ahhhh, yes, another Judge refusing to let vindictive mothers go unscathed without feeling the burden of their selfishness, in order to protect the Caucasian male image. Unfortunately we all know if this had been a darkskinned-Black dad then the judge would have, instead, gleefully patted the kids on the back and taken them out for lunch in front of tv news cameras. I didn't read anything about vindictive mothers. What I got from the story is that a judge is forcing three children to want to be in their father's company. The service appears to be to the father not the children. If they don't want to be around him then he must be a bad influence, so that judge is crazy and should be removed from the bench. And you're crazy too to feel that a child should be punished for not wanting to be around a crazy father. They are supposed to pretend that he means something to them when he clearly doesn't? That's insanity. |

I understand that, since your are mentally focused on coddling Caucasian males and protecting their image in America. And I can respect your choice to do that. Nonetheless, if you reflect on the USA courts' treatment of Black men in general and Black Dads specifically, and then you combine it with how......our racist Pop Culture society thrives on painting the American Black dad as systematically-absent from the family as well as genetically-unfit to be head of the household; There's no way this judge would make this ruling if this was a Black dad. There's no doubt in my mind, the judge would commend the kids for taking this approach toward the dad and treating him like he can't be trusted. That is the resultant and it's derivative at work within this nation's current mantra to criminalize every aspect of darkskinned-Black male's behavior at every opportunity possible. |

The children told the judge why they don't want to be around him. He's violent and beats their mother. Come on man, Punishing children is your idea of support of the father? You're fucking crazy. |

This judge needs to be put in check. IMO She's way beyond her limits. What is forcing children to do something they don't want to do in a case like this going to prove? Never occurred to her what kind of scars she is creating with her temper tantrum. The kids shouldn't even be a part of the disagreement between the parents, they have probably seen more from them than they need to anyway. One of the most bizarre, ignorant, unjustified rulings I've seen yet. She needs to be disbarred. |

lol @ Ciss calling me fucking crazy...for agreeing with her you know, at some point...some day...some how...you all are going to snap out of that, coma, which I cause cliqmates to go into. I keep telling yall that I love each of you and would never steer you wrong as I only want to see you move away from your disdain for anti-Racism tenets. ...anyhue... This is the exact premise of America, in terms of protecting Whitefolks. If Dad was Black then we all know that everything both of you listed, would be used, to instead commend the kids for refusing to be around the dad. |
