashed out her 401K plan and started her own company. There were a lot of setbacks when she first tried to start her business. She entered her lingerie into a competition and loss badly, and the people in charge of that competition told her to never ever start a lingerie company, they told her that it was a bad idea.

She kept pressing on and she started her company from her home. She use to have fish fries in her home and she invited her girlfriends over and tried to get them to buy her lingerie.

She continued on and her company revenue grew from 1500 dollars a year to a million dollars a year, and today her company is valued at 40 million dollars, and her line of lingerie is in over 3000 retail stores across America.

Here name is Psyche Terry, and the name of her company is Urban Intimates. Her line of lingerie is in Macy's, JC Penny's, Walmart, TJ Maxx, Burlington Coat Factory, and Ross.
