As a matter of fact, I cannot think of any human who would call themselves "progressive" by deciding to mfg. cars solely for one Race of people.

I dont know where u are getting these statements from.. But I have never typed or inferred them..

I never said they had to Market Specifically for Blacks..

I said, I would hope that Blacks GO BEYOND simply being sister companies to Foreign automakers and not simply take foreign auto maker's designs, templates and simply plaster their own names unto it..

I would hope that they are innovative enough to design, manufacture their own original [vehicle] designs and concepts.

http://innosongroup.com/innosonmotors/about_us.php

"IVM introduces automotive products from China, Japan and Germany. It's product line includes heavy duty vehicles, middle and high level buses, special enviroment friendly vehicles"

In other words, Hope they set the bar a lot higher than simply manufacturing imported cars with their seals on it..

we seem to be celebrating achievements of blacks simply trying to be on par with what Whites have done and have been doing for centuries...

Again pal, I can't wrap my brain around "why?" you would have a problem with this Negro being an Entrepreneur providing China Germany & Japan cars to Negroes.

He's doing the same thing as the Black ghetto's Mom'N'Pop stores we always praise. When they are also serving their local Black community with the needed consumer products or services which Mom'N'Pop did not "invent nor patent" when buying the license or Right to sell those goods and svcs.

I dont have a problem with anyone being an entrepreneur.

My post clearly states (which u are ignoring) are for blacks to be more creators, to set the bar higher, rather than simply import Foreign Designs, goods, from foreign countries..

What I say is no different than Govt's that dont want Trade Deficits..
No different than people here that say to buy "American"

No different than Whites who have WHITE PRIDE that want to see whites as the creators, inventors of new technology, designs...etc...

The fact is I have Black Pride and I want to see Blacks more as Creators, Innovators, Inventors, rather than consumers or secondary businessmen of white and foreign goods...

Exactly. And that is the part of your argument which could impress a "self-serving" premise to readers.

You know, considering Black entrepreneurs who are Americans. Who never in the history of this country, lived in "Democracy and Capitalism" which inspired citizens to innovate and create-----but only for your own Ethnicity or Race of people.

I'm not ignoring what you asserted either, my dude, I just have difficulty with the premise you disseminated...considering it reaches for a circumstance which possibly has never exist in the history of post-Slavery Black America.

I do not understand your response..

AS for me, I love to see Blacks know that they are BETTER and EQUAL to whites in terms of brain power and innovation...

They must believe it in order for it to manifest...

They have to create, innovate, not simply copy what whites have done..

That is my only issue.. Nothing else..

I get tired of seeing African People (in pictures posted)

and seeing foreign brand names in the clothes they are wearing, in the cars they are driving, in the restaurants, drinks they are consuming..etc..

While if u go to European countries and America, u dont see Whites consuming Black creation... Because they have white pride..

We need Black Pride

This is why I love this section of this site.... Good to see Blacks creating Black Dolls, black fashion, black owned shoe companies..etc.etc..

I simply wish that it could multiply and catch on..

Instead of them using "Dell, Microsoft, Apple, Budweiser, Heineken, Ford, Kia, Nike, Honda" products, I would like to see them using Black CREATED products, and innovations...

It's about time... fuk what slavery did... We are more numerous than them and have the power... It's time we have Black Pride and exercise it...
