Somehow, I lost the ability to make a meat loaf that won't fall apart.
Putting too much mush in it. Too much eggs, too much breadcrumbs, too much milk, etc. Cut down on the mush. Don't put no more than two eggs in it, no more than 2 slices of crumbled bread or 1 crumbled English muffin. Cut down on the mush.
You can't go wrong with the recipe on the back of the McCormick Seasoning pack. That's what I always use. I leave out the ketchup, and use bar-b-que sauce instead. - 2 pounds lean ground beef - 2 eggs lightly beaten - 1/2 cup milk - 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs - 1 package McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix - 1/2 cup ketchup (optional) Hmmmm......

Dayum! That sounds good!
So far it's the only recipe I kept or will make at home. However, I've only started the class so hopefully there will be some great things to try!
Do you have a recipe for Green Bean casserole?
I use the recipe off the French Fried Onion Can! :-) Is there any other? Yes, some folks say that they make it from scratch. I thought there was some other recipe other than off of the can.

What else? I've never made a meatloaf. Here's my meatloaf recipe:
2 lbs ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 English muffin crumbled in the food processor
1 4 oz can of tomato sauce
chopped: onion, green pepper, celery
1/2 cup of canned milk, undiluted
about one heaping tbsp of Lawrys Seasoned Salt
about one heaping tsp of Mccormick Black Pepper
Mix all that up real good in a big bowl with your hands. And then shape it into a loaf in a baking pan. Then spread some Heinz ketchup over the top and edges, and let it bake at at least 350, but well preheated, for an hour and 15 min.
It'll have a pleasantly tangy taste.

Love corned beef and cabbage. As a stew and not a casserole though.

The resident homosexual SPADE!, U Thant has a negative view of himself. It's demonstrated here everyday. He is totally insecure with his dark skin, and never lets us forget that. He has no self respect, and certainly no respect for other black people. He doesn't think he's good enough for a good black woman, so instead he pathologically insults them. He loves white women, but they think (know) he's trash. He makes illegitimate little crumb snatchers with ghetto low life women, black and white, because he knows he's not good enough for a good black woman. In short, he's a psychologically fucked up little troll, who is forever seeking attention because he never got it from mammy dearest. And he comes here everyday to vent his pent up frustrations on the good people of AFN. He is the epitome, the poster boy, for self hate and a general negative view of himself.
