If you drive 18 wheelers for a living, and you hit and kill someone with your truck, you are going to be charged with vehicular homicide, even if it was an accident. You are going to be charged and you are going to trial. Now the truck driver didn't wake up in the morning planning to kill someone while driving, even though it was an accident, he or she is still going to be charged. Anytime a police kill an UNARMED person they should always be charged with murderer or manslaughter. Now if they shoot somebody with a gun in the hands, that's different. But there is no excuse for a police shooting and killing an unarmed person. Police should be held to the same standard as truck drivers. Edited by Mail Man, Nov 14 2015, 01:05 AM.
