I've never had Naan. I wonder if it's like Pita. |

Well, it's not supposed to be. Mine turned out too poofed up and my master bread making friend let me know it was yeast in the dough. It's basically an unleavened flat bread. It's very good! I'm trying to manipulate my recipe to remove the yeast. |

A success story on Sunday Dinner! My pie crust was perfect. :-) 1 1/4 cup flour 8 Tbs Crisco 1/2 tsp salt Blend until it looks mealy wit a pastry cutter or mixer & dough hooks Add ICE COLD water, 3 or 4 TBS each time until workable. Roll out immediately. |

:-) We had an Apple / Pear baked pie. I think I'll add more cinnamon next time. |

Pita, Naan, Focaccia, Chapatis, etc... are all Flatbreads. Some are made with yeast, some are not. I want a naan recipe without yeast; as Pita is made with leavening to be double layered. |

Mmm. Suddenly, I'm hungry. I love to have Pita bread with my salads. |

That sounds like great pie-eating, for sure! After a serving of that pie, my response would simply be.......
