This black man worked for Microsoft making millions of dollars, where he was a program manager in charge of creating software design that provided access to the internet. He left that job and went back home to Ghana and started a University, to try and make things better for young people there, and to try and make sure that they would have a future. His name is Patrick Awuah, and the name of the University that he started is Ashesi University. Students from different countries in Africa attends this University. He sacrificed his own future, so that black kids could have a better future. This is the man that started this University. ![]() Some pictures of this University and it's students. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Videos He started small and grew. His wife supported him 100%, when he told her that he wanted to leave Microsoft and go back and start a University in Africa. These are some robotics students learning engineering science at Ashesi University. He's proof that one person with a positive vision can make the world a better place. |

Very good. Pro black. I like what he starting speaking about at around the 4 min mark in the first video. The long term vision thing which I advocate. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." |
