I should post my baked chicken recipes here.
Somehow, I lost the ability to make a meat loaf that won't fall apart.
Great thread, Plus 1.
Are you forgetting the egg?
I probably used too many. Perhaps I use too much BBQ sauce. Typically 1 egg is good.
Too much sauce including bbq can make the meatloaf too crumbly. Try a couple of tablespoons/lb.

Mother Santiago warned me was putting too much BBQ sauce in meatloaf, as well.

Dayum! That sounds good! So far it's the only recipe I kept or will make at home. However, I've only started the class so hopefully there will be some great things to try!

Somehow, I lost the ability to make a meat loaf that won't fall apart. Putting too much mush in it.
Too much eggs, too much breadcrumbs, too much milk, etc.
Cut down on the mush.
Don't put no more than two eggs in it, no more than 2 slices of crumbled bread or 1 crumbled English muffin.
Cut down on the mush.

Do you have a recipe for Green Bean casserole? I use the recipe off the French Fried Onion Can! :-) Is there any other?

You can't go wrong with the recipe on the back of the McCormick Seasoning pack. That's what I always use.
I leave out the ketchup, and use bar-b-que sauce instead.
- 2 pounds lean ground beef - 2 eggs lightly beaten - 1/2 cup milk - 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs - 1 package McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix - 1/2 cup ketchup (optional)
