He seems to have forgotten two crucial points: 1. The Prosecution was bad because they was hardly any evidence and there were few people that could be called to the witness stand. 2. The Stand Your Ground law was never used in this case. The Defense didn't need it. Edited by Brodanny, Jul 19 2013, 12:12 AM.

dude. stop it. The scenario the defense atty painted in the courtroom, was EXACTLY SYG, and that is why Zimmerman was found not guilty by a jury of his White peers. He got attacked. Remember? He was defending himself! Duh? Go Learn criminal procedure. |
