Indeed. There is a good reason being fat or obese is ugly.
And the tragedy is it can be addressed relatively easily.

There are two main issues that plague the black community..

Crime and obesity. One committed by men, the other, women.

Obesity should be addressed, however how do you tell a 'grown ass woman' to stop eating so unhealthy? If she's eating unhealthy, what on earth, do you think, she's giving her kids?

It's cheaper to buy a head of lettuce, a few tomatoes, couple of lemons, dash of pepper to make a salad, than buying a family pack of pork chops. I've heard, in my many committee meetings, black women say, well 'sugar' runs in my family..Type 1 maybe, but not type 2, is my response.

They then say, it's the same thing :'( That's when I tell them, I can't help them with my funds, my money they're seeking to continue feeding their kids, unhealthy foods. They are free to go pick any of the fruits/vegetables, we planted, most refuse, because that's like working..

Nevertheless, that issue can be dealt with, however the killing of each other, as done by black men, is at the top of the list.

Would saying 'most crime' or 'most obesity' change the content?

Deflection works on most, I'm not part of that category. Trying to defer the focus from crime and obesity is what 'some' do, to avoid dealing with the plague.

As a black woman, I willing to throw my hat in the ring, and deal with other women when it comes to their health, however I willing to bet, you and most other black men, aren't willing to deal with the crime(s) committed by your brothers?

"Most" would work, but you didn't say most, hence my question

Well, since you need most, I gave you most.

Now that the deflection is over, topic of discussion.

Thanks for the clarification. As for the topic, it's not exactly rocket science that diet and exercise are the best medicine for combatting diabetes

Word semantics..

Aren't you saying, for those who suffer from Type 2 diabetes, they aren't really that bright? :D

If it's such a simple/easy thing, then what's on earth is wrong with 'some' of these over weight black women?

Is it a mentality? However, before anyone answers, think about those crimes 'most' black men commit?

Is there something mentally wrong with obese black women, and those criminally committing, black men?

Please try not to put words in my mouth. Thanks in advance. I don't realize the topic was specifically about obese women. I thought it was about diabetes which is what I addressed with my comment
