Then espouse on what you mean? I don't like giving the title of victim to a lot of people, however in this case, these women didn't sign up for drugged sex. I'm asking you to think of the blame and shame, these women would have faced, in calling Bill a rapist. Most would have turned on them. He had all of the control, and he knew it. Back in the 50's, 60's, 70's, women were considered the property of their husbands. Where we these women going to go, who could they tell? The police used to bring a woman, when her husband beat her, back home, and tell the man, don't do it anymore, especially in front of the kids. You have to go back in time, and understand the mentality that existed then. As Bill continued doing this, the times caught up to him. He got caught in '06, still trying to pull the same shit, he did in the 70's..heck, the girl was gay. As far as surroundings, I agree. I personally get on my sisters, brothers, and HUBBY'S ass, for drinking in public. Drinking slows down your reactionary reflexes. Fights break out around you, guns are pulled, and you're still talking about the music. However Bill didn't just pull these stunts in hotels, he also did them at their homes, at his office, at the college (Temple Univ).. And with these black men, coming out saying this happen so long ago, hell when was the last time any of them pulled a plow, picked cotton, or had a whip across their back? |

According to the story, Sandra Bland was arrested following an unnecessary face off she put up with the cop in a routine traffic stop. She was not assaulted or killed by that cop, but arrested. And her death, which is ruled a suicide, occurred while she was in jail. And the reason she took her own life is unknown. The story reports that her man ignored her calls, so maybe she killed herself over him. So you need to come up with a legit case of racial attack on a black woman. Why are we discussing blacks complaining about slavery? That's irrelevant to the topic, love. If men had all this "power" what we're you doing drinking privately with him. I wouldn't ever drink privately with a woman in a hotel room. A bar, club fine. But going to a hotel room to drink, to me I'm thinking that's a more private setting....what it usually leads to....we all know |

Regardless of why you feel she killed herself she had protesters and marchers. Just like those men who have marchers and protesters may or may not have died for the reason they march. Nice job deflecting |

I didn't say she killed herself over a man. I merely speculated that she might have, because the story reports that her boyfriend ignored her calls from jail. Edited by cisslybee2012, Jan 5 2016, 07:06 PM.

Where? Nobody protested or marched over that black lady on the highway who a crazy white cop just ran over to like a rabid savage and started punching. Edited by cisslybee2012, Jan 5 2016, 06:16 PM.

It's a parable.. Telling someone that they should get over an occurance, well the same could be applied to their occurance. Ether, men have always had the power in the world. They've always had control over the laws, courts, police force, women's bodies, etc.. You're not Bill Cosby. Bill is now suing these women in civil court. Not a good move, now his wife and he, will have to testify and give a deposition. The flood gates will now open.. As I said, not all of these things happened in a hotel room. Bill molested women in many different places, including Temple Univ. |
