I just ate a bowl of delicious homemade yogurt! :-) There were blueberries and cinnamon mixed into it; no added sugar or preservatives. I'm asking for the recipe and if she shares, I'll post it here! The texture & flavor of this was beyond delightful! |

Quick & easy recipes are not healthy or as tasty either! The same, can be said about, quick & easy women! :-) |

I have the instructions to create homemade yogurt. It's not hard to do but it is labor intensive and at the end of it all, I'm not sure it's worth it. I might decide buying a tub of plain Greek Yogurt already made is easier and just as healthy as making it at home! Plus I have to consider the investment of buying a yogurt machine, a double boiler, an expensive digital thermometer, and the cost of fresh raw milk and yogurt culture starter mix! However, the freshly made batch did have an excellent flavor! :-) |

This sounds good! How do you keep the chicken moist? My baked chicken gets dry sometimes. :-( |

I will bake chicken in orange juice. I do the same when baking salmon. The cinnamon had the whole kitchen smelling lovely. Edited by Doctor Magnus Warlock, Jul 21 2015, 11:38 AM.
