I love old school hip-hop collaborations!

The hit by Above the Law features Tupac & Money B (Digital Underground)

This video has a cameo featuring Easy E & MC Ren.

Hello, Vanessa Williams.

Here is her cover of the classic Isley Brothers tune Work to Do.

Interesting mix you got there doc.
Like the Vanessa Williams remake of Work To Do, though AWB's version remains my favorite.
I most often listen to talk radio when I workout.

Your presence here is proof that you just can't stay away from me.

You will find any excuse to come my way.

I understand.

Well, I'm an advocate for exercising! If listening to music helps people get grooving & moving to get cardio into their life then yes, I approve! :-)

Sir Snidely,

Talk radio?

Do you listen to programs that tick you off which could work as a motivator?

Or do you listen to programs you agree with, or laugh at which also works to keep you on an even keel?

Back in the day, I would listen to Tom Leykis.
