Bishop Tutu and his wife Leah just renewed their wedding vows, they are celebrating 60 years of marriage. His daughter conducted the ceremony, and he said that he would not be the man that he is without his wife. They are proof that true love does last. This is a picture of their wedding. Especially for Black people, who's life expectancy rate is much lower than all other humans living in First World nations. I'm going to tweet Leah & The Good Bishop a congratulatory swipe. I wish this thread would have been celebrated by other members, such as the AFN women here who like to point out the society's image of Black men in terms of the consensus not being this responsible to commit to a single woman, for Life. I think they would make some powerful statements in this thread.
