true but mostly untrue in the other races...

it`s still an important factor in blacks, but b4 we start usual ``black this and dat"....

know this is more a social and class issue.. people who recently escaped poverty and the new very rich don`t ever want to be reminded of poverty in close quarters daily

go ahead and correlate where the black race is at economically in America and the prevalence of above started phenomenon in black female -male interaction

I would counter what you're saying with, as I would say to the 34 year old cat that originally posted this on the Root, that these are the types of Black women he should seek companionship with, that is, if he's truly serious. Usually I'd tell a Brother to save himself the hassle and just go get a nice Eastern European, a nice Latina,a nice Asian, a nice Arab or a nice North or East African sista and call it a day. However, since some cats remain stuck on that, "I'm gonna stick with the Black woman" drivel, here are the only sorts of sistas he should consider, whenever he gets his self-esteem and manhood up enough to rake in the sort of $$$$$$ an Alpha male is prone to make:

Types of Black women Black men with their careers/lives intact should date:

1) Black woman that comes from a two parent household. This is essential, being that most Black women are more likely to get indoctrinated with some feminist dogma if mom is the only one present in the house.

2) Does she fear her Father? You can tell when a sister has divine respect for her Father because she never complains about a "shortage of good men" or takes time to dog Brothers. Good women don't do that.

3)Comes from a middle class/suburb environment. This is key. The last thing you want is some ghetto broad with the hand-out/poverty mentality. You're trying to build an empire with her but you can' t because her family is all up in your face everyday asking for stuff.

4)Between the ages of seventeen to twenty-four.

5) Has an income of at least $28,000(meaning, she's bringing something to the table).

6) Has to have an elevated mind outside of the typical "Black identity/Black experience/be like a nigger-r-us",meaning, you can take her to a banquet/corporate party and it' s not out of her element.

I haven't dated in years myself because of my bad experiences with black women. My problem wasn't money, my problem was I was dating black women that I thought were good honest women and they turned out to be cheaters. Some black women can burn you out and turn you off completely with dating.
