... President submits a budget, congress and the president work out some compromise position...
You taking a digg at the previous, 5 budgets, where he was too afraid to ask Congress for any funding for Black?... When Black Lickspittles joined in unison, to sign off on his "fear" to ask Israel for permission to ask US Congress for funding for Black communities or for funding any of those 50+ Maxine Waters/CBC jobs proposals he shot down since Dec'09
The white man's negro couldn't care less.
What is a white man's negro?
people like you, who aid the white man in fleecing Black America
I think your answer is better than the one I was prepared to give
Let's hear yours. After all, I did ask you the question. Not Uthant.
House nigga. He has little affiliation with black folks he's associated with except where it suits his selfish immediate interests. His sole objective is to carry out the objectives of his white puppet masters in exchange for personal gain. In the meantime his minstrel act works to deceive many blacks who can't get beyond that hint of color. I see.

She made the right move. The news service is "Russia Today", and if she can't support Russian policy she should go.
Right, because apparently it's all about propaganda, not journalistic integrity. That's pretty messed up, Z. Do you think the same about American news reporters? That if they can't support the American agenda, they should push on too? (It's not the title that made Russia Today into a propaganda machine. Please don't say that.) Of course it's the same for Americans. If one works for the mainstrean new services, he'd better keep the company line, or his ass is finished if not not jailed.

So, not even an illusion of Freedom of the Press? We still have the illusion, Z. Even with Investigative Reporters being murdered, we (the all-inclusive, average American "we") still have the illusion of Freedom of Speech, and Freedom of the Press.
I wish it still truly existed. A Reporter should feel free to report the facts, or their opinion, without compromise.

Don't forget the reporter whose wife, a CIA agent was outed because he reported something the "powers" didn't approve of.
