My final opinion about homemade yogurt is Don't Do It!

Just buy it at the store! I invested in all the materials and made a batch to be disappointed! It was runny! My friend told me to "cook" it longer in the yogurt maker and it will firm up.

I'm not impressed.

I am now about to dine upon my honey glazed, cinnamon seasoned baked baked chicken.
This sounds good! How do you keep the chicken moist? My baked chicken gets dry sometimes. :-(
I will bake chicken in orange juice.

I do the same when baking salmon.

The cinnamon had the whole kitchen smelling lovely.
Have you ever used pineapple with your chicken? Or, pineapple juice? The cinnamon would compliment that, too.

That is something to consider.

Plus 1, you have inspired me to take a cooking class. You have transitioned from asking questions about how to cook rice to making homemade yogurt. WOW! And, congrats. 😊

I'm trying a new recipe tonight - Parmesan mashed cauliflower in place of mashed potatoes. If it tastes good, I'll post the recipe. ^_^

I had to start from a beginner's class! I didn't even know the difference between a liquid vs a dry measuring cup! :-)

The homemade yogurt isn't worth the effort, by the way!

This sounds good! Have you seen recipes for cauliflower "rice"? It's supposed to be good; after adding seasonings to it. I haven't tried it yet.

You didn't post the results. Is it safe to assume it didn't turn out well?

It sounded good, however I think I'd take cheese and bacon bits over it. Which may defeat the purpose of the dish anyway

Nope, don't make that assumption! :D

I haven't tried it yet. Hubby pulled out a couple leftover dinners I had frozen.

So, I'll be cooking it tonight.
