It takes recognition of the garbage in us in order to expel it from ourselves. Until then, the other alternative, is to learn how to live a garbage life without decay.

I just want to see people happy and living their truth. I know my own worth and i am quality to myself. I dont have to qualiify it or quantify it for anyone else.
