“Believe me; I enter this entire debate about the consequences of the ACA with a deep reluctance,” he wrote. “Unite Here was the first union to endorse then-Senator Obama. We support the addition of health care to millions of Americans. Yet facts are facts, and Obamacare will cost our members the equivalent of a significant pay cut to keep their hard-won benefits.”
5 - By repealing it, at worse we'll be back to where we were which is still better than obamacare. The one true benefit of obamacare, keeping kids on a parent's ins till 26 is something the ins companies can do easily. They metioned it when there was some uncertainty which way the court would go. I'm sure when they looked at risk for insuring the young, it was minimal compared to older people and they groomed a future customer. From a business standpoint it's like vegas hotels giving you free drinks in their casinos. The gambler will spend far more than the cost of the alcohol.
6 - And perhaps most importantly, we should NOT leave a legacy of less freedom to the next generation. Isn't it ironic that a so-called black president reduces freedoms via threats from the IRS to buy something from the private sector. This is fundamentally wrong!
Repeal it, because in every single poll for the last 4 years Americans say that they don't like it.
Well, yes, true; if the polls really represent the whole America people. And if yes, which I doubt, just because people are against it doesn't mean it's not good for them.
Children don't always like their spinach, do we give them jelly beans instead?

Soon, I will give you a proper response. :-)
I await with bated breath
This isn't the response due to you, but a quick question!
How would you recreate a healthcare system that would really benefit everyone? I realize it's not an easy task. Any thoughts to share?
I promise, a proper response is forthcoming. I'm thinking about what you wrote. :-)

It's simple. Medicare for all. Everyone would be covered under medicare. The cost should only be a small increase in income taxes since everyone would be in it. It would be a lot cheaper than the premiums. Your healthcare won't be a function of employment. No mandates with an IRS looking over your taxes. Choose whatever healthcare provider that accepts medicare. Etc.
The dems know this. Obamam knows this. Instead, he and his cabal fucked us.
Here's the lying son of a bitch busted in one of his many lies.

I don't recall any Republican proposing this
Well, exactly. They wouldn't. This is a liberal plan. What Obama and the dems gave us is a republican plan. A plans who's origins came from the conservative Heritage Foundation, Romneycare!

Snidely, you do have a point. But I will not go as far as to say that Obama is the only one at fault.
The republicans know that the U.S. needs a healthcare system that works. So if this is a republican plan, why do you believe they abandoned their own idea?
