That statement has been misconstrued forever. Come as you are is best interpreted as bring your weary, sinful soul to Christ for healing....has nothing to do with what you're wearing, which should always be respectable in God's house.
Isn't respectful a subjective term?

I'm not being picky. I just think the term "dressed appropriately" would mean different things to different people

I could see the OP's POV if dress actually made a difference.

If women covering their curves up tempered carnal urges.

But since it doesn't, I say the hell with it.

Mufuckas are surely gonna be booty heads no matter how women are dressed because booty heads are what they are. :D

So ladies, dress to suit your own taste. :)
