Chocolate Crazy Cake Recipe (No Eggs, Milk, Butter) Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cups flour (all-purpose) 3 Tbsp. cocoa (unsweetened) 1 Cup sugar (All purpose sugar - Granulated Pure Cane Sugar) 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white vinegar 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 Cup water Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix first 5 dry ingredients in a greased 8" square baking pan. Make 3 depressions in dry ingredients - two small, one larger (see #3 in photo below). Pour vinegar in one depression, vanilla in the other and the vegetable oil in third larger depression. Pour water over all. Mix well until smooth. Bake on middle rack of oven for 35 minutes. Check with toothpick to make sure it comes out clean. Cool. Top with your favorite frosting. Enjoy! Note: Oven baking times may vary, be sure to check your cake to make sure you do not over bake. |

My sister made this today but instead of peanut butter, she used Nutella. It was too sweet for my preferences but everyone else really liked it! She also added mini M&M's. :-) |

A healthier version. :-) Pumpkin Latte 1 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp pumpkin 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup brewed coffee or espresso Combine the coconut milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla in a small pan over medium heat until the milk is hot Whisk vigorously to get the milk foamy for about 30 seconds. Pour the espresso or coffee into a large mug and add the coconut milk mixture. Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin pie spice and serve. Edited by Plus 1, Sep 12 2015, 06:13 PM.

I haven't been cooking much lately, but I'll get back into it soon. I'm going to make Pumkin Cupcakes with a simple glaze instead of a frosting. I found this tip from another baker for making a pretty orange color. Using your favorite glaze recipe add: 20 drops of yellow food coloring & 5 drops of red food coloring. |
