ladybug all those customers that got dropped could have stayed with their insurance companies but they would've had to pay more money for their plan for coverage that is now required by the AHA. most of the people who got dropped had plains that didn't cover them fully if they really needed medical care. it wasn't until a lot people got sick and needed hospital care that they found out that they had plans that was full of shit. thats the truth.

Exactly and you can't blame Obama for that. There are people who are finding out that the AHA is far better than what they had or have. Also the people who are bitching about what Obama said or didn't say fail to realize that insurance companies were dropping people left and right for years long before Obamacare.

I agree with you, Obama and the insurance companies were working together and the insurance companies that LEAN REPUBLICAN and most businesses do, screwed Obama in the back. IT'S POLITICS AT IT'S FINEST.

True indeed. That's why next week we need to see some real quick class action suits, on US dockets, being brought by ordinary people who were hoodwinked/dropped from their plans...then I can bet all insurance companies will get spook'd into reinstating old plans.

some people would max out their healthcare coverage and that's when the insurance companies would drop them. or they would claim that certain procedures were not covered under their fucked up ass plans and so the people would have to pay out of their pockets and then the insurance companies would drop them because now the have a pre-existing condition.

Ladyb, can you see why Obama does what he does and why he continues to do it. With all due respect to wtg, uthant, and a whole host of others, he knows his intended audience is chocker blocked with simpletons.

Even the title of this thread demonstrates the enormous ignorance that reflects so much of the populace.

Obama created obamacrap which forced ins. companies to eliminate certain policies. Period. The very so-called substandard policies Obama and his mindless choir mention frequently. Since many are ignorant of econ 101 or just common sense economics, they believe companies are gonna offer you more for the same price. Makes me wonder if they go to a car dealer expecting more options for the same price.

Even if they all decided they could reinstitute policies as the apologist believe, it still has to go through each states insurance regulators. Some have already rejected Obama's idea. Perhaps this also reflects Obama's complete incompetence in the knowledge of how the real world works.
Bottom line here though is this. Dems have taking bo to the woodshed the last few days. Dem politicians are worried obamacraps more blatant disasters will cost them elections. So bo conveniently and unconstitutionally says if you had your plan you can keep it for one more year. He expects this pavlovian response, Obama and the dems are going to bat for me.

Because we have a messianic fascist in the White House, he believes his unconstitutional edicts will result in these corporations all of a sudden reinstituting plans that would still technically be illegal.
Imagine somebody not getting some coverage that leads to something near fatal. The law said they were suppose to provide said coverage. That ins. company could face a lawsuit because all they had was da presidents word, not something codified, not something in the law.

By the way, these acts are impeachable. From the Ponzi scheme lies to violating his oath to faithfully execute his position specifically as it pertains to obamacrap. This is his Iraq War impeachable moment.

Then there are those group plans next year that will be in for adjustments next year when Obama's 1 year mandate delay for corporations ends. It wont be just the 5% that acolytes like wtg trumpet.

There's so much more but this cheerleading by those willing "subjects", happy to give up freedom for their cult of personality is sickening.

If you are gonna maintain a private insurance system as obamacrap entrenches, you can't have these one size fits all policies. Many people were happy with their "substandard" policies. Paying for more than you'll ever need is stupid. bo and people like yourself erode freedom. You leave a legacy of less liberty with your mandates.

what the hell are you talking about? the insurance companies can maintain being private, they just can't screw the hell out of people in order to do it. many stupid ass people didn't know that they had substandard policies until they ended up needing some proceedured that wasn't covered. i bet you their asses wasn't happy then. fuck you and your bullshitting freedom talk.
you pay for car insurance and you don't use whats in the policies. but i bet your bitch ass will go off on a motherfucka who hits your car and they don't have car insurance.
