Historical Homes in Southern Dallas; Considering making an investment in one..

There's an old Jewish neighborhood in the Southern sector of Dallas. Large, spacious homes, most built in early 1900's. Hard wood floors, custom built cabinets, large living/dining areas..

A lot of young-middle aged blacks are moving back, and restoring the historical homes. I think I should get in also..

I'm considering buying this one.

You hate Black people, like me?

Are you like me and love exercising your lightskinned-racism privileges in the presence of Jews---who brought the phenomena to America?

Well, There's an old Jewish neighborhood in the Southern sector of Dallas. Large, spacious homes, most built in early 1900's. Hard wood floors, custom built cabinets, large living/dining areas. Even has a back shed for you to store your white sheets with the pointy hoods!

I just hate Dallas overall. Out of the 4 cities of Texas Dallas is the LAST one. Id say San Antonio, houston, Austin then Dallas. Its just sooooo boring in Dallas, for a major city.

Off topic I know....sorry

What part did you visit? This is an old money city, I know. :D

Austin is now, overcrowded, they can't handle anymore people. (In 2008, a lot of people relocated to Austin and Dallas. Texas didn't get hit very hard during the recession)

Did you visit the suburbs or the city? I live in the suburbs (Forney), and there is nothing but families and small businesses.

However the city, especially downtown and uptown, is where young singles hang out.

Im a big Historical Fanatic. I was there for a Seminar but went to some of your museums. And maybe I just didnt give Dallas a chance but it was so dead...so boring. I didnt get that Vibe. I go downtown everytime I pass throgh Dallas on my way to Oklahoma. My last trip was to Winstar Casino, I spent some time downtown Dallas. IDK, I just dont like it there.

When I went to San Antonio, whole different vibe. I think Dallas came off as to congested to....similar to what im used to here. I can put my finger on it, and maybe its just I didnt know where the hell I was going or what to do/expect. Just Roamed.

I love those homes, my daughter lives in the neighborhood, and purchased one back in 2010. She got it for nothing.

The Southern sector is a high crime area, so a lot of people avoid living there. The neighborhood has established a crime watch and has camera's everywhere.

I haven't been to Winstar in a minute. Did you go for a concert or show?

There's the Dragonfly in Hotel ZaZa, Ghostbar at the W Hotel, if you wanted night life. The Perot Museum is the best. I live there in the summer time.

However, if you don't like it here, we don't like you, now!

Take that Mr. Houston.. :D

Now now no need to be like that. I would of made a comment about teams and your recent loss (due to fuck ups) at the hands of the Seahawks but...the Texans jerseys are on clearence rofl

$29..

That's it. I left it in the bank, to keep playing. I, unfortunately, like to gamble. :P

Try it, without the hopes of winning a lot of money, tho..however, you might. There are people who win big, but they bet, big!
