Exactly. This is another tactic that Blacks should use. Whenever other Human Rights violations, abuses carried by other countries, or to other groups, Blacks should keep bringing up what's being done to Blacks and refuse to address anything else until or unless that issue pertinent to them is addressed as well.
Maybe it's your wording, but that doesn't make any sense at all. You can't compare the US to countries that have no guarantees on human rights and where it's illegal to even mention real or perceived abuses by the government. That doesn't make any sense at all.
Nah.. Maybe you havent read the Link provided But NORTH KOREA is saying that the U.S. is Hypocritical in trying to speak (meddle in their affairs) to North Korea about it's Human Rights abuses, when it's Own ABUSES of HUMAN RIGHTS on the Black Citizen is not being dealt with... I.E. It's a comparison of a person trying to lecture you to not Kill, when they, themselves are Killing... It's a comparison of events taking place... Not Countries..
Our police force is not a function of our national government. In North Korea, everything is controlled by their central government. So, in effect, the DPRK is attempting to create an illusion of hypocrisy in order to shift the conversation away from their grave abuses. It's a sardonic argument, on their part, at best.
The POLICE FORCE -> Local and State are Under the Jurisdiction of the Federal Govt (National Govt) and preventing abuses of power is the responsibility of the Federal Govt.. By default, they have the Power to curtail the abuse of power by local govts.. North Korea is will within it's right to raise the fact that the Federal govt of the U.S. has a poor record of enforcing human rights violation upon it's Black Citizens.. I dont know what's there to debate or be against. There is nothing to debate about because you clearly don't understand civic history or geopolitics.
A. The reach of the federal government, in the US, is limited when it comes to situations inside the borders of each state. You need to brush up on the original Articles of Confederation and Article 4 of the Constitution. Yes, there are Federal laws that everyone must comply with. Outside of that, each state is left to their own devices. If the Federal government had the power you erroneously think they do, then all sorts of misdeeds would have ended long ago. If it doesn't violate Federal law, there's nothing they can do.
B. Sure, DPRK can raise all the arguments they want to. No argument there. Comparing their situation with what is going on here is preposterous! Here, you're talking about rogue local departments here and there. That, in no way, rises to the level of state-sanctioned abuse. Additionally, as unfair or inadequate as it may seem at times, we have recourse here. If this same situation were to have played out in North Korea, Browns entire family would be locked up and never heard from again for uttering any word in contempt of the government. Things are no perfect in this country but they are a far cry from what goes on in countries where state-sponsored abuses occur. Try living in Iran, DPRK, or China for a month and let us know how you make it.

Try living in Iran, DPRK, or China for a month and let us know how you make it. Nope. There's nothing to debate because the U.S. has written laws and systems to target police abuse of power I made it plain and simple for you and you chose to add false mumbo jumbo to attempt to sound smart.
How about you tell me What's NOT Factual in my post and I'll tell you where to read up to see the facts...
Fact: The Federal Govt has the power to Curtail Abuse by Local Police forces. Not only can they curtail it, they can choose to prosecute the cop that shot the unarmed kid
Fact: Not only can they do that, but the U.S. Justice department can choose to change the practice policies of all Law Enforcement branches. The U.S. Justice Department can target ANY LOCAL police dept and study their overall track record with Blacks. So i.e. Their reach is NOT limited.
Fact: And GENIUS, it's a FEDERAL CRIME (i.e violate federal law) for any law enforcement officer to violate the right of individuals that's protected under the constitution..
This is why IF the FEDERAL GOVT wants to, it can NOW run a Federal probe of the Events that took place to see if can prosecute the officer under FEDERAL COURT and they dont need a grand jury.. Just enough evidence.
The REAL problem is that Officers of the law are giving too broad aspects on when to use deadly force.. And MANY OFFICERS LIE and shoot to kill, because a dead suspect cant tell their side of the story.. And lastly, in spite of the situation, all an officer has to say was that their lives were in danger when the murdered is a black kid and they will not prosecute..
SO HAVING SAID, North Korea can bring into question America's Record with Blacks when the U.S. attempts to lecture North Korea on Human Rights abuses of power. Because The FEDERAL GOVT has the power, it's within their reach to change the landscape and the abuse of power towards it's Black Citizens..

I dont understand. Someone school me on what's going on in this forum?
Why would black people on this forum find an issue with another country raising up the human rights violation of blacks in the U.S.?
Why would blacks be opposed to that or find a problem with that?? I dont get it.
Do we have non-black posters in the forum that dislike blacks for some reason?
There are many whom suffer from self hate syndrome. They are the ones who will decry any mention of slavery. They are the ones who make insidious statements like "police never just wantonly, without provocation, attack black men". These are the ones who will defend the acts of whites no matter what the infraction, and even against world opinion. People the world over know the wickedness of America, and it's practices and policies from it's conception. Those policies were articulated to the world from it's beginning and they are holding true to them. Many Negros are, in essence, residing in a state of absolute and complete delusion. I dont know if it's delusion or if they simply adapted white supremacy mindset in that they feel that blacks being killed by police is either not a worthy enough cause to be seek justice for or it's simply business as usual because it's commonplace.
All I know is that these are the type of people that make it easier for whites to do what they do towards blacks.

2012 Example:
Obama issued an Executive Order focused onto southern/border states which targeted, specifically, Caucasian HISP illegal imms in AZ.
He ordered a circumstance which resulted into the Maricopa County Sheriff's office and it's cities' cops feeling that they'd better not so much as, approach, any of them with a pair of handcuffs nor any type of detainment.
The local ICE office refused to take them in, so local cops had to quit arresting them. Shyt worked to perfection, just like Obama & Napolitano planned it.
But like you alluded to...it's Time to for everyone to "play dumb" when asking Obama for the same type police protection for Black males.

Not only that, in 2000-2001 "a grand jury declined to indict two police officers who had shot two unarmed black men 21 times while they sat in their car behind a Jack in the Box fast-food restaurant. It was a botched drug arrest, and one of the two men killed hadn’t even been a suspect. McCulloch (Same DA as the Michael Brown Case) at the time said he agreed with the grand jury’s decision, dismissing complaints of the handling of the case by saying the dead men “were bums.” He refused to release surveillance tapes of the shooting. When those tapes were later released as part of a FEDERAL PROBE, it was discovered that, contrary to what police alleged, the car had not moved before the police began shooting."
"Two undercover drug officers from Dellwood shot and killed two men on the parking lot of a Jack in the Box in north St. Louis County. The officers said the suspects, who had prior felony convictions for drug and assault offenses, tried to escape arrest and then drove toward the officers.
A SUBSEQUENT FEDERAL INVESTIGATION showed that the men were unarmed and that their car had not moved forward when the officers fired 21 shots and killed the suspects, Earl Murray and Ronald Beasley. The probe, however, also concluded that BECAUSE THE OFFICERS FEARED FOR THEIR SAFETY, the shootings were JUSTIFIED.
McCulloch didn’t prosecute the officers. He specifically drew the ire of defense lawyers and protesters, who had been holding demonstrations and threatened to block Highway 40,when he said of Murray and Beasley, “These guys were bums.”
ENDING quotes.
See, this is WHY North Korea and any country, human who practice Human Rights abuses can tell the U.S. that they cant say shyt to them.. Same DA, and A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION was done -2 UNARMED MEN in a PARKED CAR shot to death and officers lied (falsified) reports and there was a surveillance tape and all they had to say for the COPS TO GET OFF WAS THAT THEY FEARED FOR THEIR SAFETY..
So i.e. the Federal Govt gives a pass to Cops to use deadly force on Blacks if they choose and can merely say that "they feared for their safety" even if it's uncovered they LIED about the Events and that the Blacks were UNARMED and sitting in a park car.
What more can be said to show that Officers not only Lie after shooting suspects but Also can justify it by saying they were scared of those Blacks and have the Federal Govt agree..
But yet, people dont see the DISPARITY when it comes to Black Lives and try to make all sorts of EXCUSES instead of seeing the shyt for what it really is...

lol Huh? What is your point or statement? So you are saying that since they are black (non-white) criminals, that Blacks should not be concerned with Abuse of power and killing of Blacks by law enforcement? Is that what you are saying? Elaborate please.. Otherwise I dont see the connection. Let's play the game I think you are playing "Yet another high profile "gay" activist has been arrested for homosexual assault on a child. This time authorities caught one of the big fish (a rainbow trout?): Terrence Patrick Bean founded the "Human Rights Campaign" (HRC), which is one of the world's largest, wealthiest and most powerful anti-Christian organizations. HRC was developed for the sole purpose of pushing the extremist homosexual political agenda. Bean is also a major player for the DNC and a big Obama supporter. Read more at http://freedomoutpost.com/2014/11/homosexual-hrc-founder-terrence-patrick-bean-arrested-rape-15-year-old-boy/#FHPIPGP5XXqrHedC.99""An illegal alien brutally murdered Laura Wilkerson's 18-year-old son in Texas, tied his body up, and then doused him with gasoline before burning him. Wilkerson would later find out that an illegal alien, who would have been eligible for citizenship under the DREAM Act, brutally murdered her son after he offered to give him a ride home. The illegal alien would later testify--without showing remorse--that he punched her son so hard in the nose that he went blind and kicked him in the stomach so hard that Josh's liver and spleen sliced. After ultimately strangling Josh to death, the illegal immigrant then tied Josh up, took him to a field, doused him with gas and burned him. The illegal immigrant was sentenced to life in prison this January. " So base on the fact that we have Homosexual criminals and Illegal Aliens, Those groups should not fight for Rights and privileges they are entitled to? Lol ah. But ONLY the Black man shouldnt speak to Human Right violations by authority because there are black criminals out there? Well, if that's what you were trying to imply or convey, it's a piss poor attempt and you failed... Ah that's utb you are replying to. Don't expect an answer from him.
He is a 70 year old mummified pussy who ignores everything everyone else does but blacks. He thinks blacks are negros and niggers you can believe whatever crime is commited in the nation by a black his ancient ass will post it here before the local news does

Wow. An actual debate between RonandBob. I like it. I have nothing to add but, it's good to see an actual discussion free from the distractions of profanity, name calling and blatant lack of respect.
Yay.
