It's the argument Assistant Attorney General Kelli Megyesi made during a protective hearing today, a day after Blair pleaded guilty to murdering two of her children in a separate proceeding.

"These fathers want to pass the buck," Megyesi said. "It's not acceptable. They should feel guilt. They should feel blame because they are culpable."

"There is no way that a parent could be oblivious to all of those things," Joseph said. "It's too much, it goes over too long of a time period."
