Now I've heard Asian women on TV say that they don't bother with Asian men because their dick is too small and they date only white guys.

I have heard from many Asian women that white guys treat them better than Asian men.

But as always, the reasons will vary.

I haven't heard that one. But don't doubt that many feel way. It's in fact the same thing many black women say about white men over black men.

Though in my experience, I found that it's not true.

White booty head guys are exactly the same as booty head black guys.

So I've come to the conclusion that women who make statements like that are out of it.

That is the funny thing, regardless of the IR pairings, the same justifications are used when one chooses not to date within their own ethnic circle.

Though I've never heard a white woman say that white men don't treat them right or black or other ethnic men treat them better. I hear a lot of white women say they prefer black men but not one of them I've ever heard say why. Obviously, they will not state the real reason. That non white men think they're the most special of women because they're white. So white women who go non white exclusively is for that special status. This they will not admit.

I am not for rationalizing, bad mouthing in order to date other groups, But if someone attempted to use a handful of experiences to DETERMINE why a man is dating a certain woman (like that woman that says that Black Men fetishize white women), Gave a man slack for why they are dating a particular woman, Attack that man's dating preferences, attempted to attack that relationship or their relationship preferences or see that man's relationship through bigoted eyes,

I would see it as perfectly justifiable if they did the "wrong" things you listed in order to attack back..
