White Democrats are running things in Missouri. Robert P. McCulloch is the district attorney in Ferguson and was in charge of this case. He presented this case to the grand jury in a way that they would not convict this white police officer. Robert McCulloch is a Democrat. Jay Nixon is the governor of Missouri, and he called in the National Guard on two different occasions on black people. Jay Nixon is also a Democrat.
