Hello All, I love exercising. I have been exercising with very few breaks since I was 16. In other words, I have been exercising most of my life. I have always engaged in strength training. For the most part, I have used cardio machines. Sadly, I have a habit of running the machines into the ground. In the past five years of so, I have developed my own cardio routine without the use of a machine. Like anybody, I can't engage in cardio without music. With this thread, I will post some of my favorite songs that makes time melt away as fast as the calories I accrued prior to exercising. These songs are picked from various decades, and genres. Some of these songs were previously posted in the previous Guilty Pleasures thread. I hope you all enjoy. |

I set my mp3 player on random so I may get this classic from Tupac. The next song may be this classic from Queen. And after that, this classic from Kenny G. My musical selection is all over the place. |

Atlantic Starr is one of my favorites. Brian McKnight was not only about the ballads. I love this video. This is one of my favorite Doctor Who themes. Sometimes I repeat this. |

Speaking of classics, here are the O'Jays. I even downloaded the theme to Sherlock, one of my favorite shows. It is not long, so I end up repeating it. This cut from Euge Groove is repeated often. Even Father Flamingo likes it. |

thank you, Doc Saul, for this oh-so rare moment where you praise and uplift Black people. I shalt enjoy it! For 'tis indeed a true diamond in your, ruff, racism used to rape pro-Black websites. Cheers! |

One of my favorite artist from across the pond is Lisa Stansfield. Here are three of my favorite tunes from her. This song holds a special place for me as my niece liked this song when she was a little one. With her baby voice she would sing......"you baby, you baby, youuuuuu!" Naturally, she does not remember any of that. This song gets repeated also. This cut is rather timeless, also. |

I am sure this has been posted several times, but that just means this is cut by Michael Henderson is a classic. Here is a great energy cut from Linkin Park. This is another cut from Atlantic Starr to stave off fatigue. |
