My final opinion about homemade yogurt is Don't Do It! Just buy it at the store! I invested in all the materials and made a batch to be disappointed! It was runny! My friend told me to "cook" it longer in the yogurt maker and it will firm up. I'm not impressed. |

Have you ever used pineapple with your chicken? Or, pineapple juice? The cinnamon would compliment that, too. |

I'm trying a new recipe tonight - Parmesan mashed cauliflower in place of mashed potatoes. If it tastes good, I'll post the recipe.

I had to start from a beginner's class! I didn't even know the difference between a liquid vs a dry measuring cup! :-) The homemade yogurt isn't worth the effort, by the way! |

This sounds good! Have you seen recipes for cauliflower "rice"? It's supposed to be good; after adding seasonings to it. I haven't tried it yet. |

You didn't post the results. Is it safe to assume it didn't turn out well? It sounded good, however I think I'd take cheese and bacon bits over it. Which may defeat the purpose of the dish anyway |

Nope, don't make that assumption! I haven't tried it yet. Hubby pulled out a couple leftover dinners I had frozen. So, I'll be cooking it tonight. |
