Republicans keep telling ignorant low information voters that Obamacare is government controlled healthcare. That is an outright lie. Government on set the laws in place that guide the health care system. Obamacare only gives citizen an exchange in which they could purchase market healthcare plans. There is no public option, which would be government controlled healthcare similar to Medicaid. So Obamacare really is another vehicle to make private healthcare insurers richer because it would bring more people into the healthcare system. |

I once asked a doctor would Obamacare hurt doctors and he said of course not. It would help doctors by making sure they would get paid for their services and give them more clients. He said it would also help hospitals to cover bills of the uninsured. |

lol, I understand that most of my solutions are idiotic to you. I just feel with all the hell Obamacare is catching he should have just done the public option. It would have changed the healthcare system because the private insurers would have had to compete with it which would have kept healthcare prices low, but as usual they chose to subsidize capitalism. |

The public option was just a measly carrot held out there to accept obamacrap. There was never any intention of doing that. obamacraps design is to enrich insurance companies and a public option would defeat that. Even now they are concerned about the disproportionate sign up for Medicaid as opposed to the exchanges. |

Not true, the Pubs swore if there was a public opt they definitely WOULD NOT support the Bill. It was included in the first rough draft but taken out under duress. Don't be so sure about the enrichment clause. There are inclusions to the Bill/Law which takes away the "coverage rats" ability to say no to so many things they controlled before. Ever hear of transfer of coverage? The underwriters will take care of that shift. |
