I understand what you are saying, but punching a woman in the face is hard to defend. He should at least be suspended.

We are a bit older so we come from an Era where Feminism was not so daunting, and powerful, whereas youth like him (19-yr-old) have lived only within a society where they see women taking power and doing occupations and having college degrees and fighting military frontline spots which this nation had have never seen before. So youngsters like him are more used to seeing women as, just like men, especially too if he comes from a lesbian environment or parents where he sees women be agressive and sees women attack men and beat up men. This is a fact about FL, among the multitudes of single-mothers down there, football players often grown up watching their athletic moms manhandle their lesbian lovers and other male mates or kinfolk as well. So I would take that into acct, at his age...did he grow up in an environment where Prison and systematic racism created single mothers/women who became 'alpha dogs' of the community including corporal punishment onto grown men.
