I got a racial discrimination "finding" from the EEOC...which here in America, causes a racist company to have to "pay up" for their illegal and racist antic they pulled on my equal employment opportunity. Go learn the law, then go learn how EEOC conciliation works and go learn how civil court works, then come reply to my posts.
