.....somewhere along the way, the subject was changed. I don't know anybody on this board who looks to the govt for help in meeting their basic needs. |

So when bush was doing his share of shit, you led the chorus saying this is nothing new and should be ignored. The people opposed to his actions like me were wrong back then, right? Ya wanna know the real kicker. John Bolton, the guy who bush wanted to appoint but people like you and dem politicians hated cause, well, he supported what Obama is doing now. Bush had to recess appoint him cause the dems wouldn't let it happen. Now this same Bolton is applauding Obama cause that's what he's been advocating. So I guess you folks weren't really standing on any principles. You got a biracial president who can and is doing all the shit you feared Bolton, Bush and Romney would do. It just feel betta when bo is giving it to ya! |

Small argument ....but it's called politics .....what's new? The point that you seem to let slide by you all the time is The climate for politics changed drastically 11/2008....but you already know that part. The most important part is some people, including you, refuse to acknowledge the dynamics of the new environment in DC. If you're black, then you should be able to see thru the smoke screens, but maybe you haven't absorbed enough of the BS that goes on in DC and apply it to what's really going on. All of a sudden the majority of the country became self centered ding-bats. Each culture/subculture demanding this and that, but with all the BS going on with congress and the economy and the extremist, and the natural and man made disasters, and the bigots, and the idiots I could go on but what's the use of debating with you? Your idealizations are straight from the book and life is not like that....but you already know that. There are things that happen in the real world that are beyond anyone's control. It would be nice if just once you could refrain from disrespecting the Pres. and others who you don't agree with because of your dislike for him. It doesn't really make your comments any more valid than if you didn't use the terms. One thing that I have questioned ever since he was elected.......how would all of the people who hate him, handled things given the identical issues that were already in place when he walked in the Oval Office for the first time? |

Your constant charge of making excuses has run out. If you can't factually show me where I'm wrong, may I suggest that you find a way. Telling me I'm making excuses is rather juvenile..... when a lot of what I say has more to do with what Congress is not doing than what the Pres. is/is not doing. That's where my irritation is...... with Congress......we pay their asses to do a job, have they done it hell no and you know it and you also know why. Your source of hate is so blinding that you are becoming irrational at times. There are things the the Pres. has done or said that I don't agree with but who in the hell am I ....I'm not in the WH or dealing with the damn Congress and their ignorant asses and neither are you. BUT, I do try to keep an open mind and try to look at the situation in reality and not because I like or dislike someone. Edited by 72MiMi, Jun 15 2013, 04:21 PM.

I could mimi but it would be pointless to go over the role of the executive branch, or to prove where obama has acted despite congress to get what he wants, or to support things repubs do want and so on. You're a 'bot, and therefore a cultist following your cult of personality. Facts, logic, and reason are mere background noise. I'm sure I and others have done this on numerous occasions here. It'll be like the movie groundhog day. |

http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-949295 LadyBug1 How well I know the IRS is not designed to work for any citizen. The IRS just here recently is placing penalties, and additional taxes on income I have yet to receive or make use of. Since I know the IRS does not work for me, and that the IRS is a federal agency, I notified Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressman Xavier Becerra and Congresswoman Karen Bass, these being elected officials on the Federal level in the jurisdiction where I reside. Senator Diane Feinstein, and Congressman Xavier Becerra have responded in writing. In contrast, Congresswoman Karen Bass has yet to respond, and when I do receive a written response from Congresswoman Karen Bass or her office, the response has nothing to do with the grievance to which she was petitioned for. Since petitioning the aforementioned elected officials, I received a phone call from an IRS agent with further threats. It is certain that the telephone conversation between an IRS agent and I, was recorded by the IRS. I stated, I don't intend to pay taxes on income I never had, never had access to, and that I suggest that you contact my former employer the LADWP, the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles, former Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, former City Controller Wendy Gruel, and the Los Angeles City Council, because these individuals also know that I have yet to receive the income as reported by the LADWP to the IRS. I stated, LADWP government employees who created this problem need to be held accountable and not me. I was asked whether proof of what I have stated exists, and my response was yes. http://www.ceyseauinc.com/ Should this be taken to the next level meaning a Federal Tax Court claim against me, gladly, because I refuse to pay taxes on any income I have yet to receive or to have possession of. Furthermore, I know for a fact that the IRS doesn't work for me, which is the reason as to why I've alerted and petitioned Senator Diane Feinstein, because unlike any IRS agent, Senator Diane Feinstein is an elected official sworn under oath, and mandated by law to serve taxpaying residents in her district. The IRS agent on the other end of this phone conversation didn't want to talk to me anymore, and I had no interest in talking with any IRS agent at all, namely because all IRS agents work for the IRS, and not private citizens like me. ******************************************************** Oath of Office,: "I, (President, Supreme Court Justice, Congressperson, Assemblyman, Mayor, City Councilperson, Judge, ), during such times as I hold the office, I, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States (the Constitution of the State of California, Maryland, Illinois, etc., etc.), against all enemies foreign (terrorist enemies of the U.S., illegal immigrants, un-American or un-Constitutional anything and everything, etc.) and domestic (treasonous individuals or organizations, any Police Chief who condones this and the Police Chief's rogue police officers, unethical or criminal elected officials or public servants, illegal aliens or his or her advocates, un-American anything and everything), and that I will bear true faith and allegiance, to the Constitution of the United States , (State Constitution), and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about to enter." http://www.senate.gov/artandhistory/history/common/briefing/Oath_Office.htm U.S. Senate and Congressional Oath of Office: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." ***************************** http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/.const/.article_1 (a) The people have the right to instruct their representatives, petition government for redress of grievances, and assemble freely to consult for the common good. ********************************** THE JOB OF A CONGRESSMAN “There are cases where an individual has been wrongfully treated by his government and about the only way, unless the individual resorts to court, and even in some cases the courts are not able to give proper relief, the only area or avenue open to the individual is through his representative. Obama is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Even though he won a Nobel Peace Prize, he is giving billions to the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood and is now supplying troops, money, and ammunition to the AlQaeda-backed Syrian rebels. He is being assertive in setting up alliances and no doubt the US will now be blamed for helping to instigate World War III. I say, US GET OUT OF SYRIA. Just let Allah sort this one out. |
