If it happens on base, yes. Off base he would be charged like anyone else and the army would discharge him with a BCD while he's in jail. (bad conduct discharge) Edited by Rick1, Sep 4 2015, 08:13 AM.

Nawww, not true. If he had a weapon to intimidate them, then yes you are correct. But since adultery is a crime; if he merely ordered them out of the home they were using, to break the law...then he committed no crimes, especially in the country where this occurred. If he had did nothing then just called the cops, then the wife and the jumpoff would receive a punishment worse than making them stand outside naked. |

And then get this. If he had shot that fucker and it got all over the news im willing to bet majoirty of american citizens would be in agreement that he was a soldier fighting for our country and the adulterer deserved what he got |

I'm going on the fact, that he was in uniform, like still on duty. Why would he have his uniform on, unless he's on some military purpose. In America, I'm asking, not other countries. Why would someone put on a uniform, if they're off duty? |

Oh, So he did pull a gun. That's the only way I can see how he got them to stand outside naked. Well, he wasn't right to do that. But at least he didn't shoot. So I give him credit for that.

The thing about cheating, Is that most men are only compatible with women who'll cheat. The female who'll cheat is the only one he can feel anything for. So I never criticize women for cheating. What I find disturbing is decent women being monogamous with a booty head who don't deserve it and treats her like she's less than nothing. He expects his wild girl to be true to him, but he's to be ignored because he's out of it. That cheating girl is perfect for him. The decent one whose monogamous to him is a fool.
